What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about CleverTap is its ability to bring customer data, segmentation, analytics, and engagement into a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has certain limitations, such as restricted flexibility in automating data pushes to external servers. Additionally, fallback WhatsApp messaging can sometimes fail due to Meta’s frequency constraints, which can impact delivery reliability in specific use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap helps solve key challenges - customer data fragmentation, user engagement, and lifecycle marketing execution. By bringing analytics, segmentation, and multi-channel messaging into a single platform, it removes the need to rely on multiple disconnected tools.
From a business perspective, this leads to better customer retention, higher campaign efficiency, and improved conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
all communications (email, wa, sms, etc) channels managed in one place, high degree of customization be it targetting users, or personalizing content to target audience through linked content, automated features such as journeys and bulletins and end to end user engagement through camapigns, journeys and promos (loyaltly points)
What do you dislike about the product?
minor UI issues when setting up camapigns, (ex, drop downlists , selection boxes jump while setting up campaigns), less filter features in content manager
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to set up user communication flows for multiple user behaviours using the custom rules I’ve configured. This has helped me get at least 2/3 of my subscribers to use their subscription features month after month, and to stay engaged with my content in one way or another (email, WhatsApp, push, web, or app).

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap is an end-to-end customer engagement platform that captures various trends and nuances of user behavior, enabling every communication is contextual and relevant for the user.
The Agents on Segments and Predictive Analytics are great enhancements that have already started giving measurable results. The Predictive capabilities have enabled us to proactively identify potential loyalists and about-to-churn users. This has improved our discovery and conversion metrics.

CleverTap should focus on building more industry-first AI-powered capabilities that will empower lifecycle marketing teams to focus more on experiment designing and optimizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started our partnership with CleverTap to address a key business problem:
Improving conversion across abandoned carts on the back of personalized and timely nudges.
Furthermore, with CleverTap Journeys, we were able to drive cohesive and consistent omnichannel experiences at scale across email, push, SMS, and in-app notifications. Timely nudges with personalized offers prompted users to re-engage with their abandoned carts and complete their purchase, significantly increasing conversions on our platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy segmentation and analytics capabilities help us identify the right segments at the right time and convert more users
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we dont get the stats on the platform correctly and need to raise ticket to get the issue resolved and stats corrected, this happenes a lot of times and takes some time, if the team works on this issue and resolves it using their tech that would save significant time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap is helping us target users from one platform and deliver personalised messaging and notifications to the users, this makes our users feel noticed and that we truely care for them, it really helps us build the trust with customer and get better user retention.

What I don't like about CleverTap is that the reports are not very intuitive or easy to interpret. Sometimes it's hard to understand them at first and quickly find the information I need.

I love the dedicated support you offer—meaning the dedicated account manager for each account. The platform is incredibly complete in terms of events and properties
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer to avoid ticket-based support. Having the team in India makes it difficult due to the distance and time difference
