NetFUNNEL creates a cloud infrastructure designed to temporarily offload incoming traffic to your website or mobile app, and it provides options to customize and integrate an online queue system. In overload situations end-users are offloaded to the waiting room and throttled back to your site or app on a first-come, first-served basis.
You can monitor your service in real-time and easily control the total inflow to prevent server issues. NetFUNNEL is a scalable and cloud-based Virtual Waiting Room service in real-time. Virtual waiting room makes the process as fair, transparent and pain free as possible while guaranteeing 100% website uptime.
NetFUNNEL's goal is to help businesses save unnecessary cloud computing resources, saving IT infrastructure cost.
We are currently servicing 300+ organizations in South Korea covering the public, banking, education, retail sectors and is the APAC #1 virtual waiting room solution.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
NetFUNNEL is sold under a contract model built around a base Small plan plus two usage add-ons. You start with the Small plan, priced at a suggested rate that requires a private offer or direct contact with STCLab to subscribe at the standard price. From there, you scale up in two independent ways. Add Additional Small PCCU units to raise peak concurrent user capacity. Add Additional Small MAU units to raise monthly active user capacity. Each add-on bills per unit, so you buy only the extra capacity you need on top of the base Small plan.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one PCCU unit measure, and how is it different from an MAU unit?
PCCU means peak concurrent users — the highest number of people using your service at the same moment. Each Additional Small PCCU unit raises that concurrent ceiling. MAU means monthly active users — the total distinct people over a month. Each Additional Small MAU unit raises that monthly total.
If my traffic grows, which add-on should I buy — PCCU or MAU?
Buy Additional Small PCCU units when brief traffic spikes push concurrent users past your limit, such as during a sale or ticket release. Buy Additional Small MAU units when your total monthly user count grows steadily over time. Both bill per unit and stack on the base Small plan independently.
How do the base Small plan and the two add-on dimensions combine on my bill?
The Small plan sets your base capacity and its own charge. Additional Small PCCU and Additional Small MAU units each bill separately per unit on top of that base. Your total is the Small plan plus whichever add-on units you buy. You add only the capacity you need.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the UI of NetFUNNEL is easy to read and use. It helps to reduce the overload when a large number of tasks are executed at once by allowing people to access it sequentially. I feel that work time is shortened, risk is reduced, and tasks are handled effectively with NetFUNNEL. Setting up the system was easy because our System Manager took care of it when we got the license.

Flexible, Proactive First Line of Defense for Traffic Spikes
Reviewed on Mar 05, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible Response to Spikes: It allows for a flexible response to unexpected surges in large-scale traffic.
Proactive Management: By enabling proactive measures against predictable traffic spikes, it plays a crucial role in preventing system issues.
First Line of Defense: It is widely utilized within the organization as the primary response measure for handling customer requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Operational Efficiency While the standard policy requires a pre-consultation with the development team for JS insertion and deployment—which can be a bit cumbersome—the organization has integrated this process effectively and is utilizing the solution well.
Version Improvements In Version 2, there was a slight lack of confidence in the reliability of the monitoring dashboard. However, this appears to have been significantly improved in the current Version 4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For IT systems that typically maintain low traffic, it is impractical to scale resources infinitely just to handle temporary spikes. NetFunnel serves as a primary defense mechanism to protect these systems, while simultaneously providing the data necessary to serve as a benchmark for future infrastructure expansion
