What do you like best about the product?
Diligent audit allows me to conduct advanced continuous auditing tests using datasets in the tens of millions, and once you're familiar with the scripting language, the product is great for the price and functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scripting can be difficult to learn (though not required) if you're new to it. UI takes some getting used to and there's a few products such as Robotics that never quite made it past the finish line on fully automating some tests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us detect suspicious transactions from millions of records, and additionally, helps streamline monthly reporting on critical areas and risks.
