Faced severe admin and graph limitazioni, good only for simple dashboards; good AWS integration

What is our primary use case?
I find Grafana offers easy customization for simple or standard customer dashboards and integrates natively within Amazon Web Services (AWS).
How has it helped my organization?
Unfortunately, we had no improvements in our organization because Grafana is only suited for simple dashboards. It shows several limitations and rigidity when creating operations analytics.
What is most valuable?
The easy customization of simple or standard dashboards and the integration within AWS are valuable features.
What needs improvement?
The administration is a total disaster. They accept only credit cards for payments and do not allow bank transfers. They periodically lose details and authorization of our credit cards for mysterious, unknown reasons.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have used the solution for 1 year.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We are looking into another product to avoid limits in graphic customization and messy administration.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Pricing is another big issue. Grafana becomes very expensive if you want to have a web interface, making it absolutely non-competitive.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I am not ready to disclose our options.
What other advice do I have?
Rating is 1-2 max. Grafana is an easy and quick tool for basic or simple dashboards. However, it is too rigid for operations analytics, the web version is too expensive, and the administration is such a disaster . I fully discourage people from my network from using it.
