I have used mulesoft as a middle ware between CPQ and billing platforms
What do you like best about the product?
It can used to design solution in a very flexible way matching the business use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Testing is difficult with this platform.

It is solving the discrepancy between cpq and billing platform

Powerful Integration, Little Complex
What do you like best about the product?
I use this platform very frequently. The AnyPoint Platform from MuleSoft has tons of connectors and tools for making integration super easy, whether on-site or in the cloud. Seriously, it is loaded with awesome features like reusable assets, solid API management, and monitoring built in-nice all rounded up into one big package for large integrations. That's cool, how easy it is to set up integration; it takes businesses in, gets them up and running fast without those crazy coding skills. Also, when customers encounter some issues, that will be pretty easy for them to reach Customer Support, which is superbly documented and in real quick response.
What do you dislike about the product?
MuleSoft can be overwhelming for those without integration experience due to the steep learning curve, even though it is feature-rich. A bit expensive, this makes it a lot less accessible to smaller companies. For advanced use cases, extra customization and tuning is required, which once more diminishes the Low-Code/No-Code value in complex use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides one unified solution for the connectivity of applications, data, and devices that assist businesses in avoiding the complexity and cost of customized integrations. It vastly simplifies the creation and management of APIs themselves, making it really easy to expose your internal services and integrate third-party platforms. This is very useful for workflow automation, data harmonization, and ensuring information flows-in real time-between systems.
Very useful, steep learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
The hability to have subflows, so i can organize them and only call the process needed, same for Munits, individual flow test is great
What do you dislike about the product?
After making any kind of modification, i have to redeploy the app, depending on size, it can take more than a minute, which during that time, i just have to wait.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the fact that I can leave the app running, and by custumize dashboards so i dont miss anything, and if theres an issue, keep a counter and a reason for it

A graphical development environment for designing, building, and testing integrations and APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
NA. I love everything. So i don't have any CONS

Mulesoft is a great application over all it has entire Api management solution available

I like how mulesoft designed API life cycle form design document, Run time application to the monitoring

I hate there pricing model and its so expensive than other compitator like Boomi ..etc

Great product
What do you like best about the product?
MuleSoft Anytime is great for monitoring and management of APIs/ integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! But if anything changes I will update this!

My oganization deals with third party apis this has helped me a lot to streamline my integration

Cost of vcore is very high, which makes the customers to limit their purchase

It helps to design the api, manage and monitor in the same api. Which makes very easy to maintain.
