What do you dislike about the product?
not enough pops across australia. would be good to have diverse locations.

fast and reliable connectivity
Sensational support, easy to provision cost effective solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Direct access that simplifies the provisioning of public cloud to physical infrastructure without the need for specialist equipment and resources, backed by super helpful, highly skilled solutions architects and support teams
What do you dislike about the product?
No ability to have short term trial provisioning means troubleshooting sometimes means signing up for a month minimum billing just to test something, which can add up. a 1-2 day trial window would make a big difference
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
bridging private cloud to public cloud where certain work functions and equipment which don't virtualise well, but need access to public cloud can be provisioned into at scale data centres such as LEDC and NExtDC with simple easy to provision cross connects.
A reliable, 'set-and-forget' infrastructure
What do you like best about the product?
Scaling up capabilities is straightforward—simply log into the admin portal and make the necessary adjustments, without needing to involve the support team. Honestly, In the past three years of working with Megaport, I have encountered no outages or service disruption to our business.

Nothing about the products we utilize from Megaport.

Global interconnection fabric—we can spin up links to global endpoints from the dashboard.

Sales support and also online help support have always been top notch and very responsive.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of its online management interface. It finally brings WAN connections to the 21st century. The staging portal facilities are a great addition, especially if you are starting with the administration of the product. The pricing tool the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. Maybe a bit more clarity or more information about the APIs for invoicing.

Quick access to SaaS on-ramp services. My clients are heavy users of them
Easy, fast cross connections and user-frendly portal
What do you like best about the product?
Megaport is so easy to use and the service provisioning is almost in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I've been using Megaport for almost 10 years and it has always been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The waiting time of getting a cross connect done is shorterned and with just one phsical connection, we can connect to many customers within a few minutes.

a consolidation of external connectivity services as well as the ability to stay agile to changing business needs whilst minimising physical infrastructure changes.

Efficient order processing and amazing customer support - including an easy-to-use customer portal.

Nothing to dislike in the service delivery world in which I work.

Need for robust Azure connectivity.
After sales as good as presales, product does what it says.
What do you like best about the product?
We picked megaport over a larger competitor despite possibly not having as many points of presence as they were a lot more accessible and consultative.
This approach continued in live. If I raise a support request (sending an email) all my responses have been quick and by someone who knows what they are talking about (even helped me when the bug was in my code calling an API).
In terms of connections, we have about 30 of various flavours and points of presence has not been an issue.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not having something like a 'lights out' connectivity to the central firewalls is a little concerning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to connect cloud, where we have traditional WAN connection requirements. we no longer have our own datacentres so megaport fills the gap perfectly.
We love Megaports easy and deployable solutions.

We needed direct connections into our cloud deployments, and Megaport made this process incredibly easy. The deployment was straightforward. We have had our virtual circuits up for several years now and have had to open "0" tickets on them. This is very important to me as a Network Manager.

I have no negatives with Megaport. They have met all expectations.
