It is helping get the right images for the concepts we present. Great for designing, we use Freepik for vectors & icons.

What do you like best about the product?

Freepik Pro provides me with access to an extensive and varied library of high-quality assets, including vectors, photos, icons, PSDs, mockups, and more, all covered by a commercial license. Since I’m already subscribed to the Pro plan, I don’t have to worry about attribution, which is essential when working on client projects.

What truly distinguishes Freepik for me now is its integrated AI suite. The platform’s text-to-image and video generation tools, along with features like upscaling, background removal, and retouching, are all available within the same interface. This allows me to quickly prototype visuals or create concept assets without needing to switch between different stock sites, mockup tools, or editing software, saving me valuable time.

The user interface is intuitive and well-organized, and the search function is effective, offering filters for style, file type, orientation, color, and more. For ongoing campaigns, I rely on collections and favorites to streamline asset reuse. Overall, the Pro plan gives me peace of mind regarding legal usage for all my client work.

What do you dislike about the product?

While the AI tools are undeniably powerful, the results can sometimes appear a bit uncanny or less than perfect, particularly when it comes to intricate details, facial features, or complex textures. I often find that tweaking prompts is necessary, which can interrupt the seamless 'instant vision to image' experience. The search algorithm performs well overall, but in very specific cases, I still encounter repetitive or visually similar results, prompting me to scroll further or refine my prompts. Additionally, the AI tools sometimes experience lag or throttling during peak times, especially when generating videos or high-resolution outputs. Lastly, although the Pro version includes many benefits, I would appreciate more transparent usage metrics—such as a clear breakdown of credits used per tool—and more advanced predictive AI editing features, like 'smart suggestions' for compositions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a creative lead managing motion, design, and editorial projects, I’m constantly engaged in prototyping, visualizing, iterating, and delivering. Freepik Pro addresses several key challenges for me. First, asset sourcing is much smoother—rather than searching multiple stock sites, I can find vectors, images, icons, mockups, and even AI-generated visuals all in one place. This centralization saves significant time and effort.

When it comes to ideation, the ability to quickly generate rough visuals or moodboard assets with AI is invaluable, especially during pitches or internal reviews. It speeds up the concepting process and helps communicate ideas more effectively.

Maintaining consistency and reusability is also easier. I can organize brand kits, collections, and reusable assets, which allows me to keep campaigns cohesive without having to rebuild materials from scratch.

Legal clarity is another major benefit. The Pro license gives me confidence to use assets commercially and in client deliverables, without concerns about attribution or licensing complications.

Finally, Freepik reduces the need to switch between tools. I can perform edits like upscaling or background removal directly within the platform, which helps me maintain momentum.

As a product manager, I used this tool to obtain design elements such as images, logos, vectors, and GIFs for my PowerPoint presentations, wireframes, and documents. It made it easier to enhance the visual appeal of my work.

No, i have have nothing to dislike about it.

It provides useful design elements. I have also used it to create flyers and some basic creatives for my marketing and sales contests. It really helps me save time.

freepik, i am using for my daily tasks. Photo and videos can be easily implemented. I have tried to contact freepik customer care, the response was very good. Many features are there to use in the design. Both raw photos and templates are can be integrated easily.

Very helpful for all ranges of professionals but there are something is limit.

I use freepik for stock photos and the wonderful dashboard for photo editing. The AI version of image generation is excellent.
