    Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
    Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator  to estimate your infrastructure costs.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I'm loving Clever Tap's intuitive interface and powerful analytics because it Makes customer engagement feel effortless. The features are robust, and the insights are game changing. Highly recommend for anyone looking to level up their marketing.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Clever Tap has got some sharp edges. Pricing can get costly, especially for smaller teams. Also, wish they had more customizable templates because some designs looks more likely restricted to use.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    CleverTap is solving the problem of businesses struggling to understand and engage with their customers effectively. It's a customer engagement and retention platform that helps companies deliver personalized, data informed campaigns to improve user experience, engagement and retention.

    What do you like best about the product?
    We use CleverTap for our business marketing needs and it has been awesome. From whatsapp marketing to marketing automation and mobile marketing, everything works perfectly.
    I like that CleverTap comes with great marketing analytics features and the ability to personalize marketing makes it even better.
    We also leverage on mobile app optimization and comes with great features that has made our marketing efforts smooth.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    With CleverTap, we have not had issues and everything works.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We use CleverTap for mapping customer journey and this data helps us personalize marketing which ensures high conversion rates. In addition, the tool is awesome when it comes to marketing automation as well as mobile marketing.

    I like CleverTap's segmentation feature. It was really easy to set up with the help of the tech team.

    Tracking of events in the analytics dashboard can be improved, sometimes it does not show the correct value.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use CleverTap to increase email open rates, boost active users, improve conversion rates, and reduce cart abandonment.
