What do you like best about the product?
This pre-trained model can differentiate cased words. that is 'Apple' and 'apple' are two different words in terms of this model.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training time of this model is pretty long. It took us one month to train a BERT Large Cased Whole Word Masking model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used this model as the backend of our customer service chatbot.
