One of the best security solutions I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
- Very clean UI
- Impressive functionality and detailed functions, you always find a new way to tackle problems
- No alert fatigue due to the very good contextualization
- Fast and supportive support team
- Onboarding was the smoothest process I have ever experienced with a provider
- Engineers who work with Wiz love it, which is not usual for a security tool, I would say

Quick setup, fast value, clear visibility, and actionable cloud security.
What do you like best about the product?
Wiz was quick and easy to set up. We found once it was set up there was a quick realization of value with the tool. It integrated quickly and smoothly with our other tools via APIs. The documentation was easy to understand and support was very helpful with guiding us through the entire set up. The interface is nice and clean with an intuitive onboarding guide built into the dashboard. We really like how quickly Wis was able to identify critical risks as well as place prioritization based on impact. This provided actionable insights into the cloud environment we did not have previously. I really like the agentless architecture that keeps things lightweight and easy to adapt the dynamic nature of the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Wiz excels in many areas, its pricing can be on the higher side for smaller teams or organizations, and the vast amount of data and alerts can sometimes feel overwhelming without proper tuning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz solves the tough challenge of getting full visibility across our multiple cloud environments by giving a clear, comprehensive view of all cloud assets and their vulnerabilities. One of its biggest strengths is its agentless approach with no need to install or manage vulnerability agents every time a VM spins up or shuts down. This was a challenge in ensuring every VM had a vulnerability agent on it. It even takes on the issues of serverless infrastructure like Docker and Kubernetes.
Great security copilot
What do you like best about the product?
Wiz being Kubernetes native gives it a huge leg up in this area. It's a great copilot for monitoring security issues in the environment and simple to deploy.
What do you dislike about the product?
For them to surface thing simplistically takes complex amounts of background logic they will often miss chains of logic within. For example, failing to build a path from an ILB all the way to the backend pool it supports with a vulnerability in it. These don't happen too often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz is helping us shift further left by exposing issues in the pipeline early to the committer of the code, but also helping us visually dig through existing runtime exposures with a clean UI.
Setting the Standard for cloud security products.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing i can think about is adding more exclusions capabilities to the Issues and Policies for K8s.
Granularity is very important on large scale of deployments.

The main issue that Wiz solve was getting clear visability for all the cloud environment + having the ability to check and handle the most important issues .
Wiz - much better than the rest!
What do you like best about the product?
Having used many other CSPM and CNAPP tools, I've found Wiz to be by far the best. It is incredibly easy to use and provides a great amount of detail - we have teams using Wiz just to understand our environments better, regardless of the security findings (which are also incredibly rich). I'm in the tool daily, for all manner of reasons - inventory, security findings, end of life technologies, compliance reporting, absolutely all sorts.
Implementation was a breeze, including integrations with Jira which we use for ticketing - unlike many of the competitors the integration is way more developed so we can get issues to our teams much quicker and in a reliable way.
Customer support has been fantastic, with dedicated resource as well as an easy to use support portal.

