One os the best sales enablement tool
What do you like best about the product?
User friendliness, Overall look and feel , Good search capabilities , Ease of finding any information
What do you dislike about the product?
Our organisation has not leveraged AI features of Highspot yet so i am not aware what all AI cpabilities Highspot has but would love to explore it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me quickly find relevant information on relevant topic without spending lot of time i searching, also UI is clean so i like to spend my time of Highspot
One stop shop for all information and process change
What do you like best about the product?
All the Documents and different type of contents are available to view to know the process and centralized encyclopedia for any Organization/team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes finding hard time to know from which Spot Id is coming from or sourced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal process and the centralized location all information.

I dont see a downside yet. I have been using it for 2 plus years already.

Highspot for Better Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Highspot to see what content I send out is most engaging for customers. I can tell by their engagement what information I send is most helpful. It also helps me to see later if they are looking to discuss something else when they are referencing older content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't see who opens my content when sending from Outlook. I used to send from Highspot, but customers couldn't find what I sent them because it came from a different email that they didn't see in email search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot helps me to see if customers are opening content that I send them and when they are doing that.
Powerful Sales Enablement with Room for Small Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot serves as a bridge between the marketing and sales teams, excelling in simplifying the sales process. I can manage all marketing materials, papers for customers, training materials, and product documentation from one place. The integration with Salesforce and Outlook is exceptional and makes adding materials to communications and opportunities simple. I have what I need when I need it, whether it's a brochure, an application note, product specs, or a sales play. Digital sales rooms will be a game changer. I use Highspot on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation could be a little easier. Sometimes I have issues finding things I've saved or knowing the best way to phrase something in the search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Highspot has all of the necessary materials for a customer in one place. It makes it simple and fast to send information to my customers and link what I've sent to the opportunity in Salesforce.
Excellent Interface, Easy to Work and Search
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive interface. Easy to search and view the content. Videos plays much faster almost in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should showcase some statistics on our recent searches and provide articles or documents accordingly.

Preparing for customer pitches and acquiring latest sales trend and knowlege.
Everything in one spot
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can house all my digital information in one spot and share it easily with customers. I use Highspot for customer communications on a daily basis. Knowledge is power, and the notifications I receive when my materials are accessed is great feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Locating something that was already sent is sometimes difficult. I wish there was an easier way to filter what I have sent out, regardless of whether it was opened or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to send multiple pieces of information, in a manageable way for my customer to view and download the information.
The website has nicely laid out information.

I like having my pages to save spots I use often.

The over information can be difficult to get through to find the exact item I am looking for.

Highspot gives me the forms I need to submit internal functions, and instruction to complete functions of my role.
Excellent collaboration tool for company wide knowledge management
What do you like best about the product?
Highspot is the go to solution when anyone is looking to share any information or content across the enterprise. The ability to create landing pages, showcase pods and tagging to enable swifter discoverability. Highspot search is quick and easy way to look for the pertinent content. Ability to preview the content such as presentations and share features are very handy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The semantic search capabilities can be improved to curate the results for advanced searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily share and collaborate on content creation/curation across the Org. Supports enablements for the business unit/s with structured & classified content for easier discovry and consumption.
