What do you like best about the product?

I love that Polarion eliminates static document chaos, converting documents into dynamic live web documents. I find its flawless end-to-end traceability of impact analysis diagrams incredibly valuable as it helps me see how everything connects.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't like the system lags when there are more interconnected live items, and setup is hard for me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?

I love that Polarion assists with live documenting and supplier collaboration. It solves my problems by unifying quality assurance, test execution, and release management in a single, cohesive thread. The end-to-end digital thread feature is really valuable to me because it allows all requirements to be downstreamed to design blocks. Also, change requests and source codes are read via Jira, and I'm alerted if anything is modified. The initial setup was easy, which I appreciate.

What do you dislike about the product?

Workflow setups in Polarion require a special administrator, making it challenging for everyone to design, customize, and set up workflows. It can't be easily done by just anyone, which can be a bit of a hassle.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Polarion unifies quality assurance, executions, and release processes. It streamlines documenting and supplier collaboration, manages requirements to design flow, integrates with Jira for change alerts, and offers an end-to-end digital thread. However, workflow setups require a specialized administrator.

To manage requirements, testing, changes, and releases in a centralized platform with end-to-end traceability, workflow control, and auditability.

Na so far nothing all are ok for ne at the moment

What do you like best about the product?

The way it supports our business with requirements preparation and implementation, along with regression testing, will help streamline the process and improve the overall product outcome.

What do you dislike about the product?

Most of the time, it fails to meet the requirement of exporting to Word or PDF from a large parent-child requirement set. The exported output often doesn’t include each piece of data or parameter properly, and the whole process ends up taking more time than expected.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes it easy to capture requirements from the business or sales team, and it also helps adapt to later changes in those requirements during implementation, with flexible, adaptive updates.

Integration with most of the products is somehow complex or not supported.
