What needs improvement?
Using open-source, Excel-based tools is not very user-friendly.
The complexity comes from using full access Microsoft Excel. I believe that I have not found it very friendly to use Microsoft Excel. I cannot use that without converting it into a different format, perhaps project-based or open source, and then use that.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Ubuntu 18.04 (Ubuntu 18.04 LTS) | Support by SupportedImages for almost eight to ten years. Since 2017 to 2018, we have been using this.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I can rate the stability of Ubuntu 18.04 (Ubuntu 18.04 LTS) | Support by SupportedImages at 8.5 to 9, which is good.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I can rate the scalability at 7.5 to 8 because I was confused between the database Postgres and MariaDB. I had some questions from customers regarding this matter, and I would rate it at 8 in terms of scalability.
How are customer service and support?
My impression of community support for Ubuntu 18.04 (Ubuntu 18.04 LTS) | Support by SupportedImages is that it is fairly good.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I have been using Microsoft Windows as a similar tool to Ubuntu 18.04 (Ubuntu 18.04 LTS) | Support by SupportedImages.
I prefer Ubuntu 18.04 (Ubuntu 18.04 LTS) | Support by SupportedImages for development, but for regular day-to-day operations, I use Windows.
How was the initial setup?
I cannot say if it is complex to install or deploy Ubuntu 18.04 (Ubuntu 18.04 LTS) | Support by SupportedImages, but I think it is easy because teams are able to do it.
What about the implementation team?

I am not using Ubuntu 18.04 (Ubuntu 18.04 LTS) | Support by SupportedImages version 18 specifically. Whatever versions come up over a period of time, we have been kept up to date on all of them.
I do not have specific features that stand out for me. The team on the ground may have some better benefits to discuss. Regarding Snap packages and their deployment process, the technical team could better answer those questions.
The integration capability of Ubuntu 18.04 (Ubuntu 18.04 LTS) | Support by SupportedImages is more about integrating the applications that run on top of it rather than integrating Ubuntu 18.04 (Ubuntu 18.04 LTS) | Support by SupportedImages itself. I am not integrating any automation tools with Ubuntu 18.04 (Ubuntu 18.04 LTS) | Support by SupportedImages, such as Ansible.
Ubuntu 18.04 (Ubuntu 18.04 LTS) | Support by SupportedImages does help to manage diverse workloads across different environments. I can provide an example of how it helps. We have customers who have almost 10,000 users spread across different regions with four to five different servers where the data is interconnected. With Ubuntu 18.04 (Ubuntu 18.04 LTS) | Support by SupportedImages being on most of the servers, this integration works effectively.
