UiPath for SAP on AWS
Automation has transformed payment workflows and frees teams to focus on knowledge-based tasks
What is our primary use case?
UiPath Platform is used to automate repetitive business processes that require a lot of manual effort. The main uses include tasks involving applications, Excel, data processing, and report generation. These processes typically involve two to three humans and a lot of manual effort. By automating these processes, manual effort and human errors are reduced. The biggest benefit is that the automation can run consistently without requiring someone to perform the same steps every time.
One specific process that was automated with UiPath Platform involves a payment proposal at Sasref, which uses the SAP ERP system. This includes logging into ERP, downloading dumps from two to three transaction codes, reconciling it with the SAP system, and blocking for payments. Everything was automated by UiPath Studio and integrated with the SAP system. Manually, a finance analyst would require around two to three days to complete this task, but after implementing it in UiPath Platform, it was reduced to around two hours. Thus, two to three days of work was reduced to two to three hours, achieving the biggest ROI in terms of manual effort reduction.
UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, drag-and-drop development, low-code and no-code features have been used, along with various automatable web or desktop applications, including Document Understanding capabilities. Each feature has benefited the automation process by enabling the building of better automatable processes.
How has it helped my organization?
UiPath Platform has positively impacted the organization. It has provided benefits both internally and in client organizations where it has been deployed. The platform has given better return on investment by reducing manual effort and human errors. Processes that previously required people to repeatedly perform the same steps are now automatable, which reduces human errors and leads to significant return on investment.
What is most valuable?
The most valuable feature of UiPath Platform is UiPath Studio, as it makes it relatively easy to design and maintain automations. The drag-and-drop approach allows workflows to be built quickly while providing enough flexibility for developers to build more complex scenarios.
UiPath Studio is built in a way that makes day-to-day work easier and more efficient because it is easy for even a layman or a business analyst to understand. Concepts can be grasped quickly with a tour, and individuals can interact with UiPath Studio to build simple to moderate workflows or automations, which is a game-changing aspect. The drag-and-drop feature helps developers focus more on solving complex scenarios.
What needs improvement?
One area where UiPath Platform can be improved is the licensing and pricing model, which can be quite difficult to understand, especially regarding which licenses and capabilities are required as the automation environment grows. The UiPath team has been continuously improving their product offerings and documentation.
With respect to needed improvements, UiPath Platform has released good products like Maestro, Document Understanding, AIXP, and Agents, which are much needed in the automation platform. Now that artificial intelligence is booming, such capabilities in automation are required to reduce the human in the loop and place Agents where they can make decisions the way humans would.

The scalability of UiPath Platform is impressive and it handles an increasing number of documents well without issues.
How are customer service and support?
Customer support is good, and customers are generally satisfied. As long as they see a return on investment, they remain happy.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
UiPath Platform has been used from the very beginning. There are competitors like Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere, but UiPath Platform has an edge due to its offerings, although the costing model is quite high in comparison.
What was our ROI?
A strong return on investment has been seen with UiPath Platform. Developing one specific process can yield a four to five times return on investment. If 10 lakhs is invested in that process, it can save costs equivalent to three to four human salaries, allowing the workforce to be allocated where human intelligence is more needed. About 90 percent return on investment is achieved from traditional automations. Regarding time, on payment proposal creation alone, around 1,000 hours per month are saved. With 62 deployed bots, approximately 600,000 hours are saved monthly, illustrating UiPath Platform's impact.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The pricing, setup costs, and licensing for UiPath Platform are quite high, making it challenging for many organizations to afford. The enterprise costs are particularly steep, and adding agentic artificial intelligence capabilities incurs additional token and artificial intelligence credit costs. The overall pricing and licensing model is a concern.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Other options were not evaluated. Every feature that UiPath Platform provides, including ease of development and broader automation capabilities for desktop and web applications, makes it preferable. The sophisticated modules and packages enable interaction with enterprise resource planning systems, optical character recognition, artificial intelligence, orchestration, testing, and human in the loop. Since all these features are available, it is natural to choose UiPath Platform.
What other advice do I have?
One specific example of measurable metrics is the payment proposal automation in the finance department. Creating payment proposals in SAP used to require two to three days, but now it has been reduced to two to three hours, significantly cutting down the time taken to complete the workflow. Additionally, users can focus more on other tasks requiring human knowledge or intervention.
