What do you like best about the product?

Flowcase has transformed the way that we capture and analyse the capabilities of our consultants. Through the API we have connected our PSA so projects and experience appear automatically for consultants to complete, meaning we no longer have to rely on someone to update and format a Google Doc, Flowcase handles all of that for us. It has allowed us to do skills and experience management at scale, giving us great ROI as we are not adding admin overhead to specifically manage CVs. Most importantly its easy to use, so we have a very low overhead to maintain it internally, but when we do have questions the support we have received from Flowcase, both technically and from a CSM perspective has been excellent.

What do you dislike about the product?

There could be some improvement to how experience on CVs are locked to a reference project to give governance and control of how objects are associated. Also there are some functions available in the UI that are not yet available in the API (like AI CV import, which is great in the UI). Neither of these are showstoppers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have two primary problems that are being solved: when resourcing are asked for a role we have a central location that has all the skills and experience of all our consultants so that we can correctly match a candidate to a demand. And for Bids, when we are asked to supply CVs we can quickly produce formatted CVs that are tailored to that specific bid.

What do you like best about the product?

Flowcase gives my company a central platform for managing CVs/resumes across multiple offices in different countries. We are able to categorize and tag user profiles for ease of searching for relevant team members. The system also refreshes back-end data changes instantly, which is beneficial. We are also very pleased with our customer success representative and the entire support team we have worked with throughout.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are some limitations when it comes to customization—for example, we can’t rename fields or sometimes hide fields that don’t pertain to our company needs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Flowcase has been helpful to our company by providing users direct access their profiles, so team members can keep their information up to date. We have over 3,000 user accounts - so we rely on team members to assist with keeping data current.

Flowcase have taken the time to understand our specific requirements and work with us to make the platform fit our business.

What do you dislike about the product?

Not yet seen a reason to avail of the AI 'enhancements'

Flowcase gives us a good way of managing case study information, keeping track of clients and projects, and maintaining a CV database that we use extensively.

What do you like best about the product?

We use this software within the engineering industry to manage and maintain our employee resumes and project sheets. It has been an excellent resource for our team, helping us save significant time while improving the consistency, accuracy and overall quality of our materials.

The platform is intuitive and has made it much easier to keep information organized, current and accessible. It has also helped streamline our processes and produce more consistent deliverables across the company.

What truly sets the company apart, however, is its exceptional customer service. The support team seems to be available at all hours and consistently responds quickly, accurately and with a genuine willingness to help. Their guidance has been invaluable and we always feel well supported.

The software also continues to evolve. Improvements, upgrades and new features are introduced regularly, often making our day-to-day work even easier. It is clear that the company listens to its customers and is committed to continuously improving the user experience.

Overall, the platform has been fantastic to use and has become an important part of our resume and project information management process. We would highly recommend it to other engineering and professional services firms looking to improve efficiency, consistency and document management.

Pricing could always be less expensive :-)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Flowcase solves the challenge of managing employee resumes and project sheets across a growing engineering firm. Before using the platform, maintaining accurate, current and consistently formatted information could be time-consuming and difficult to coordinate.

Flowcase centralizes this information and makes it easier to update, organize and reuse content across proposals and marketing materials. This has saved our team considerable time, reduced repetitive work and improved consistency in our final deliverables.

What do you like best about the product?

Flowcase is an excellent program for managing CVs and references. It is intuitive, user-friendly, and has powerful search functions. The ability to create shared texts saves time and ensures consistent CVs. Adjustments in the tender section can easily be pushed back to the master CV, making the process flexible and efficient. Flowcase has many qualities, and the company impresses by continuously optimizing and listening to user needs.

What do you dislike about the product?

The fact that the program has to fit many users at once, means that not everyone can have it 100% tailored to themselves.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Flowcase ensures that we can update CVs in a professional and easy way, which means that the proposals we submit become more consistent in both wording and appearance. It helps us keep CVs better updated with its push options, where you can, for example, push text created in a proposal back into the CV. In addition, it gives us the ability to search for competencies across a large company, etc.

What do you like best about the product?

Everything! it's just outstanding! I haven't really found any flaws.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing, I believe it has all the expected features and I especially appreciate that it's note bloated with far-fetched features such as rudimentary project management modules, etc.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to keep consultant profiles accurate still adaptable. Flowcase solves that perfectly.

the writing assiatnt can be improved, sometimes its not to the point

User inteface - so easy, so intuitive. Also, I liked AI touch to it, makes life that much easier.

Not much, it really served my purpose. I'm sure there are some issues with connecting to external tools, but I didn't get the chance to test it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having a perfect resume for getting projects.

What do you like best about the product?

It's pretty easy to use, I believe the guys from UI worked hard on this. The use with other tools is fluid so to speak, and has many useful functions to personalize CVs and so on.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some advanced functions could be hard to set at the beginning.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some problems it could solve is centralizing the management of CVs, automating repetitive taks and enhancing the quality of products; but it's not benefiting me directly, but to some co-workers

I have had an exceptional experience using Flowcase (formerly CV Partner) for managing our team's CVs and case studies.
The platform's intuitive interface and powerful automation tools have transformed the way we handle proposals and bids.
