What do you like best about the product?

I like having translations in the same place and being able to include new translations and languages.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find Crowdin’s UI quite confusing and difficult to use. It’s difficult to find specific words and hard to navigate between areas, and the initial setup was confusing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Crowdin for translations of the same environment.

AI pre-translation feature is a total game-changer. It handles the heavy lifting instantly and saves us hours of manual work.

What do you dislike about the product?

AI pre-translation is a bit of a black box. It would be great to have more transparency into how it processes complex strings or handles edge cases under the hood instead of just getting the final output.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We struggled with managing localization manually across multiple releases, but now we can use Crowdin's automated workflows and AI pre-translation to handle everything instantly, which has resulted in massive time savings

What do you like best about the product?

I like having a history of changes, keeping translations out of the code, and having a good interface. I like the GitHub integration and how easy it is to push new changes, ask translators for new translations, and get them back. All our translations are in Crowdin, so we don’t have multiple sources of truth. We also have two branches to avoid conflicts or downtime. From what I’ve heard, it was easy to get the context of a string to translate it.

What do you dislike about the product?

I’d like a preview of the webpage so I can see where a string is.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Crowdin to manage our app translations, keep a history of changes instead of hardcoding them, and keep all translations in one source of truth. Its GitHub integration makes it easy to push changes and get new translations, and branches help us avoid conflicts or downtime.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that we set Crowdin up several years ago and haven’t needed to change anything; it just works. It was simple to set up and maintain. Our product managers like in-context editing, and I like that it lets non-technical product managers translate content or change source text with less communication and developer involvement. I also like that it reduces communication lag between developers and the product team, and that it offers automated translation with integrated AI solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes Crowdin’s auto translation generates very weird results: a phrase of two words can turn into a hundred synonyms listed all together, and we need to catch that in code review. We also sometimes get conflicts in the integration when the product team updates the source file and translations in the same batch, and the integration falls off. It’s not that critical, but it annoys developers to fix it from time to time. Restarting usually gets it working again.

I use Crowdin so our non-technical product managers can translate into the needed languages or change source text with less communication and developer involvement. It also supports automated translation through OpenAI integration.

What do you like best about the product?

It simplifies the rather complex topic of translations. The UI is quite clear and flexibly adapts to all languages, the integration is great as it allows using their own APIs. It was easy for us to create automation on it. Performances are great, and the pricing is very transparently communicated. In the rare cases where we needed to reach out to support, it was very efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?

Not so much. The platform is easy to use and has a modern look.

It is solving our translation process for our software. We automate using their APIs, upload some strings, get translations and open a PR, all automated.

It wasn't necessarily easy to set up, but now that it's running, it's okay

It allows for externalizing text management without having to push PRs for every text change

What do you like best about the product?

The AI translation quality is good, there’s a very wide variety of languages available, and the GitHub integration is pretty seamless. The UI is intuitive and getting started and integrating with our codebase was easy to set up, after every update the translated files come in quickly and automatically, it becomes a mostly hands-off process.

What do you dislike about the product?

I'm pretty happy with the product overall, my one issue so far was a change in the formatting of the translated files that broke one of our linter rules and kept us from merging translation PRs for a bit, but it was an easy fix and never bothered us again.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a SaaS that runs in multiple countries, in many different languages, in Android, iOS, and web. Crowdin has removed most of the effort of supporting multiple languages off our shoulders and allowed us to focus on other areas.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like best about Crowdin is how well it fits into our development workflow. The GitHub integration and the CLI let us automate the whole localization process: new source strings are pushed to Crowdin automatically, and finished translations come back as pull requests. Developers don’t have to copy files around by hand, and translations never block a release.

What do you dislike about the product?

Honestly very little. The wide range of settings takes a short time to learn at first, but the documentation and support make onboarding easy.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Crowdin solves the problem of keeping our product localized as it changes quickly. Before, managing translation files by hand was slow and error-prone: strings went missing, files got out of sync between languages, and developers spent time on copy-paste work instead of building features.

What do you like best about the product?

The integration with my app went smoothly, and the UI/UX of this product is very easy to use. It’s straightforward to handle overall, and uploading new translations is very fast.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are a few minor limitations I’ve noticed. For instance, notes and comments for translated words still have to be added manually. I think it would be much better if this could be automated in some way.

It helped me fix the issue with the translated files. I don’t need to upload any file anymore; it’s only needed one more time, and then it’s in Crowdin.