Regarding UiPath Platform's artificial intelligence capabilities, strong governance and security are maintained. Encrypted algorithms are provided for storing highly sensitive information in entities, showing that governance is on par with industry standards.
In terms of UiPath Platform's artificial intelligence capabilities, accuracy and reliability mainly depend on the artificial intelligence model used, especially for document understanding with machine learning technology. Confidence scores are provided for classification, optical character recognition, and extraction. If the confidence score is low, a human validates uncertain results, ensuring business rule validation is also performed. UiPath Platform's artificial intelligence capabilities are accurate for most use cases that have been applied, with models configured and trained with representative data. The accuracy percentage varies by use case and data quality. Confidence scores and human validation are appreciated as they are implemented if the scores fall below a certain threshold.
The solution has reduced human error and freed up employee time. This has positively affected the business by implementing purchase order extraction for purchase order and non-purchase order processes. Invoices are obtained from SAP, documents are classified, fields are extracted, and validations are performed based on confidence scores. Not every document will go through an end-to-end cycle, and approximately 50 percent of invoices will complete the cycle while some exceptions will need human intervention for decisions and reprocessing.
UiPath Academy courses have been used. The biggest benefits include timely updates on new features and thorough documentation that can be easily understood by RPA developers. The quizzes in the vendor academy assess understanding of features, allowing individuals to gain confidence in their hands-on experience.
UiPath Platform's user community provides significant value with a strong user and developer network of over 3 million users across multiple countries. A recent DevCon was attended where many representatives from various companies came together. The UiPath Forum allows technical questions to be answered by anyone with expertise, facilitating peer-to-peer solutions and product feedback. There are also rewarding sections where users can solve use cases and get rewarded, which is an excellent motivation.
Agentic automation has been used at a proof of concept level, where an agent was integrated and built and then incorporated into UiPath Maestro, integrating it with Google Drive for two-way matching. The reliability and potential decision-making capabilities of agents are noteworthy; they can make both correct and incorrect decisions. However, they effectively reduce human intervention and lead to better results in a shorter timeframe.
A few proofs of concept have been worked on building agents, such as an employee internet reimbursement agent. Each company has its internet reimbursement policies that differ between employees based on their rank. Instead of emailing the reimbursement manager, an agent can be triggered by uploading an invoice, check employee details and band, and determine eligibility for reimbursement according to company policy. This dynamic decision-making reduces human requirements significantly.
By leveraging artificial intelligence agents, significant flexibility has been found in accessing enterprise systems and data. It is important to control the agent's access and define the actions it can perform. Agents can interact with multiple tools and connectors without opening specific pages, directly calling sub-agents for decisions. This flexibility significantly reduces the need for human intervention.
For those considering using UiPath Platform, it is essential to understand why they want to utilize it. Given its enormous features and market plugins, if many features are planned to be used, it is an excellent choice that offers the best return on investment compared to other platforms. The pricing and licensing model can be high, so strategy should be developed on how to use UiPath Platform effectively to maximize return on investment.
UiPath Platform partnership status has been established. Certifications are provided through which applications can be made, exams can be taken, and certification can be obtained.
This review has been given an overall rating of 9 out of 10.

Automation has streamlined complex finance reporting and has reduced manual effort significantly
What is our primary use case?
I recently worked on a project where I was automating a process from a finance department in an organization. The process involved use cases such as customer treatment analysis. The process would be triggered by an email that the business user would send, and it would generate a yearly report comprised of months. The calculation would be done for each month range that the business would provide in the email. For each one, the calculation would be done, and for each year as per the request, these reports would be calculated. At the very end, a summary would be generated.
The unique thing I learned here is that this was a complex use case. The use case involved calculations for each field such as opening balance, sales, collections, closing balance, and credit limit. This is where it is challenging to calculate each item separately and add it into the Excel file. So that reduced most of the complex logics, and it was helpful while automating the process.
I am using agentic automation. We are exploring and using agentic automation to complement traditional RPA by combining people, robots, and AI agents for more complex and decision-driven processes. The key challenges are handling unstructured data. The overall goal is to move beyond or explore beyond traditional rule-based RPA automation and enable more intelligent, adaptive, and decision-making solutions.
