One of the Best Platforms for Boosting User Engagement in Your Business

What do you like best about the product?
As a mobile application developer and user activity analyst at AllEvents, I can confidently say that CleverTap is one of the best solutions for user engagement and business growth. The push notification and analytics features are my favorites.

Using CleverTap, I was able to implement feature-rich push notifications within my application. I could easily add custom sounds, icons, deep links, and more. CleverTap also provides well-prepared documentation that explains the entire integration process, which made my job unbelievably easy. The CleverTap dashboard for sending notifications is clean, minimal, and aesthetically pleasing with a soothing light theme. It’s very easy for us to send and schedule notifications targeting individual users or groups of users with specific interests. There are tons of options we can include in a notification, such as custom icons, sounds, deep link URLs, images, texts, and more.

My second favorite feature is the analytics. Integrating it into the app was also straightforward, thanks to CleverTap's excellent documentation. CleverTap enabled me to effortlessly track all user activities within the application. I could also view graphs showing user engagement for each feature in the app. The dashboard and overall user experience are perfect.

Additionally, if we ever have any questions or run into issues, CleverTap’s customer support is outstanding. Since implementing CleverTap, the frequency of users engaging with our app has increased by around 50%, thanks to push notifications and our ability to evaluate the data provided by CleverTap analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I try to send notifications to users, I occasionally encounter an error called "Chrome: failed." This minor issue has cost me valuable time.

Additionally, when attempting to send a notification targeting a single user, I see multiple "Send Push" options in the table, but only one of them actually works. This can be confusing and inefficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap is solving key problems like user engagement, retention, and behavior tracking and all in one platform.

For us at AllEvents, it’s been a game-changer. We can easily send personalized push notifications, re-engage users, and make data-driven decisions with the help of their powerful analytics.
The clean dashboard, smart segmentation, and excellent support make it an essential tool in our growth strategy.

We always want out users of AllEvents engaged with best Events and happenings curated for them. For making this all possible, Clevertap is the best finding of ours.

Support specifically for deeper integration issues can be more responsive as it is tough to explain the exact requirement over emai.

- sending push notification [android, ios, web] ex. we sending trend base notification for event recomandation

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap is one stop solution for all kind of D2C brands. I have been using clevertap since 3 years now and with time I have been feeling the ease of use, Clevertap support team is also extremely helpfull. I have been using full stack feature and the integration of website and mobile app or the service providers is way to simple with teh help of documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic feature has to be paid monthly like whatsapp unlike other tools some feature are paid but the price is low for activation

Clevertap has been helping me to see the differnet boards which actually helps to promote or stratergies campaigns more efficiently

What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to use and has lots of good features. I love how it helps me track what my customers are doing and send them personalized messages at the right time. The dashboard is also very simple to understand

The setup was a little tricky at first. Also, the pricing is on the higher side.

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap is user-friendly interface and has real-time analytics and multiple types of segmentation options. We are able to personalize customer journeys by using data on customer behavior. The predictive analytical features are cutting-edge.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to setup the more advanced features, some deeper technical integration is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Both customer experience as well as conversion rates are improved with the help of CleverTap. We have seen increased engagement from users driven through campaigns on CleverTap.

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap provides us with the ideal mix of insights and resources for connecting with our users in a more personal manner. Their real-time analytics and flexible segmentation help us understand when and how to engage with various groups of users. Their toolkit for understanding user intent combined with RFM analysis ensures we're almost always talking to the right people at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're not a tech whiz, you might find yourself leaning on developers more than you'd like. Adding more intuitive templates and making some features simpler could really help teams get results faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We know from experience that a good problem statement is half a solution, and we always start our work with one specific clear objective in mind: to engage our users with the right content, at the right time, in the right way. In our context, "right" means content that relates well to the users and "informed" actions on our part that drive significant user growth. We've learned that CleverTap helps us do all of this very well. And it doesn't hurt that their dashboard is beautiful and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