What do you dislike about the product?
It does feel like Wiz has expanded very quickly so it sometimes feels like parts are a little disjointed. The querying is very powerful but sometimes when you have results in a table there are quality of life items missing - for example you can only sort by specific fields, even though you have many columns available.
They have also been changing the licensing model recently which has been quite disappointing - previously as an Advanced customer we had access to everything, but now there are a number of add-ons. Even more disappointingly, this wasn't for new features but some features were taken from our license and added to an add-on.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz covers our cloud estate and ensures we have visibility of the risks in it - whether that's misconfigurations, vulnerabilities or data findings. This helps us to remediate and fix these risks. We also use Wiz for shifting left in our SDLC.
The best cloud security tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a cloud security engineer, Wiz stands out as one of the best platforms I've used. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it efficient to manage security tasks. The platform offers a comprehensive suite of tools in one place, and the API options are robust, providing great flexibility for custom integrations. Deployment is very straightforward, thanks to detailed documentation, and the integration options are plentiful, allowing for seamless connections with other systems. Customer support is good. They are responsive and provide effective solutions when needed. Overall, it's a one-stop shop for all security needs, and I use it on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike about Wiz. The platform is powerful and well-designed, but there’s always room for improvement in terms of streamlining certain features for even faster use. That said, these are minor issues compared to the overall quality of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz solves critical problems around visibility and control over cloud assets. As a security engineer, having a clear view of all assets within the cloud environment is essential, and Wiz provides that visibility in a way that is easy to manage. It helps me track and monitor the security posture of every asset, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Additionally, Wiz allows for better control over these assets by identifying vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and risks in real-time. This proactive approach allows me to address potential issues before they become threats, which ultimately improves the security and efficiency of our systems. The centralized platform saves time and helps me maintain a higher level of security with less effort.
The Cloud Security Chutzpah We Needed for AWS & Azure
What do you like best about the product?
Wiz gave us a single pane of glass for cloud security .
This agentless and mostly hassle-free onboarding presented us a impressive cloud scanning and instant visibility.
We undeerstood along the way with Wiz platform that In cloud security, not every alert is an actual issue, and being able to tune out low/none-risk findings without losing visibility is priceless.
This is where we stopped chasing shadows and start fixing real vulnerabilities
Wiz allow us to beef up on code security, runtime scanning and live alerting all consdlidated to a single platform
at last their docuemtnation is amazing, all the menus and views and settings are explained from top to bottom which allow us to be self paced in learning how to use the platform best

What do you dislike about the product?
not such a drawback but a scope of work not fully present in the begininng
wiz is a high velocity evolving product, constantnly changes fixes and new add ons/features
requries us to keep track all the time on their release notes updates just to understand what changed or should have fixed

Wiz gives me the confidence that I’m seeing everything in one place—misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, identity risks, and compliance gaps. It cuts through the noise and lets me focus on what truly needs fixing, making my job more strategic and less about chasing endless alerts
Best Cloud Security Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been following Wiz for years and when we finally reached the need of a Cloud Security Platform, Wiz came first to mind. We've compared a few tools before we went ahead, but Wiz got significant advantage against competition.
Onboarding was extremely easy and we were up and running in a matter of days. The thing we love most about Wiz is how simple it actually is and how much information we get out of it. We've been able to identify and resolve critical issues quickly once we connected it to our cloud environments.
Wiz provides immense help with our security audits and helps us automate production deployments of infrastructure without introducing security issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative to mention here, until now experience was great and everytime we needed support we received the answers we needed.

Helps us keep our cloud infrastructure secure.
Review of WIZ
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the product goes deeper into insights, our company used Prisma Cloud before switching to WIZ and the level of detail we got out of WIZ verse Prisma was significantly greater. We also can set policies we follow, along with custom compliance policies. Also, the ability to be able to deploy to all our environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about WIZ is the fact that you can’t dismiss an alert if it is a false positive, you can only ignore it. I also don’t like they keep building out these cool products and putting them in preview mode for everyone then come back and charge an arm and a leg for it. Our company sets budgets for the year so having to try and justify why we need to add an additional license has made us say no to certain parts of their new licensing model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WIZ has helped us address security vulnerabilities, enhance our data management, and provide seamless integration with all our applications. It has benefited myself in being about to safeguard our data and provide the ability to get teams who were not looking at their cloud vulnerabilities to be more on top of making sure their vulnerabilities are remediated correctly.
Confident in the product
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to create custom rules in Rego without upgrading the license is a pain
Creating new graph controls can be really laggy if the graph is big

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securing a cloud environment which is big enough for a security team to struggle to keep an eye on is hard. Wiz helps solve that for us by giving us a clear single pane of glass view of our entire cloud infrastructure, with a hassle-free setup. Out of the box, there are enough rules to get started with, and they make a difference in how confident we are in our cloud security posture. As well as security, Wiz also has a number of rules focussed just on 'best practices' which have both taught us a few new tricks and alerted us to some anti-patterns in our IaC.