I have worked with a couple of use cases. Currently, I am exploring deep automation to address these challenges, particularly where traditional rule-based automation is required. This is with UiPath Platform. The UiPath Platform agent approach helps me reduce manual effort while making the automation more flexible and capable of handling different conditions in real-world processes.
What is most valuable?
The first thing I would mention is accuracy. With RPA, we usually develop the ports according to the rules that the developer has provided. Whenever the business, users, or customers need the report, it will be ready with accurate data.
The solution has already reduced a lot of errors through UiPath Platform significantly. It has reduced the time employees spend on repetitive and manual activities. This has improved productivity by allowing employees to focus more on activities that offer higher value or higher priority.
UiPath Platform has given a very high or very major impact in my organization. This has given a very faster process of day-to-day activities in the offices. This has significantly improved the way we perform tasks in the office.
What needs improvement?
In UiPath Platform, I would like to see them bring more things. Recently the agent ecosystem has started and it has far to go. I want UiPath Platform to transform it so we can get the work done either by communicating with the AI agent or by providing prompts.
Regarding the platform, what I think about the core security is that I would like to say the AI capability is strong. I believe that UiPath Platform has very strong governance capabilities since it is providing centralized management. Overall, I find UiPath Platform's governance capabilities are effective and reliable.
Improvements are needed for UiPath Platform in areas beyond what I have mentioned previously. UiPath Platform is very comprehensive, but there are areas where improvements are needed. More streamlined integration between the different developer and administrator experience should be provided.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using UiPath Platform for the last three and a half years.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The scalability of UiPath Platform is really good. It allows us to scale formation to multiple boards. The platform supports scalable solutions for different varieties without needing any changes to the existing infrastructure. The scalability is such that the platform allows me to build scalable automation.
How are customer service and support?
Customer support was quite good. Customer support has been very good from the support team while addressing technical issues. They provide guidance and troubleshooting and everything. The customer portal is really good with UiPath Platform.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We were using WinAutomation, which was an older automation tool around ten to eight years ago. The licenses are no longer available, and there is a support issue with the vendor permission. We wanted to switch to a new solution, so I decided to go with UiPath Platform. UiPath Platform features such as scalability, orchestration, and user experience have been quite helpful while performing the migrations.
What was our ROI?
I have seen high return on investment obtained in the organization. In projects, I have seen typically around thirty to forty percent reduction in terms of manual effort. For example, let us say that a process previously required around six to eight hours of manual effort per day. This is reducing it a lot. Roughly thirty to fifty hours of time for a single process are being saved, allowing the voice to focus on critical tasks. The main financial benefit is capacity rather than directly reducing costs. Overall, it has significantly reduced manual effort and improved productivity.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Regarding other platforms apart from UiPath Platform, there are options such as Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism. However, UiPath Platform is the global leader in terms of automation and provides a lot of services. UiPath Platform's applications in terms of enterprise orchestration and integrating applications, the scalability, and learning resources are quite good compared to other services. UiPath Platform is a global leader in terms of automation.
What other advice do I have?
While adopting coding agents, it has significantly improved the development speed by reducing the time required for research or the time writing the course from the development side. Based on my observations, I have seen an estimated around twenty-five percent improvement in the overall product development involving the use of agentic automation and regular sessions and troubleshooting.
There is a very comprehensive licensing model which supports different automation requirements. The licensing is really good for all the use cases. The pricing is compared to service providers. The cost can be relatively high, but for organizations with multiple boards for the AI capability, the flexible license options and the ease of scaling use cases by using UiPath Platform are beneficial.
I am exploring agentic automation further. The primary user interaction is through the assisted coding tool, as well as directly by building the code by integrating tools such as LangChain or LangGraph. For example, a coding agent can analyze UiPath Platform workflows and issues and suggest improvements needed in the loader. It can also directly help me generate code which I can use in UiPath Platform and can provide me the VB dot NET code. By leveraging agentic automation, I have been able to improve efficiency and reduce manual human intervention and handle processes in a more effective way. In initial use cases, I have seen approximately eighty to thirty percent reduction in manual effort around automation and around ten to fifteen percent improvement in the signal from the overall process time. Agentic automation is powerful, and I can see a lot of potential coming in it. I rate this review an eight out of ten.

What is our primary use case?
On a day-to-day basis, I have been using UiPath Platform to automate repetitive tasks, utilizing the Action Center, AI Center, and Maestro features I have integrated for automating my business use cases.
