What do you like best about the product?

Straightforward system, easy to use and navigate. Easy train employees on and helpful helpdesk if there is any confusion. Excellent system and highly recommend

What do you dislike about the product?

I do not dislike anything. It is very easy to understand and use. Very useful for a hr employee and excellent help available if needed but never overly needed

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

AI Overview Human Resource Management (HRM) is currently solving problems related to fragmented data, rapid technological changes, and shifting workforce expectations

What do you like best about the product?

As a single platform, we can manage human resources, talent management, payroll, and workforce planning. AI Insights. It’s also a great website for training and learning.

What do you dislike about the product?

When I apply for new jobs, I still have to enter my details manually even though I’ve already uploaded my resume on the website. Also, status updates are sometimes very rare, so it’s hard to know what’s happening with my application.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s a single platform where we can manage all HR and recruiters’ work in one place, which makes day-to-day tasks much easier. That’s why we use it in our company—to cut down on manual work and save time.

What do you like best about the product?

I like WD approval system and historical data storage. All employee data is in one place with showing who handled process. Easy source for audits. Also always smooth and fast; works great with crowded headcounts.

What do you dislike about the product?

Recruiting is the worst part of the Workday. As a admin it is fine for me, but for candidates it is not a friendly system, and sometimes it looks outdated.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a public company operating in different regions, we are subject to many audits. With Workday's approval system, it is easy to answer audit requests. It also helps to identify any mistakes before changes go live.

What do you like best about the product?

Workday has major connectors to every major SaaS provider. This, as a user, allows for multiple functionalities within the same platform. It's fast, slick, and I get everything I need in the same place. It is a premium product at a premium price, but you get what you pay for. Support is easily accessed with in-platform widgets. The chat bot interaction has been helpful at times, beyond often several prompting.

What do you dislike about the product?

Feature overload. Sometimes, it is overkill. Menu navigation can be improved; there are too many overlaid menus. This can easily be simplified. Beyond this the UI needs a freshening up.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the past, I would need to navigate to several different platforms to view my pay stubs, request time off, view my PTO balances. Workday brings all of this into the same platform.

What do you like best about the product?

I find Workday HCM to be very helpful because it organizes everything in one place, making it easy to keep track of my pay, manage PTO, and understand my benefits. The PTO tool and enrollment for benefits and trainings are particularly valuable, along with the system's ability to track goals and organizational roles. It's pretty easy to use, and I really appreciate having everything accessible without needing to refer to numerous different resources.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find the function a little confusing. It's helpful to find the person I work with using the search function, but it's not always helpful to find other resources.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Workday HCM to manage PTO, organize my pay details, and view employee structures, keeping all this information in one place for easy access. It's organized and easy to use, though finding other resources can sometimes be confusing.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that Workday HCM is trustworthy, often regarded as the king of recruiting apps. Their name in the space and their rankings on various reports are higher than others. When I am using Workday HCM, I know it is being used for a legit process, as Workday's clients are also serious in their processes.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think their scraping from resumes is poor, which means lots of manual work goes into the applications due to this issue. Some bugs occur throughout the application process. Workday needs better technology to transfer information from an imported resume to directly reflect correctly on a job application. Every page seems to have an issue with the import of my resume information onto the application. For example, employment history will not display workplaces or job titles correctly, and this happens often.

I use Workday HCM to manage personal and professional information while applying to jobs. It's trustworthy as the king of recruiting apps. However, the resume scraping is poor, requiring manual work and facing frequent bugs throughout the application process.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Workday HCM for recruiting, and I really find it easy to understand and user-friendly. It has streamlined the hiring process from application status to hired status and helped me from posting a job requisition to screening and moving applicants from one status to the next. This makes the recruitment process really smooth and effective.

What do you dislike about the product?

I hope to see Workday HCM integrates scheduling interviews for candidates. It will actually streamline everything, creating one centralized system to track progress in a candidate’s hiring process. It would greatly add value when it comes to time efficiency. Also, there were challenges during the initial setup, which I guess is normal for any new ATS.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Workday HCM streamlines the hiring process from application status to hired status. It's user-friendly from posting job requisitions to screening. I hope it integrates interview scheduling to enhance time efficiency and tracking.

What do you like best about the product?

That I can see my hours worked, vacation balance, etc all in one dashboard. I also have the ability to update my personal information as well. I love it.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only thing I dislike about HCM is I can’t update a Mia punch in my time, I have to reach out to management to correct it for me. I feel that’s an inconvenience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Workday HCM is helping the business keep track of payroll as well as provide its associates user friendly dashboard to navigate on their own without problem.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the ability to integrate with Adaptive, solve tickets directly within the system, and the overall ease of use—especially when I need to look up historical compensation information for a particular employee.

What do you dislike about the product?

To be honest, I find it pretty difficult to navigate. There doesn’t seem to be an easy way to move around the dashboard and immediately set up a case. I also don’t like the way time off is entered; it feels clunky and awkward to use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’re able to directly link our active employees from a sheet into Adaptive. This used to be a manual process, so it’s solving that problem and saving us time. It benefits my team because we can focus on reviewing the information for accuracy, rather than spending much more time manually inputting it into Adaptive.

What do you like best about the product?

Workday HCM is an application that an app that is very easy to navigate between all of the task bars whether it be clock in and out time off pay stubs messages things like that

What do you dislike about the product?

One of things I don’t like about workday Hcm. Is when you first setup your password it has to be exact. Another issue was the size of the font of the paystubs

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Workday Hcm is beneficial because instead of having 4 different apps now I just use 1 app for those same 4 tasks. Which is nice because it’s all under 1 app 1 password
