What do you like best about the product?
Workday HCM as a single system of record for everything related to employee data is the best system out there not just when it comes to the ease of use but also from a perspective of offering platform extensibility, integration capabilities and it's partner ecosystem reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workday’s rigor around configured business processes is a real strength for compliance, but it can also push teams toward manual steps at times when a process doesn’t fit the out-of-the-box model cleanly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Global growth usually forces building/buying a local HR stack per country but Workday solves this by staying as the master system while delegating local payroll/time nuance to specialist processors.

What do you like best about the product?
Configurability and ease of autonomy for HR SMEs. I was new to workday when I started using it 9 years ago and feel it is configured to learn quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Differences between Task names for various tasks such as Configure, Maintain, Edit, etc. This can make trying to self-navigate more difficult for users trying to expand their knowledge without implementation partners or consultants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workday has allowed us substantial flexibility to eliminate paper processes and turn them into workflows, customize existing business processes and tools to make seamless experiences for our associates, and confidently automate sensitive transactions such as compensation and performance rating calculation.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place and relatively easy to use! I hate when you have to use a million different types of software for different things. Workday keeps things organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somethings are hard to find if you don't use that specific feature often but overall there isn't much I don't like about it. It's a pretty solid tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all of my work tools in one place. I get to refer to one resource for time off requests, work trainings, team hierarchy, benefits, pay, and more. I love only using one resource.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Workday HCM is to use. The ease of navigation stands out – I can pin favorites and quickly access what I need most often. The search feature is also pretty helpful, making it simple to locate specific things I need. Handling absences is really smooth too; the process for submitting, reviewing, and approving absence requests is straightforward. I also like how Workday HCM has streamlined my tasks, integrating various systems I used to handle separately, which saves me time and effort. This efficiency allows me to focus more on other responsibilities instead of getting bogged down in payroll or ticketing systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is that I seem to struggle to find things that pertain to my job role easily. I have to dig through a few menus to get there. If there was a little better search feature to handle keywords, that might help me find those things more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workday HCM combines multiple systems for time cards, pay, and benefits into one platform, integrates with tools like Microsoft Teams, and makes tasks like absences requests and navigation easy, saving me time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Workday HCM for its ease of use and configuration capabilities. The platform is user-friendly, making it simple for me to manage employee data and lifecycle processes. I particularly appreciate the amazing reporting and dashboard functionality. Being able to pull together data from several different modules and function in a more cohesive way is a significant benefit for me. I also find the setup of Workday HCM to be complex but still intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually think that sometimes the user interface changes from new releases are unnecessary and create more confusion and less efficiencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Workday HCM to manage employee data lifecycle smoothly. It solves reporting challenges by letting me easily access data on a user-friendly platform and provides excellent reporting and dashboard functionality by integrating data from various modules.
