It just works like day one.
A very simple and intuitive interface that allows you to connect with public or private clouds, or even set up peering within minutes without hassle.

It is not a Megaport issue, but the datacenters.
Sometimes getting a cross-connect done within the Megaport demarcation is a painful process, but this is due to the datacenters, not Megaport itself.

What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely outstanding reliability, an excellent management portal, and a solid set of features make this product stand out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up to now, I haven't encountered any drawbacks, so I have nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely on Megaport to deliver robust, high-bandwidth connectivity between our data center and Azure through Azure ExpressRoute. This setup ensures both high availability and reliable performance for our operations.

Megaport is a great partner to have, their solutions and services are very clear, deploy very quickly and without any issues, support is second to none, you always speak to a person when you need to.

Nothing really, they are great at what they do.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is incredibly intuitive and very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit frustrating that Megaport isn't available in all locations, as this means I sometimes have to rely on other NaaS providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solution has been beneficial for us, especially when we want to avoid committing to high bandwidth usage across our network for extended periods. It gives us the flexibility we need without locking us into long-term arrangements.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers straightforward and flexible ways to deploy new services to additional sites and to the cloud. Adjusting circuit bandwidth is also simple, whether you need to increase or decrease it as requirements change.
What do you dislike about the product?
The provisioning process may be somewhat less efficient when there is a private cross-connect between Megaport and the end user but that's not necessarily a Megaport only issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Megaport has made it much easier for us to deploy services rapidly between our sites. The convenience of establishing connectivity between our locations, the cloud, and IXPs through a single Megaport connection is extremely valuable. This approach eliminates the need to set up multiple circuits, which would otherwise be both time-consuming and more costly.