Global automation is a specific process I have automated using UiPath Platform, which is completely connected with the system, where it is supposed to connect to the mainframe and some recording to the instructions.
I have handled a main use case for multi-part authentication using UiPath Platform. The multi-part architecture requires the kind of transaction size to handle, so multiple bots pick the transactions from each queue, with several bots running to manage the workflow more efficiently. The process called swift loading efficiency that I worked on involved the front-end side with an app while we enabled three different robots on the back end. The kind of challenge I faced was at the end of running, as I was supposed to generate a report.
Using UiPath Communications Mining, I delivered a proof of concept project recently, wherein I classified emails based on conversation. Training and labeling each email helps produce percentage data that supports developers. For example, I extracted data from email bodies, enabled email classification and routing, processed attachments, and created case tickets for automated task creation. The communication mining functionality has been instrumental in processing unstructured messages effectively.
What is most valuable?
I believe the best features of UiPath Platform include the Action Center, which I really love, and the recently introduced Maestro and UiPath Agent Builder. These features stand out the most for me in terms of enhancing productivity.
When using Action Center and Agent Builder with UiPath Platform, I appreciate how the Agent Builder allows us to build a proper prompt where the agent makes decisions based on the context set in the orchestrator. The orchestrator has the context, where I establish the circumstances for decision-making while reading prompts or taking actions. If any business exception or other issues occur, I route that exception to the user through the Action Center, where the business user reviews and resolves the task, allowing for continuous transaction flow. This process tremendously enhances efficiency in reviewing tasks that are unclear or not confident about extraction details.
I have also experienced the task capture feature on UiPath Platform, which is fantastic for creating business review documents (BRD). This task capture helps design flows including 'as-is' flow diagrams and records actions taken within the entire system, capturing every screenshot for methodologies including web, desktop, or Excel applications.
UiPath Platform has positively impacted our organization by automating a significant number of workflows, which reduces manual efforts and allows employees to focus on higher-value creation activities. Since adopting the platform, we have automated time-consuming and repetitive processes, achieving consistency that has saved a substantial amount of money for the team. We would typically recruit people for manual tasks, but such work has been replaced, improving visibility into workflows and standard operations. UiPath Platform helps our organization scale automation effectively, thus improving productivity and delivering better service to customers.
What needs improvement?

Automation has transformed invoice processing and improved accuracy across our operations
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for UiPath Platform is orchestrating the bots that we are automating and automating various functions in UiPath, meaning we are automating various solutions that customers are using with UiPath.
I can provide a specific example of a process we have automated with UiPath: we have automated monitoring of new invoices based on schedule-based triggers. Using interaction, we use an OCR-based system for accounts payable which interacts internally, reconciling purchase orders with invoices and disbursing payment based on the actions. Additionally, we are using UiPath Platform for updates where we hit CRMs such as Salesforce, Healthx, and an internal tool called FIAM.
We also have automated an address process for a company where UiPath Platform's OCR system reads and sends to UiPath Platform to update the CRM.
Apart from this, we have also automated accounts payable processes for a large institution, and we have also automated processes for the same institution.
What is most valuable?
The top-notch feature, which is the strength of UiPath Platform, is Orchestration, which provides fabulous coordination and end-to-end flow. Additionally, the integration, API integrations, and exception handling are exceptional.
UiPath Platform Orchestrator stands out for me because it is a central controller for all automations, managing, filtering, scheduling, and governing the flow as the Robot executes it. What stands out is the central management; I can manage all the Robot processes, queues, assets, and logs from one page. Moreover, scheduling and queue management are top-notch, and my scalability is huge—I can have multiple bots processing close to 20,000 invoices at a given time, with UiPath Platform Orchestrator distributing this workload automatically and evenly.
UiPath Platform has positively impacted my organization by reducing manual effort, enabling faster invoicing, improving accuracy, enhancing exception handling, increasing compliance, and providing scalability.
What needs improvement?
UiPath Platform is at its best currently, though there is always room for use improvement.
The integration part could be enhanced. In integration, it would be beneficial to use a central AI agent for smarter document understanding, improve the handling of unstructured documents, and provide better exception handling, including better categorization of business and system exceptions and implementing retries for transient failures.

Automation platform has reduced manual work and has supported secure, fast internal operations
What is our primary use case?
