Fast Whitelisting with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fast reflection in whitelisting and blacklisting and controlling user URLs access. It helps solve the issue of controlling what end-users can access, making them more productive. The setup was pretty easy to initiate too.
What do you dislike about the product?
In whitelisting, sometimes it requires whitelisting another sub links to work, which I think needs to be improved. Applying sub categories or suggestions when whitelisting URLs to make things work would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zscaler Private Access for controlling end-user traffic and logging for incident analysis. It solves controlling what end-users can access, making them more productive.
Fast Whitelisting, Efficient Security
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zscaler Private Access is fast and reliable. Whenever I whitelist or blacklist a link, it reflects right away. I also appreciate the logging review features that let me check on user activity. It doesn't affect production, and if there's an urgent action like whitelisting a tool or URL related to the client, it doesn't take time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like when you whitelist a URL, it doesn't fully work. You still need to whitelist other sublinks to make the URL or tool fully loaded or productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zscaler Private Access for controlling and securing traffic, addressing security and productivity concerns, and preventing access to non-work URLs. It updates whitelists/blacklists quickly, ensuring that urgent actions don't impact production.
Secure, Scalable, and Effortless to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the scalability and reliability of Zscaler Private Access. It's pretty fast when you blacklist or whitelist a link, and the changes reflect on all devices or users, even for those working from home. This makes it really convenient. The setup was easy, too, with no issues during configuration. I just had to push the configuration and profiles on our production floor, and it worked smoothly.

I use Zscaler Private Access to prevent users from accessing unauthorized or unrelated work links, addressing security concerns and blocking non-work related websites like social media and suspicious links.

Reliable and Efficient Remote Access with Minor Connection Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zscaler Private Access has had zero downtime so far and is fast and stable. It's safe and reliable, as it bans unauthorized access to important applications. The transition managed by the IT team was seamless and didn't take much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there is a change of network, the Zscaler Private Access application keeps on connecting and disconnecting, which is quite a nuisance during work. Seamless connection even after a change of network or longer sessions per user should be deployed. Further, there should be an option to mute the constant notifications.

I use Zscaler Private Access to connect to my office network remotely. It securely connects me to required applications without unauthorized access. What do you like best about the product?
Zero Trust Security enforces least-privilege access and Seamless, VPN-Free Access without the complexity of a traditional VPN. Those make remote work much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited Offline Functionality: the application is only designed for online access, so users may encounter issues if temporarily offline or with unstable internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zscaler Private Access solves the challenges of traditional VPNs, such as slow performance, complex management, and broad network exposure. By providing secure, application-level access instead of full network access, it significantly reduces security risks and prevents lateral movement.
It benefits me by enabling reliable, VPN-free access to internal applications from anywhere, improving user experience and productivity. The Zero Trust model and integration with SSO also simplify access management, strengthen security, and make onboarding and offboarding much more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is unlike other VPN tool this application do need the refresh again and again once connected it works very smooth I have been using since long and it's works with great efficiency

Nothing to dislike about this so far after using if for more than 6 to 8 months it has no dislike so far will keep updating the it team if needed any updates in future

Strong Security, But Latency Can Be an Issue
What do you like best about the product?
Enjanced security is the perfect feature of zscaler. It prevents where a hacker gets on a network and jumps from one system to another- which is not possible with ZPA
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance & Latency: Because traffic must travel to a Zscaler data center before reaching your application, users may experience "hops" that add latency

The level of security provided by zscaler because it belives in the principle. Never trust always verify.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Zscaler Private Access incredibly easy to use, which is a big plus for me as I don't have to manually connect. It's convenient because it runs in the background, removing extra steps from my daily workflow. This helps me focus on my work instead of worrying about connection issues. I also appreciate the security it offers, and the initial setup was smooth since IT provided clear instructions, leaving me with no issues.

Sometimes it feels slower than usual and it is hard to tell if it's the network or the app.

I use Zscaler Private Access to securely and effortlessly access my company's internal systems remotely, eliminating the need for traditional VPNs. It simplifies my workflow by running in the background and focusing on my work, not on the connection.
