What do you like best about the product?

Workday HCM’s intuitive workflows, dependable data, and strong automation streamline HR tasks, reduce errors, and make daily operations smoother and more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?

Workday HCM can feel rigid some tasks require too many clicks, certain modules lack flexibility, and occasional slow load times disrupt workflow efficiency.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Workday HCM centralizes data, automates workflows, and reduces manual errors. It saves time, improves accuracy, and makes HR operations smoother and more predictable.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like best about Workday HCM is how it centralizes all HR functions into one easy-to-use platform. Having employee information, payroll, benefits, time off, scheduling, and performance management all in one place makes our processes more efficient and reduces the need to switch back and forth between multiple systems.

What do you dislike about the product?

Workday HCM has a lot of great features, but it can be difficult to navigate at times, and some coomon tasks require too many steps. It takes time to learn, especially for new users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

WD HCM keeps all HR information in one place, making it easier to manage employee information, time off, payroll, and other HR tasks. It saves time, improves organization and makes daily tasks more efficent.

What do you like best about the product?

Intuitive, ever-evolving and created with individuals that use the system in mind, versus a developer or technical person. With that in mind, Workday delivers a simple design for integrating multiple vendors and systems to create a primary point of entry for both end users and system administrators. We continue to build on the core foundation to meet our business needs, increasing the value of our investment. We're learning how to use the Workday delivered agents to provide a stronger user experience and leverage the platform to increase our success for new and existing associates!

What do you dislike about the product?

Workday has many partners like Peakon and HireRight that exist outside of the native Workday platform and that creates complex user experiences for the add on tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We continue to leverage Workday for our full suite of solutions when and where we can. Having tools like Extend also give us the opportunity to create in-platform experiences instead of leaning into other solutions that won't connect as seamlessly as we can with the full suite of products that we have with Workday.

What do you like best about the product?

The automation is great, and the system is easy to navigate. I also really appreciate the integration with our ATS, Smartrecruiter. On top of that, the customization options within the system are awesome, and the support has been very helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?

The reporting portion is something I don’t like, since we have to build it ourselves. Also, I don’t like the inability to fix certain mistakes made in the system.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Onboarding and data analysis are much easier to execute now, and the ability to integrate multiple systems is awesome. Plus, the entire HC Department is happy because we’re saving a lot of money and paper.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the ease and clarity in recording the information that is in Workday HCM. I also find the initial setup super easy. Additionally, I use the calendar a lot to know when the vacations are, my vacation balance, the balance of some benefits I have, and also to know which days the company considers as holidays.

What do you dislike about the product?

No improvement is necessary.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Workday HCM to manage my personal file, vacations, documents, and history, all in one place, with ease and clarity.

What do you like best about the product?

It is user-friendly, smooth HR workflows and real-time reporting. It helps simplify day-to-day HR tasks like employee data, leave, recruitment and inproves efficiency.

What do you dislike about the product?

While it has feature-rich, the interface can feel overwhelming for new users. Some tasks require multiple clicks, and certain customisations or reports can be complex without proper training.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me manage HR related tasks more efficiently by keeping employee information and workflows in one place. Reduces manual effort, saves my time, improves data accuracy and makes it easier to access information i need for daily work.

What do you like best about the product?

Workday is the Porsche of HRIS. It can do almost everything, and the best part is that our employees find it intuitive and seamless to use. Tasks and notifications are straightforward and show up clearly when needed. The workflows are easy to follow and very clear. On the backend, we can trace what has happened with any event and quickly see what’s still pending for the next step.

What do you dislike about the product?

Workday can be so robust that other systems struggle to integrate with it. For example, our company uses Absencesoft because it helps us manage leaves and accommodations in line with legal and state statutes, but integrating it with Workday can be challenging. Absencesoft, like many other software systems, can’t do much with the data once it’s been received. Workday’s data often needs to be manipulated before it’s “sent over,” which becomes time-consuming and ends up requiring experts outside of our HR team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Workday for all of our Total Rewards tasks, compliance and tracking. Payroll, Hiring, Employee Compliance Tracking, and Accounting. The only thing we have not completely moved to use it for is the Process and Interactive process of Leaves & Accommodations.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that Workday HCM acts as a single centralized system for employee data, which solves the problem of scattered data, helping maintain accuracy and consistency. I appreciate the real-time reporting and analytics features that provide better visibility into workforce trends. It helps in monitoring headcount, turnover, hiring trends, and changes in the organization.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some processes like advanced reporting, business process configuration, and security setup. Integration with other systems takes effort and time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Workday HCM as a single centralized system for employee data, solving accuracy issues. Its real-time reporting offers better visibility into workforce trends, such as headcount and turnover.

What do you like best about the product?

Workday saves your information and profile, and can automatically pull your resume when you're applying for a job so you don't need to fill in all your details again.

What do you dislike about the product?

The ATS tracking system used in workday is too difficult. I have never gotten any job that i applied for via workday! or maybe just two jobs out of all that multitude.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Workday helps me apply for as many jobs as i want that I am skilled in in few moments because it already has stored my profile and details. It also suggests jobs within the same skillsets for me.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the simplicity in the application. I am able to utilize it easily and teach employees. Our company is also able to continue to add more functions.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing at the moment, i haven't ran in to any issues using the application. There is alot of learning to do on it still but someone is typically available to assist.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our employees are able to keep track of their available paid time off. They are also able to submit any requests as needed for tracking purposes. Very practical.
