One of the most complete workforce management and optimization platforms out there
What do you like best about the product?
Infor's WFM platform is able to handle some of the most complex deployments across hundreds of thousands of employees
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see an SMB version for small business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demand planning, automated scheduling. time and attendance tracking that keeps in line with local and union tracking compliance needs.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a good tool to use as it can track everything you need as a company and an employee.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me some time to learn and get used to but once I knew it I was able to work it well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time off, expense reports were two of the big ones I was able to benefit from.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy and fastest way to make sure you have enough staff on hand during the shift. The ease of changing schedule and updating personal information that stays secure

So far i have no complaints at all. I like this much better than the other system we used
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attendance tracking is much easy to see each staff how theircattendance is. The communication between each staff member is much better and secure. Reduces cost for the company in not having to spend alot if time trying to see the staff records
Recommendations to others considering the product:
So much more in detsiled than kronos and the communication you have with staff in implementing the correct time and the ease if being able to manage the staff attendance

What do you like best about the product?
It really felt like it guided me through the nuances of what I needed to learn on the fly attaining my job
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't have anything I disliked about the software, I just felt like my company relied on it far too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a huge problem with timekeeping violations at our branch, and this really gave me a lot of guidance as to see what the defects were.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it's helpful who is learning on the job. I think that the timekeeping element of it was so helpful, and as my company started limiting the amount of associates we could have in the branch, dynamic scheduling was a must for us, and I was thankful to have a helping hand with the software. It was much needed for me, as I never had a managerial role until this job, and it was demanding on how much they relied on dynamic scheduling and effective time management
Great for planning and budgeting
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to forecast our budgets enabled us to track spending in a much more streamlined way. Utilizing historic data also allowed us to see financial trends we otherwise would have missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our employees had issues with the scheduling tools not loading properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal communication was greatly improved by utilizing this software as employees were able to back up their meetings with data that was already in Infor.
One of the best integration products
What do you like best about the product?
It's felixibility in integration of other integration engines as well as other applications like EMR and EHR with uttermost ease

High on cost. Also it's initial deloyment time is very high. Usually more than a year

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked how everything was all in one place. Resources were made available in case you couldn't find something which made life much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I disliked was a minor thing. When scaling through the dropdown menu to find what you need, if you took the cursor off of the dropdown, it would make you redo the dropdown path.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Infor Workforce Management put all of our HR information into one place. We didn't have to open multiple locations for information. It also protected us from malicious threats as well.

I recommend that every review the tip sheets that are provided.
Great solution for managing employee schedules
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to navigate the system and find the information I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Forced password changes being so often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy communication between employees and management. Great for employees to access and manage their schedules from anywhere they have access to a web browser and internet.
Workforce makes employee scheduling quick and painless
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use workforce for employee scheduling and payroll reporting. Workforce makes it easy for my associates to submit their availabilities and scheduling requests. When creating my crew schedule each week, workforce helps me keep track of who is available when and reminds me if I schedule someone outside of their availability. With 50+ associates it is hard to remember it all myself.
The reporting features are great for keeping track of how many hours my associates are working so that we can make sure they are getting paid correctly each week. It helps us cut down on payroll errors.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would live to see them change is the workload function. I would like a feature where I could set the shifts to the start and end times that i would like instead of the current way it works.

Creating the schedule takes half the time from doing it manually or using another program

The simplicity of Infor when it comes to the usability at the lowest level
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating and editing a schedule send to be more difficult than I would expect it to be.

We use it for clocking in/out and for creating schedules.

Use it for locations, member scheduling, and punch times.
