What do you like best about the product?

I like that the UI of NetFUNNEL is easy to read and use. It helps to reduce the overload when a large number of tasks are executed at once by allowing people to access it sequentially. I feel that work time is shortened, risk is reduced, and tasks are handled effectively with NetFUNNEL. Setting up the system was easy because our System Manager took care of it when we got the license.

What do you dislike about the product?

I dont have the things dislike. I use 2times for a year

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

NetFUNNEL reduces server overload by managing access sequentially, shortening work times and reducing risks. The UI is easy to read and use, which helps handle tasks effectively.

Even when a large number of users access simultaneously, it distributes connections sequentially to prevent server overload.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish there were a feature that allows it to automatically open at a preset start time.

As a course registration administrator, it prevents server overload by managing simultaneous access when registration opens.

Flexible Response to Spikes: It allows for a flexible response to unexpected surges in large-scale traffic.

Proactive Management: By enabling proactive measures against predictable traffic spikes, it plays a crucial role in preventing system issues.

First Line of Defense: It is widely utilized within the organization as the primary response measure for handling customer requests.

What do you dislike about the product?

Operational Efficiency
While the standard policy requires a pre-consultation with the development team for JS insertion and deployment—which can be a bit cumbersome—the organization has integrated this process effectively and is utilizing the solution well.

Version Improvements
In Version 2, there was a slight lack of confidence in the reliability of the monitoring dashboard. However, this appears to have been significantly improved in the current Version 4.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

For IT systems that typically maintain low traffic, it is impractical to scale resources infinitely just to handle temporary spikes. NetFunnel serves as a primary defense mechanism to protect these systems, while simultaneously providing the data necessary to serve as a benchmark for future infrastructure expansion

We needed to prepare for a large amount of user access, but it was nice to be able to control the amount of user access conveniently and fluidly using NetFunnel

I've tried a new version of NetFunnel, and it's a shame that the UI feels less intuitive than the previous version

It effectively prevents traffic spikes from crashing the website and keeps performance stable during peak events like Course Registration. The detailed monitoring and analytics are genuinely useful for operators, and overall it’s easy to set up and deploy with minimal effort.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing is seriously concerning. The queue experience may feel unfamiliar, especially for first-time users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main issue NetFUNNEL solved for us was severe traffic congestion during the peak course registration period. Previously, when thousands of students tried to access the system at the same time, it often slowed down dramatically or even crashed. NetFUNNEL handled this “digital stampede” by introducing a structured waiting queue, which kept access orderly and controlled. As a result, we maintained 100% system uptime, and our administrative staff could focus on helping users instead of scrambling to recover servers. Overall, it transformed what used to be a chaotic rush into a stable, predictable process.

What do you like best about the product?

We used NetFunnel for events such as new card pre-orders and EV contract openings. It helped prevent overload on our WAS and DB by controlling traffic during peak periods. Even when a large number of users rushed in at once, access was handled sequentially, allowing customers to complete the contract process without disruption. From an operations perspective, it also made managing these events much easier and more predictable.

What do you dislike about the product?

We needed to run some pre-tests and fine-tuning to align the policies with each scenario we had open, such as pre-orders, contract creation, and payment flows. On top of that, when traffic patterns differed from what we expected, we had to update the APIs and redeploy. Overall, in the early stages it did require some extra operational effort.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we started using NetFUNNEL, we often ran into problems during pre-order openings, including slow page loads, contract failures, and payment issues. Since implementing it, we’ve been able to prevent many of these issues in advance. By controlling traffic flow, it helped keep our servers stable. Instead of experiencing connection failures, users were placed in a queue and could wait their turn, which improved the overall experience and reduced CS inquiries.

What do you like best about the product?

When applied to the production system, it can be easily implemented on the server and is capable of handling large volumes of traffic.

What do you dislike about the product?

There is a lack of statistical data or data to measure performance when monitoring Netpunnel.

Many users are satisfied with the ability to control through queuing when there is an influx.
