Hyperstart Streamlines Contract Management with Solid Databasing and Fast e-Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
Following are the best points about Hyperstart:
1. Centralized contract management, handles workload and large database smoothly
2. Automated metadata extraction to improve contract visibility and tracking
3. Reduces manual administrative overhead, great price point
4. Smooth onboarding and regular support
5. e-signature and approval workflows save a lot of time
6. Faster drafting and one click execution
7. Good user interface

What do you dislike about the product?
- NDAs and client agreements often move outside the platform due to urgency, long signing cycles and frequent use of Google Docs, which makes tracking difficult
- Email trackers don’t add much value since they are often removed from email threads when the shuffling of emails happen
- Uploading or changing templates from back-end takes time and sometimes results in errors
- The signature flow can be confusing, email OTPs have been harder to grasp and there is no phone-based OTP option
- Active Agreements which are yet to be signed still need manual reminders
- Access is largely limited to the legal team, so documents often have to be shared with business teams via Google Docs.
- Advanced features like deviation tracking, AI clauses and analytics are not fully user-ready yet.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to do manual databasing and creation of contracts before onboarding hyperstart. That was a tedious and error-prone process.
With hyperstart, the legal processes are very much automized. For example, NDAs can be sent out directly by the business teams just by filling up a single form.
And the databasing is very accurate and helpful. It has saved us a lot of time and manual overheads.

HyperStart CLM solves manual work with automation, centralizes databasing, and uses AI to extract metadata, saving me time and improving accuracy.

The AI-powered metadata extraction is the best part about this tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as yet. All features that we wanted are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have active date about expiration of agreements and also use forms to auto-fill information in standard templates - which seemed like a hassle before.
Most easy to use yet effective CLM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly UI and one of the most supportive teams to help us with the integration and usage makes it one of the best CLM Tools to come accross.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has just been a couple of months since we start using the Tool and we haven't come accross anything which we dislike about the Tool.

The Tool solves multiple problems for us:
1. It gives a central repository for all our contracts.
2. The Tool's AI extraction feature helps to capture the keypoints from all the contracts and later, the contracts can be filtered using such data points. This makes the work a lot easier.
3. The AI extraction is one of the best compared to its peers.
4. It helps in keeping a track of teh contract life cycle and managing TATs.

User friendly CLM tool with great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
The automated approval workflows and the AI feature that helps easily identify essential clauses in the contract. The team is also incredibly responsive and provide clear, actionable solutions that feel tailored to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation for some of the features offered could be more detailed with additional guides or video tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, our approval process was manually managed through emails, which created delays and the risk of missing some approvals. The automated workflows ensure that the contract moves seamlessly through each stage and all necessary approvals are documented. The seamless integration with Microsoft Word has also been a huge time saver as I can draft, edit and review contracts directly in Word, instead of an in-built editor.
