    Guru Enterprise AI Knowledge Platform

    Sold by
Guru is the governed knowledge layer for enterprise AI. When company knowledge is fragmented, outdated, or ungoverned, AI produces unreliable answers, creates compliance risk, and erodes trust. Guru solves this at the foundation - structuring and strengthening scattered knowledge, enforcing centralized policy and permissions across every AI consumer, and delivering cited, permission-aware answers to every person and AI system in your stack. Unlike platforms that connect and retrieve, Guru governs and improves: verification workflows and AI-driven maintenance keep knowledge accurate automatically, and every correction propagates instantly across every surface and MCP-connected tool. The result is a knowledge layer that gets more accurate the longer it runs, with full audit logs, lineage, and compliance controls built in.

    Reviewed on Sep 07, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Guru makes the experience easier for us, and the navigation through it is easy. The idea of hyperlinks programs in there is great as it makes sharing easier, whether in note cases or to share it with team members, which helps me. Also, the head titles are very informative making the main category more visible for us. The initial setup was so easy, as I got from my training. I also think it's pretty good overall because it's nearly perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
maybe sometimes there will be lots and lots of information without coloring or anything so it being a bit confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Guru to find information quickly to assist customers according to policies. It solves nearly every problem, makes navigation easy, and facilitates sharing with hyperlinks and clear headlines.

Efficient Knowledge Access, Needs AI Improvements

    Reviewed on Jul 14, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I use Guru as an internal knowledge base for finding company resources quickly. I like that it's easy to find things, and the search feature is especially valuable. I appreciate that the cards aren't focused on formatting, which takes the pressure off making them look super pretty. The initial setup of Guru was pretty easy, even though transferring resources was a lot of work, it wasn't technically complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI responses in Guru definitely need improvement. There are some small glitchy things, like needing to be part of the verification group to have edit access to a collection. This means when I edit a card, it automatically gets verified, even though I'm just editing for formatting and am not a subject matter expert. Also, if I move a card between collections, it automatically verifies it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Guru to find company resources quickly, like HR policies and tech support tools. It's easy to search and has significantly cut down on the time employees spend looking for resources as well as the amount of questions subject matter experts receive. We switched from Confluence because searching was hard, there were no analytics, and the UI wasn't appealing.

Automated Verification Keeps Our Knowledge Repository Trustworthy

    Reviewed on Jun 15, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the automated verification workflows. Instead of the content becoming obsolete, the platform enforces ownership by prompting subject matter experts to re-verify knowledge on a set schedule. This maintains a highly trustworthy repository for our support specialists directly inside our communications tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The card-based UI/UX is overly rigid for long-form technical documentation, causing fragmentation. Additionally, onboarding new users is difficult because the advanced search requires highly precise keywords, often leading to initial navigation frustration and steep adoption curves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform eliminates fragmented information silos across our organization. Through native Slack and browser extensions, our frontline specialists access verified answers directly in their live workflows. This direct data access minimizes context-switching and significantly impoves search performance and support response times.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how easy it was to navigate Guru. It was very easy to pull up what I needed, and the folders were well-managed by my team, which I think helped. I could also search by owners and managers, and that was really helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, we ended up leaving Guru as users, but I think it's because it lacked AI functionality that we were looking for.
