Irresistible Platform for Fast, Secure, and Reliable App Development
What do you like best about the product?
The platform handles application designing, deployment, integration, and managing app connections with data in hybrid environments and it is the best I have used.
I like the drag and drop capabilities and coding options that makes customization easy.
With the tool, finding, sharing and reusing connectors and API is easy and this speeds up app building/designing process.
With the platform, security is ensures and it is easy to deploy apps both on cloud or on company data center.
With the many option MuleSoft Anypoint Platform offers, it is irresistible.

It is an amazing tool with great application development capabilities. It is however ideal for experts coders.

We use MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for API management and for all development and integration and it has been awesome, It serves the need effortlessly and offers great customization and deployment options.

What do you like best about the product?
We use the platform for designing, managing, and managing API and for integration purposes. The tool also provides a centralized environment and makes it easy and secure to connect apps and data both on-premises and in cloud.
I like the design tools that makes design works easy and API manager that comes with pre built assets.
I like that by applying policies across all APIs, we enjoy automate security and amazing compliance and governance capabilities.
I also like its capabilities when it comes to automating and streamlining business processes.

What do you dislike about the product?
First time users may have a steep learning curve. However, everything else is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for both API development and management and in both instances it meets needs effortlessly. It is the best I have used more so when it comes to development and integration.
Effortless Integration and Time-Saving Solution
What do you like best about the product?
It helps in bringing together everything when it comes to connecting different systems and applications. It has helped in making integration so much easier and saves a ton of time compared to handling things manually. It provides clear view of all the APIs and the data flows that helps in making managing and troubleshooting simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such now i have found any point of dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped to solve the issues of connecting systems that normally don't work well together. Initially sharing data between different applications or departments was slow and complicated. But now everything is connected through APIs so it makes data moves smoothly and securely between systems.
Powerful API-Led Integration, But High Costs for Scaling
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about the Anypoint Platform is its API-led connectivity approach. Unlike traditional integration tools, it promotes the creation of reusable components—such as System, Process, and Experience APIs—instead of relying on brittle point-to-point connections. This methodology has dramatically sped up our project delivery. For example, after developing a System API to connect with SAP, we have been able to reuse it across numerous projects. This has greatly reduced our development time and enhanced our organization's agility.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main concern is with the licensing and overall cost of ownership. While the platform is priced at a premium—which makes sense considering its features—the vCore-based pricing structure can make scaling both difficult and costly, particularly for non-production environments or smaller projects. It frequently seems as though we are paying for more features than our mid-sized projects actually need, which makes the total investment feel quite substantial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
he main problem MuleSoft Anypoint Platform solves is the issue of integration 'spaghetti' and data silos that cripple modern IT departments. Before MuleSoft, we relied on a complex web of fragile, custom-coded, point-to-point connections to link every system (CRM to ERP, ERP to the database, etc.). When any one system needed an update, half of our integrations would break, forcing our teams to constantly spend time on maintenance instead of innovation

Very helpful for integration with third party APIs, just because for all the connector no need to write to much codes, API Design and monitoring is easy and API management also easy

My Experience with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Mulesoft is that it is a Unified Integration Platform with API Design, Integration and Management all in one place reducing the need of using various softwares. The Anypoint Exchanges allows us to publish and reuse the connectors, APIs, templates and examples
What do you dislike about the product?
The main disadvantage of Mulesoft is that it is not very cost effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform in our organization for Integration and API design/Management. Its low code feature allows us to develop the integration without much coding knowledge. The AI Design, Integration and API Management are all in one place reducing the usage of multiple software. Its seamless integration with Salesforce has made it even powerful in terms of Data Management/Integration. The Agentforce/Einstein features now can be used in MuleSoft also which gives the platform with the much needed AI Capabilities

It has some performance issue. The cost is also high.

Mulesoft for creating and managing APIs
What do you like best about the product?
1. Creating mock api in mulesoft to integrate with FE so that FE is not dependent on BE , and once BE logic is ready we can replace mock API with actual api in FE without breaking anything.
2.RAML creation , as having a design of api along with api endpoint, structure, api response gives developer and non IT person an idea about the actual api , it also helps in identifying any missing features ,or keys which was crucial for FE to populate data.
3. Automatic API Documentation which is very user interactive and helps a lot while working with multiple team and we have to share data amongst them.
4. Right from Raml creation to creating mock api is easy to implement
5. On an average while developing a new feature mule is used frequently to refer RAML docs and mocking data
6. It is very easy to integrate with git, jenkins for automated deployment plans along with drag and drop connectors to configure it in UI.
7.It has dedicated customer support for enterprise customers which helps in troubleshooting anything within TAT