I have been using UiPath Platform for almost four years, and as a platform support engineer, I use this product in a support capacity rather than as a developer.
My main use case for UiPath Platform involves providing this platform to our internal customers by granting access, planning access control, enabling new products, and ensuring that robots are running in the correct infrastructure, particularly the robot runtime configuration part, which I deal with in day-to-day activities.
There are multiple specific examples of how I have helped internal customers using UiPath Platform. I suggest customers use our environment for all automation activities and agentic-related functions using UiPath, where I assist them in automating tasks that require human intervention or large, time-sensitive jobs involving multiple steps by providing suggestions and preparing the environment accordingly.
The activities involved in my platform support engineer role are understood to be day-to-day responsibilities that others must be aware of.
What is most valuable?
UiPath Platform offers several features that stand out to me the most, starting with Orchestrator, followed by the recently introduced Coded Apps, along with Maestro, Maestro Case Flow, Maestro Flow, Test Manager, Test Cloud, Document Understanding, and AIXP, all of which are interesting and utilized in our day-to-day activities.
Coded Apps makes the biggest impact for our team because it is very easy to use, allowing us to develop things quickly and effectively.
Apart from Coded Apps, I find the Autopilot feature also valuable for customers without a cloud subscription, as it is a powerful tool despite some limitations.
UiPath Platform has positively impacted our organization by reducing human tasks by approximately thirty to thirty-five percent, and we are trying to increase this percentage by adopting new AI features. This percentage relates only to the older Orchestrator and unattended robot setup, while we expect more results from the new features we have yet to calculate.
The reduction in human tasks has helped us save time and money, allowing us to utilize the remaining resources for other tasks.
What needs improvement?
UiPath Platform can be improved in several ways. At Allianz, we have raised multiple TAF requirements, asking for integrations such as AAD for Document Understanding and better utilization of platform unit resources, which currently lack visibility.
Regarding needed improvements, I wish UiPath would prioritize finishing the TAF requests we have raised and ensuring compatibility across all products, especially since the recently introduced Coded Apps currently do not work on the private link.
Regarding UiPath Platform's AI capabilities, I believe its governance and security need improvement. While I see recent enhancements such as the ability to disable individual models and track them, I still find room for improvement in governance, which I would rate an eight out of ten.
One improvement needed for UiPath Platform is the capability to run from customer environments. If UiPath could develop an environment that can be deployed in customer subscriptions, it would alleviate security concerns regarding data transfer.

Previously, we used Blue Prism, which lacked the freedom and features that we found in UiPath, prompting our switch.
What was our ROI?
I have seen a return on investment through saved time and money.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing has led me to believe that UiPath should reduce their tool's pricing and consider providing support levels based on customer purchase volume, particularly for larger implementations.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing UiPath Platform, we evaluated other options, but ultimately found UiPath to be superior to Blue Prism and Microsoft, especially since Microsoft was not very capable at that time.
What other advice do I have?
My advice for others looking into using UiPath Platform is to first analyze the private endpoint capabilities, especially if security is a primary concern, and to consider all aspects, including the limitations and potential security glitches within UiPath products.
We are using Agentic Automation, but it is not security-capable, as agents need to be within UiPath, and the existing solution only provides VPN access, which is not suitable for production setups.
I am sharing the platform with our internal customers who are developing use cases using Agentic Automation; however, I do not have a detailed view of that area.
UiPath Academy primarily serves developers and lacks relevance for platform engineers, offering only limited courses. I believe more platform-specific courses should be introduced to benefit colleagues.
The value I gain from being part of UiPath's user community comes from the community events introducing multiple products. The last event I attended was great, featuring demos of various products.
I would rate this review an eight out of ten overall.
A True End-to-End Automation Ecosystem — Powered by Orchestrator and a Strong Community
What is our primary use case?
