What do you like best about the product?
I like the sheer volume and variety of assets on Freepik. The AI generator is a valuable feature for me as a designer because it helps me visualize specific ideas for my projects. Freepik makes my work easier and better by providing the specific assets I need. I appreciate the general easy-to-use features of the platform. It's easier to find exactly what I'm looking for without having to search too many places. Freepik is more affordable, offers more assets, and the assets are just as good as those I used to get from other platforms. The initial setup of Freepik was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI acts up sometimes and I am not able to find exactly what I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Freepik for its ease in finding exact design assets without searching multiple places. It provides volume, variety, and AI-generated assets that match my project needs, simplifying and improving my design process.

What I like best about Freepik is that it’s a very reliable platform for designers, especially when you need graphic assets urgently. It offers a wide range of high-quality elements like vectors, icons, backgrounds, and templates that help speed up the design process. Whenever I’m short on time, Freepik really helps me deliver professional work quickly without compromising on quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find frustrating about Freepik is that in 2025, they changed their pricing plans, which made things less convenient. Previously, a Freepik subscription allowed you to download 30 to 40 images without much hassle, but now the system is credit-based, which restricts how you can use your downloads. I think it would be much better if Freepik let users use all their credits in a single day or distribute them throughout the month, instead of imposing such strict limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freepik solves the problem of accessing high-quality design assets quickly and efficiently, especially for designers who need vectors, images, icons, or mockups for client projects. With its integration with AI tools and a subscription plan, it allows me to download multiple elements easily without worrying about separate billing for each item, unlike platforms like Shutterstock. This benefits me by saving time, making my workflow smoother, and helping me deliver professional designs faster. Freepik is one of the most useful platforms I’ve used it even offers many features for free, and the subscription only makes it even better with more downloads, credits, and resources.

What do you like best about the product?
I have always used Freepik as an image bank because it was very good and a Spanish company, but now they have also managed to integrate AI generation very well in both image and video, and I think that's fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like the least is that in the free plan they don't let you do practically anything, not even to run a test and see if the tool you need is available or works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it is almost essential when it comes to finding or generating images and videos for my work as a web designer.

If you are not able to find the relevant image or element for you creative or banners, freepik is one of the best option to get the right element for the creatives and banners.
