What do you like best about the product?
I like that MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is one integrated platform that can handle integrating, managing, and observing APIs and enterprise applications. It offers faster speed to market in realizing new business paradigms, and I appreciate its capability to develop APIs with low-code tools. Although there's a learning curve initially, once you get the hang of it, the setup is quite straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
License integrations with Salesforce Agentforce platform. Management and credential integrations with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to integrate enterprise applications, develop and manage APIs, and govern them effectively. It streamlines orchestrating workflows and provides monitoring capabilities. The platform boosts our speed to market for new business approaches.

What do you like best about the product?
It offers comprehensive coverage of features and capabilities—API development, governance, runtime and operational management, AI integration, pattern coverage, and observability. In short, it includes everything needed for a top-of-the-line enterprise integration platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost and pricing models can sometimes push architecture and design decisions in a negative direction. Also, a few components still aren’t fully integrated into the platform and can feel more like bolt-ons than a cohesive part of the overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients face many different challenges related to having the right data available at the right time, in the right place, and at the right level of detail.
For example, some clients receive large volumes of PDFs but can’t easily extract the key information they need. We address this by using the intelligent document processing (IDP) feature of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, which helps automatically ingest data into a usable format and load it into a system of record. This, in turn, makes it easier for companies to search, access, and make better use of that information.
Other clients struggle to integrate data from systems that belong to companies they have acquired. With the platform, we’ve been able to dynamically integrate that data into the primary source system, enabling clients to decommission redundant systems and avoid unnecessary licensing and other additional costs.

What do you like best about the product?
You can get a lot of work done in a short time—you’re making a big impact in a small timeframe.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you need technical support from MuleSoft, it can be slow or not helpful enough. That wasn’t the case before, but it has definitely been true over the last 18 months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing complex business use cases is fairly easy. The UI is user-friendly, and Studio gives you plenty of options for how to tackle each use case.

What do you like best about the product?
It offers strong capabilities for creating integration artifacts, including APIs, asynchronous integrations, file-based integrations, database integrations, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model was traditionally based on vCores (or, indirectly, on the number of artifacts deployed), but it has recently offering a new usage-based model (API calls, flow executions). Customers are still struggling to decide which model to choose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every large company today has hundreds, if not thousands, of systems and applications, plus even more SaaS subscriptions. All of these applications need to work with the same information—employees, customers, vendors, contracts, cost centers—and MuleSoft helps by creating integration artifacts that keep that information synchronized.
