The AI pre-translations allows our team to ship rapidly without being bottlenecked by human translators.

What do you dislike about the product?

The privileges structure is sometimes unclear and confusing. Only certain people have the ability to take certain actions and it can be difficult to tell who can do what.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Crowdin allows us to translate our app into dozens of different languages with ease.

It’s a very clear and straightforward way to manage and match translations across large projects.

What do you dislike about the product?

Finding translations could be more intuitive. For instance it would be great if you could browse your own website within CrowdIn and click the texts you'd want to translate or change.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have to manage our website in multiple locales, with the same content but localized. CrowdIn has become unmissable in this.

Crowdin has significantly simplified our localization workflow. The integrations with development tools, automated synchronization, translation memory, and glossary management help keep translations consistent and reduce manual work. The platform is easy to use for both developers and translators, and collaboration across teams works smoothly. Support has also been responsive when needed. Overall, it's a powerful solution for managing multilingual projects at scale

What do you dislike about the product?

Crowdin is easy to get started with and offers strong automation features. The learning curve for some advanced settings can be a bit steep, but once configured, it saves a lot of time in managing multilingual content.

Were able to use AI inside of crowding and it’s helping for translators to translate faster than every before

A very good tool that supports multilingual websites.
Very transparent and supportive UI with translation suggestions

There's nothing I don't like about the tool, everything runs smoothly without any complications, so I enjoy using it.
Maybe it just needs to be fixed in the code adaptation during translation so that the code is not translated and is correctly taken into account in the translation.

I don't have any business problems.

It’s user-friendly and well organized, and it includes access to the latest AI translation technologies.

There are a few minor bugs, but they aren’t very significant. Overall, there’s very little to criticize, and I’m generally satisfied with it.

We can now translate new content, including localization and documentation, much more promptly. Compared with our previous workflow—where we relied on desktop software and outsourced translation jobs to an agency—the process with Crowdin is far more automated, faster, and more flexible.

That it organizes translations per language and that it makes it clear whether a text has been translated to all languages or not. Plus the generation of all translations.

Sometimes it is unclear where to find some parts of the functionality.

We manage a large amount of localization texts and Crowdin helps us to generate and manage all of them at once.

What do you like best about the product?

For many years CrowdIn was and is the best online CAT tool we use daily. Its user-friendly interface, mobile support, and tons of additional modules/apps that increase the productivity and capabilities of the system are remarkable.

What do you dislike about the product?

The current aim of the AI implementation leads to a lack of attention to bugs and issues. I don't think it's a coincidence that the platform started receiving freezes and drops in productivity with entering the AI-era.

Also, seems that many new features are added without proper testing on live clients, and the purpose of changes is not always clear or has a win.

Currently CrowdIn needs to focus on extending core (not through AI or additional apps) functionality, strengthening it, and then move to other features. For example, File sorting and progress handling in Editor or Dashboard.

CrowdIn fully covers translation management and helps to organize the best translation pipeline possible.
