What do you like best about the product?
One feature I use almost every day is the activity timeline. Instead of searching through emails or notes, I can quickly see previous conversations, meetings, and follow-ups with a contact. It makes customer interactions feel much more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reporting options require additional customization before they provide the exact metrics I need. As the sales process becomes more complex, navigating every available feature can also take a little time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales information used to be spread across spreadsheets, email threads, and personal notes. That made it difficult to understand where deals stood or who was responsible for the next action.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has an easy-to-use UI that anybody can learn. It feels very straightforward and simple to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I don’t have any issues with HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between different departments becomes much easier. We can see everything in the CRM about the sales cycle, marketing, and the customer pipeline, which helps reduce workload and speeds up the overall process. As a result, it helps boost our performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Logistics basically requires two things in your job: first is sales, and second is smart work. I have used Hubspot Sales to pitch my sales ideas and to plan with various shipment dealers. It also helps me create solid sales notes and keep records for different strategies, which somehow results in increasing our business. A person cannot remember every single client they need to approach, or what conversations they had previously. But there’s no need to worry—Hubspot records and saves every detail, which helps you get a clear picture.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of the application is somehow little bit expensive as compare to the other applications in the same format. If. It generally downgrade the premium features charges then there is nothing that can stop it for being very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ll explain this in points so the features are clearer for anyone reading my review.
1. It holds every account detail, planning information, and even emails or calls from any person or organisation, from anywhere in the world.
2. You can make notes on the different rates and routes that were previously offered to the client, and if any changes need to be done, it will update them right away.
3. Every sales outcome, including failures, can be seen on the dashboard. It includes even minor details, with the pros and cons, and shows interest related to your sales advertisement.
4. The support team is good and helps keep things hassle-free when any technical issue or application problem comes up during a project.

Easy to Adapt Sales Process

More than sales hub, just the fact that sometimes you need to use other tools that are not part of the sales hub, for example marketing tools, you need to acquire the marketing plan.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use, with a great UI and strong filtering options. Downtime has been extremely low, which makes it reliable day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is most likely user error on my part, but I’ve had a lot of confusion with duplicate items between my primary account and the deals accounts.

Multi step engagement sequences allowing me to mix automatic and manual steps
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really see value on the Sales Workspace. The UI is not very friendly and it makes it hard to sell the idea of using it to the AEs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can enroll people in sequences and send them messages as the AE for when I receive a signal from an itegration such as LinkedIn Ads, which is great to make the customer feel seen by our agents

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Sales Hub streamlines the entire sales process from lead tracking to deal closure. It centralizes all prospect and customer information in one CRM, which eliminates managing leads across multiple spreadsheets and tools. The platform is easy to use, bringing the entire sales process into one platform. I also appreciate its clean, intuitive interface that makes it easy for both new and experienced users to navigate. The initial setup of HubSpot Sales Hub was very easy and straightforward, which is amazing.

The platform is generally easy to use, but configuring more complex workflows, report, and automation can require a learning curve.

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub to be very simple and easy to use, with not much to navigate. It integrates a lot of stuff, which is great because everything is all in one place, and I don't need to move between multiple different tools. I appreciate that it integrates with my dialing tool, Orem, making it easy to do big dials and tasks. The ability to handle email tasks directly within HubSpot is also great. I like the lead functionality and the ability to convert deals, which is super nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there were more clear steps on how to do things, it would definitely be more efficient and effective. Having a directing path on how to do things, where to start, what to do, would be nice.

Great Deal Flow View, but Updating Company and Deal Info Is Too Confusing

What do you like best about the product?
the deal flow view is by far the most useful part of sales hub
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX is difficult to navigate. It's not intuitive how to update information on a company or deal, I have to use Claude Cowork to make changes that should be straightforward field updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it keeps deals organized so that I can quickly reference what needs to be done on any given day.
