What do you like best about the product?
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform’s greatest strength is its unified integration capability. It enables seamless connectivity between cloud-based and on-premise applications within a single platform. Its API-led connectivity approach also makes integrations easy to reuse, which can significantly reduce development time. In addition, the drag-and-drop interface in Anypoint Studio simplifies the process of building complex data flows, even without deep coding expertise.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing feels quite steep for small to mid-sized businesses, which can make the platform less accessible. There’s also a fairly sharp learning curve for new users, and the documentation isn’t always consistent or easy to follow. On top of that, performance can lag when you’re dealing with more complex, high-volume integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform helps address the challenge of connecting disparate systems across both cloud and on-premise environments. Before using it, managing multiple point-to-point integrations was time-consuming and prone to errors. With MuleSoft, we’ve been able to centralize API management, cut down integration development time, and improve data consistency across systems. Overall, it has significantly boosted our team’s productivity and enabled faster delivery of business solutions.

Data is available only for 3 months. Sometimes we need to look up data that is more than 3 months old.
