What do you like best about the product?

This is the organization of the platform. I really like the fact that the platform is flexible, the control plane and the runtime plan work well, and the possibility to host them yourself if needed.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only things I would propose to improve are the entitlement; I find that the licenses are too accessible and in the runtime manager, the management of schedules for certain modules like the SFTP.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is a low code platform with a drag and drop, fast forward approach, making my integration work between UI and backend using Java as pass-through efficient. I appreciate having a single place for managing, governing, and monitoring, which brings less chaos and more efficiency, as I don't have to search multiple portals for one API. The initial setup was easy peasy.

I integrate the UI with backend using Java easily with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform as a low-code, drag-and-drop tool. It centralizes management, governance, and monitoring, reducing chaos and increasing efficiency without needing multiple portals for APIs.

What do you like best about the product?

What I Iike most Mulesoft Anypoint Platform is its API-led connectivity approach,which makes it much easier to integerate different systems and applications without building custom connections from scratch each time.The visual flow design and reusable connectors save me significant development time.

What do you dislike about the product?

One aspect of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform that could be improved is its pricing model, which can become expensive as integration needs scale, especially for smaller teams or organizations.

Earlier i was struggling with integerating data across multiple systems, which required alot manual effort but now it is easy to connect and reuse existing APIs across project

The Anypoint platform is the unified platform for Authentication, Management, and monitoring. I can say one place for everything.

I couldn't say dislike; it could be an improvement required in the platform.

The Anypoint platform is an iPaaS platform for designing, developing, testing, and deploying APIs easily. It helps partners and customers integrate their data, which helps me get trained on my own.

You can manage the entire API Lifecycle from ANypoint Platform

I don't have anything to dislike. Platform is very good.

Seamless Integration. Universal API Management and these are very strong features and now they are even integrating AI into it

Since it's browser based, it allows even the non technical audience to navigate the end to end integration lifecycle features seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?

It's quick and easy to get up and running with both development and operations able to contribute. We can create the integrations we've needed without issue despite complex requirements. We use the system for mission critical workloads at varying scales and are able to set governance, security, and performance requirements to keep things moving smoothly.

Atypical system issues resulted in a less than ideal support experience.

Integrations between eCommerce, CRM, ERP, Field Service, and Electronic Signature solutions.

I love how MuleSoft Anypoint Platform offers a centralized place for exploring reusable assets. It allows the entire team to discover all existing assets instead of inventing something new, if the functionality is already there. The platform also provides one place to monitor, apply policies, and reduce security risks using built-in features. I appreciate how it enables real-time insights into performance risks, which helps in spotting issues or failures before they impact customers. It's great for collaboration since developers, architects, and BAs can work together in the same place, enhancing both efficiency and trust.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find the customization limit a bit frustrating, especially when it comes to niche industry connectors. I think it would be beneficial to have more niche-related industry connectors to reduce the need for custom development.

I use MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to centralize API design and governance, reuse assets, get real-time insights, resolve collaboration gaps, and lower security risks.

What do you like best about the product?

The best part about Mulesoft Anypoint Platform is that it provides a variety of modern features which make setting up connections with various 3rd party services very easy.

1. It provides drag and drop mechanism to build connectors using existing components.
2. Provides the ability to transform the received data into the desired format - xml, json etc.
3. Supports almost every connection protocol.

What do you dislike about the product?

The windows application is quite slow. It takes a lot of time to start and then freezes sometimes mid work. This sometimes causes issues with productivity and time efficiency.

Earlier setting up and managing connections with various 3rd party services required a lot of manual effort and time. Now this problem has been solved as Mulesoft Anypoint Platform provides a centralized mechansim to create and manage connectors. Also earlier, this process of integration required specialized knowledge but this platform has made it easier for beginners to dive into integration as it has pre built components which can be used to create and manage connections.

What do you like best about the product?

My favorite thing about MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is how easy it is to use. When I first started with MuleSoft, I really appreciated how simple it was to navigate compared to other confusing platforms out there. It’s awesome because it handles API management, integration, monitoring, and development all in one place. This makes learning and managing APIs much easier. So, the platform's simplicity, intuitive design, and full range of capabilities make it great for everyone—whether you’re new to this or an old pro.

What do you dislike about the product?

The main thing I dislike is that I currently have several trial accounts, but I still don't know how to upgrade my trial account to a professional version. If Code Builder were available for trial accounts, it would be great. Similarly, making CloudHub 1.0 available for trial accounts would be very helpful.

Also, if there were an option to upgrade my personal Anypoint account, instead of requiring a business email account, that would be much better. and Make composer free.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Starting my career at MuleSoft, the first tool I used was Design Center. It was super easy to grasp and navigate. I really liked its code suggestions; they sped up building APIs and helped me learn best practices. After completing the API design, it was a breeze to import the project into Anypoint Studio for further work. Also, the API Management dashboard is pretty user-friendly, making it simple to manage, monitor, and secure APIs. In all, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform makes API design, development, and management simpler, allowing me to work more efficiently and speed up project delivery.
