What do you like best about the product?
I like it. It’s a truly 99% static residential proxy, and it’s good for internet privacy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the dashboard needs to be much more organised so that it’s easier to navigate and find what I need without struggling.

Super easy to set up and integrate within apps especially with the multi user based methodology for each service.

Kind of hard to get total usage display in an app. I find myself having to open oxylabs dashboard a couple of times per day to see my balance.

I really like having multiple locations to choose from in residential proxies, which is a good choice for me and one of the main important deal breakers. Also, I haven't had any problems with latency or data usage, and everything is working great.

I find it inconvenient that switching out a proxy location is behind a paywall. It would be better if I could easily change a location or port without it being restricted.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Oxylabs for Residential Proxies in various GenAI projects, and once I'm logged in, it's very easy to use. I just whitelist the IPs my projects run from and choose any number of proxies from any country I desire. The service is fast, with low IP latencies, which is crucial for my projects that require low latency, high speed, and high uptimes. I can easily track how much data I've used with their flashy interface. The initial setup was super easy, and even my non-computer savvy Boomer mother could figure it out. While the service might be a bit more expensive than competitors, it works as intended, and honestly, you get what you pay for, which is an excellent service. I even tried other services due to cost but returned to Oxylabs in less than 48 hours because of its reliability.
