Great for Cross-Device Testing, but Lacks VPN Support
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about LambdaTest is its ability to quickly test my app across a wide range of real devices and browsers without needing to own the hardware myself. The interface is clean, responsive, and makes it easy to switch between different environments. It saved me hours of setup time and helped catch UI bugs early that I might have missed otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about LambdaTest is that it doesn’t support VPN-based testing. My app relies on VPN functionality for core features, so not being able to simulate or test those scenarios within LambdaTest was a significant limitation. It would be great if they added support for custom network configurations or VPN integration in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LambdaTest solves the problem of device and browser fragmentation. Instead of manually setting up and maintaining a library of devices or virtual machines, I can instantly access a wide range of real devices and operating systems in the cloud.
This has benefited me by:
• Saving time that would’ve gone into managing test environments
• Catching UI/UX bugs early across devices I don’t own
• Making cross-browser testing seamless, especially for responsive layouts
It’s helped me ship a more reliable and polished app without the overhead of maintaining a physical device lab.

LambdaTest stands out for its extensive browser and device coverage, making it a powerful and reliable platform for cross-browser testing. Users appreciate its ease of use, intuitive interface, and the ability to test websites on a wide range of platforms without needing costly hardware setups. Its support for real-time, automated, and visual regression testing ensures thorough quality assurance across different environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
occasional performance issues, including slow speeds and extended loading times, especially during peak hours or with specific browser/OS combinations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LambdaTest primarily solves the problem of ensuring web and mobile application compatibility across a wide range of browsers, devices, and operating systems
A must have tool for all developers and testers to make their lives easier.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing i must say about the lambda test is the cross browser and cross device testing at the same place with multiple device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I won't say demerit but if they like increase the timing per device to like 10 minutes that would be really effective for any kind of testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing about LambdaTest is that it gives you access to all kinds of devices in one place. As a developer, that’s a huge help, you can catch the same bugs you’d see on real devices without needing to physically own that device. It really takes the stress out of dealing with cross-device issues and makes the whole testing process so much smoother. Honestly, it's one of those tools that just makes your life easier.
Great cross-browser testing

What do you like best about the product?
The cross-browser testing capabilities are excellent. I can quickly test our websites across different browsers and devices without maintaining multiple local setups. It is easy to use, even to no technical people.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is too slow when I need to test different browsers and operating systems and I need to switch between them. Sometimes there are some problems, for example I wanted to test MacOS but I could only see log-in page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing websites on different browsers and operating systems.
Used their services for testing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that i get the real experience, what errors my users are getting on different devices. It made it easy for us to see and improve those errors.
the integration to connect my localhost to their environment is a good feature and it is bit easy too just install a plugin and done.
The team is helpful, i got connected with the team as soon as i registered.

What do you dislike about the product?
The devices are very fast as they are not being used as normal devices like running 10 apps in the background, so there are few errors which are not visible on lambda test's devices it is still there on normal devices.

Useful for testing, but with details to improve
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful thing is being able to test on different browsers and operating systems without having to set up multiple environments. You save a lot of time on configurations. It is also practical for checking specific errors on devices you don't physically have. The interface is simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes remote sessions are slow or have some delay, which makes debugging more difficult. I've also had problems with loading certain heavy sites. And the prices are not the most affordable if you need to work with several testers or many parallel tests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, it helps us validate the compatibility of our web applications across multiple browsers and operating systems without having to maintain a farm of devices or virtual machines. This reduces testing time, improves QA coverage, and allows us to detect errors that would normally go unnoticed. Additionally, it facilitates integration with CI/CD pipelines.
Simple, Affordable browser testing
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use with options to test web and mobile apps at an affordable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say just the constant emails of pricing offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LambdaTest help us to test application on time at affordable cost. It help us to save a lot of time and money while allowing to deploy well tested application to production.
A Reliable Cross-Browser Testing Tool That Saves Time
What do you like best about the product?
LambdaTest has been a game-changer for our QA workflow. I use it primarily for cross-browser and responsive testing, and the range of browsers and devices is impressive. The UI is clean, and it doesn’t take long to spin up a new test environment. The integrations with tools like Jira and GitHub make reporting bugs seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, live testing sessions can experience slight lag depending on the browser-device combo, though it’s infrequent. I'd also love to see more advanced debugging tools integrated directly into the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using LambdaTest, testing across multiple browsers and OS combinations was time-consuming and inconsistent. Now, we’re able to test faster and catch layout or functionality issues early, which improves the quality of our releases and saves developer time.