As a platform engineer and technical lead in RPA platform engineering, I manage the UiPath Platform end-to-end—including Orchestrator, tenant folders, robots, access provisioning, and permissions across components like Document Understanding, Maestro, iXp, and Data Fabric. A typical use case is accounts payable processing, where 200–300+ daily vendor invoices in varied formats (PDFs, scanned images) are handled through a Document Understanding workflow involving classification, extraction, validation, and a learning loop that improves the model from validation corrections. While the platform offers a vast range of capabilities—Studio/Studio X and the new browser-based development environment for automation building; AI-driven tools like AI Center, Communication Mining, and Autopilot; Action Center for human-in-the-loop exception handling; Apps for low-code UI interaction; and Process/Task Mining for process intelligence—Orchestrator remains the feature I use most and consider the true control tower of the platform. It governs queue management, credential and asset stores, robot scheduling, and folder-based segregation, enabling me to scale automation safely and reliably across hundreds of robots and multiple business units. Document Understanding and Action Center are close behind given their role in invoice processing and exception handling, but Orchestrator is what I touch every day and what transforms individual automations into a governed, auditable enterprise capability.
How has it helped my organization?
On the downside, while the new dashboard feature is a welcome addition, the validation and accuracy of the data it presents still need improvement. Version and upgrade management, though better than before, still demands careful planning to ensure compatibility across Orchestrator, Studio, and robot components—particularly in hybrid or on-premises environments. Licensing and cost transparency around the Platform Units model could also be clearer, especially in understanding how consumption is tracked and allocated at the organization level versus individual tenants. Additionally, the experience across Studio, Studio Web, and Studio X still feels somewhat fragmented, and greater design consistency and feature parity across these tools would help standardize development practices for teams with mixed skill levels.
What is most valuable?
Here's a rephrased version:
What really sets the UiPath Platform apart for me, beyond individual features, is how seamlessly the entire suite works together as one connected ecosystem rather than a collection of separate tools. A process idea can move from discovery and process mining straight into Automation Hub as a pipeline, get built in Studio, deployed and governed through Orchestrator, and enhanced with AI-driven Document Understanding—all end to end. That level of continuity is rare; many automation platforms offer strong standalone capabilities, but few match the degree of integration UiPath provides across the pipeline, and that's what I'd most want to highlight.
The UiPath documentation is like a bible for anyone who's worked extensively with the platform. From a user experience standpoint, I'd like to see continued investment in making Studio and Studio Web feel more unified. Switching between Studio, Studio Web, and Studio X for different use cases can feel fragmented, particularly when trying to standardize development practices across a team with mixed skill levels. A more consistent design language and closer feature parity across these tools would go a long way.
What needs improvement?
As a platform engineer, I've worked extensively across the UiPath Platform and identified several limitations, which I've logged as tickets—UiPath has confirmed these will be addressed in upcoming releases. The new dashboard feature is a welcome addition, though the validation and accuracy of the data it presents still need improvement and further review. On the upgrade and version management front, while the process has improved over the years, coordinating version compatibility across Orchestrator, Studio, and robot components—especially in hybrid or on-premises environments—still requires careful planning.
From a licensing and cost transparency perspective, I've seen the shift toward the Platform Units model, but I haven't found clear visibility into how Platform Unit consumption is tracked at the organization level. For example, if a tenant hasn't been allocated any Platform Units and an end user in that tenant tries to use one, it gets consumed directly from the organization-level pool. That kind of consumption visibility is what I've been looking for but haven't been able to find.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using UiPath Platform for almost ten plus years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
UiPath Platform is stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The scalability, I can give it ten out of ten.
How are customer service and support?
From a customer support perspective, I'd give high ratings—I have access to dedicated support where I can log my issues, along with an agent who helps translate and clarify the problem. Response times after submission are very fast; open tickets or cases are picked up promptly, and support is provided either via call or email. I'm confident that UiPath's product support team is among the best in the industry.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I was previously using Blue Prism, but the user-friendly approach and interface of the UiPath Platform, along with its continuous day-by-day progress and expanding capabilities, made me switch to it.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Blue Prism was one option among others. However, UiPath Platform was the best in the market, so I chose that.
What other advice do I have?
The UiPath Platform community has truly brought out the best of the technology. Beyond the official product documentation, it's been a genuinely valuable resource for peer-to-peer problem solving—the UiPath Forum is often where I find real-world solutions faster than through formal support channels, with a strong base of best practices and a good number of active MVPs contributing there. The community also runs multiple events and local chapters; I've attended UiPath DevCon myself, which has been immensely helpful. For a platform team like mine, the community effectively functions as an extended internal knowledge base—it shortens the learning curve for uncommon problems and helps validate that our architecture decisions align with broader industry practice, rather than working in isolation. I'm confident it delivers real value, and I'd rate this overall experience a 9 out of 10.
