What do you like best about the product?
It has different modules for each section like payroll, attendance/tax declaration etc

Sometimes while navigating to the performance page, it opens a new tab and cannot return to the entire module.

What do you like best about the product?
The best about PeopleStrong is very easy to use, and we can track Check-in & Check out. Easy to apply for Sick Leave, Casual Leave, Earned Leave etc. List of holidays on the Home page.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislike about PeopleStrong is nothing much the app needs to be more attractive, and Clarity and Check-in & Check-out are sometimes not captured correctly. Apart from this, I don't see any dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to manage my team's attendance daily, and if i want to regularize my teammate's attendance and easy to identify birthday wishes, anniversaries, New Joiners etc.
Good Human Capital Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about PeopleStrong is that it is effortless to easily use and manage our Attandences, leaves, and payouts. We can see our colleagues' work anniversaries, birthdays, and events reminders here.
What do you dislike about the product?
PeopleStrong's User interface is straightforward, with nothing much unique like Zoho People. I didn't find any high integration of PeopleStrong with any other software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PeopleStrong to manage my leave records, working days history, performance management, organizational hierarchy, team mates profiles, and growth data in my enterprise. All my official person-days can be tracked here.
Comprehensively designed platform which helps us to do basic things like applying leaves.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to apply for leaves, and connecting with co-workers, peoplestrong application is very handy and helps to know about the birthdays of our colleagues. Easy to download pay slips as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am facing time zone issues . I am unable to regularize the attendance as I am working in United states shift. Some times it shows wrong datas. Like number of leaves available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to apply for leaves and understand the leave balance. Peoplestrong application is very handy to navigate everything that we needed. like downloading pay slips.
Good platform for HRIS
What do you like best about the product?
Provides good service and technology-based HR management tools from onboarding to exit. Has a good interface for HRIS and employee database management systems. Helps organization to have all the core HR function to be managed in one platform
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface and product feel vibe for new gen tech organization is required, It has capability with all its module however can do better in terms of module synchronization within the organizaton.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing all the HR related solution of multiple modules in one place from onbaording to exit to gives a vast viability to core HR solutions. From database management to document submission resolve all HR aspect issues.
Easy and user friendly HR portal
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is we can apply for leave quickly and look for the holidays . The birthday reminder and work anniversary reminder are there to make good relation with the collegues

Nothing is there to dislike about this as we use it on a regular basis and after we switch to this portal it is straightforward for us also it dont have any glitch

User friendly application for all HR related information
What do you like best about the product?
People strong made it easy for me to check my payslips, Income tax-related information without depending on anyone. I am able to see all the documents related to my hikes, Promotions and appraisals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Use interface can be bit better and rest is good

This is helping me download my payslips and appraisal letters without depending on anyone. Tracking my leave balance in graphical representation is really good

Ease of punch in and punch out via location method.

Nothing to dislike, it was quite easy to use

Punch in/out via location, normal regularisation also available/ birthdays/apply leaves. Everything available in an app via employee login

Categorization of day to day needs for employees, UI of the platform, Payroll to attendance everything at one place

As such nothing, but one suggestion to add or integrate tax calculator

People strong features and availability
What do you like best about the product?
Really very good features in your hand. Mobile app makes it really user friendly. You can apply leaves,. see birthdays, see the upcoming holidays, check your details and profile of company, your manager details and your tenure details. basically all your needs are in your pocket and easily accesible. we can apply attendance but there was some glitch to run it, but now it is automated, so even more easier
What do you dislike about the product?
we have to remember all the time while logging in and logging out. which we are not used to do in mobile so used to forget a lot. If there would be an automated login and logout optiuon there with location access, it would be way more useful and convenient. the interface is good but stioll it can be better and easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
people strong solved the problem of login and log out from company every time we come and go. it is now automated by our admin and depends on our work time and performance. it is really very helpful. Now I don't need to remember every time I enter in the office and leave it.
