Mulesoft
What do you like best about the product?
The wide range of connectors available is great! Most systems are covered and they are easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting it up was difficult, sometimes it takes a long time to realize you're using the wrong Java version. Setting up cicd is also hard

It's providing the ability to connect multiple complex systems together and it's scalable

Everything about it. Monitoring specially on it.

The tool is very user-intuitive, making it very easy for anyone to learn, including someone with no prior experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes become a bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the power of integration, the tool makes it very easy to decouple and integrate various applications to work together seemlessly, even for an in-experienced engineer.

I liek that they fully take care fo the integration and barely have to think about it. Saves so much time

Hard to use for the first time, maybe provide a tuturoial (there might have been one but i didnt see it)

I have to integrate API's into many slices but MuleSoft helps do that for me and it saves me time.

What do you like best about the product?
MuleSoft is extremely user-friendly and easy to learn for all users, including non-technical resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are better options out there, if you have the budget for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MuleSoft has resolved the need to get a technical resource involved every time an error occurs. In custom integrations, a developer usually needs to be included in the debugging process, but MuleSoft is so user-friendly that non-technical users can resovle issues easily.

I love how easy it is to integrate any system with the help of clicks.

Haven't extensively worked on the platform to note significant disadvantages.

Mulesoft is providing a one stop solution for all our API transformation and maintenence needs which helped us a lot in API transactions to and from Salesforce.
much needed workflow app
What do you like best about the product?
we have seemless intergration on the both platform and the cloud with easy to access. we can implement also all the API's very easy intergrations with the workflow. we can manage and implement all this in one platform with leads to max productivity. which we can run and use daily on the platform.

as i have experience a delay in support and for the beginers a bit challenging to use with the user interface.

MuleSoft Anypoint is a great platform

Anypoint provides pre-built connectors and a drag-and-drop interface to integrate different business applications with very minimal coding

The mulesoft platform's many features and capabilities can be overwhelming, especially for non-technical background users

I have used mulesoft as a middle ware between CPQ and billing platforms
