CrowdIn: The Best CAT Tool with a User-Friendly, Productivity-Boosting Experience

  • May 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
For many years CrowdIn was and is the best online CAT tool we use daily. Its user-friendly interface, mobile support, and tons of additional modules/apps that increase the productivity and capabilities of the system are remarkable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current aim of the AI implementation leads to a lack of attention to bugs and issues. I don't think it's a coincidence that the platform started receiving freezes and drops in productivity with entering the AI-era.

Also, seems that many new features are added without proper testing on live clients, and the purpose of changes is not always clear or has a win.

Currently CrowdIn needs to focus on extending core (not through AI or additional apps) functionality, strengthening it, and then move to other features. For example, File sorting and progress handling in Editor or Dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CrowdIn fully covers translation management and helps to organize the best translation pipeline possible.

Translation Memory and Term Search Make Consistency Easy

  • May 25, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I particularly appreciate the translation memory management. You can easily delete an old translation to keep the new one, making it easy to maintain consistency.
I also love the ability to search for a specific term across all components. It’s a huge help in ensuring translation consistency and making targeted corrections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is beautifully designed.
Actually, I didn't like the platform at first.
I'd worked on platforms like Phrase, Matecat, etc., and I was kind of used to how they were set up.
But I loved Crowdin once I started to understand how useful it was. It's a wonderful app. I highly recommend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Crowdin solves is consistency.
This app lets you go back years to standardize your work.
In fact, the languages we use are called living languages because they change and evolve significantly. So having an application that allows you to update terms over time across all your components is wonderful.
In fact, it’s very useful for companies that need to maintain their branding over the years and decades.
It’s the ideal tool for those who want to stay in business for the long haul.

Crowdin, helping the community through translations

  • May 21, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the help that the site offers at the time of translation, whether through AI or by means of a possible "dictionary."
What do you dislike about the product?
Some warnings he gives about writing errors appear even when, in fact, there is no error at all. For example, he considers certain messages as foreignisms, but the issue is that everyone uses them in English.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
She solves the problem of translations and benefits me by offering the possibility for the community to help in projects, as well as allowing people to earn income through Crowdin.

What do you like best about the product?
The Kamban system, combined with automated reminder emails, helps improve task organization, workflow visibility, and team coordination by allowing everyone to clearly track the progress of activities through different stages such as pending, in progress, and completed. Low-Friction Localization Integration That Streamlines Our Workflow

  • May 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The integration allows us to create a simple process for handling localization, with very little friction in the overall workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI translation costs more than it’s worth. Basic machine translation gets you about 90% of the way there, and then you can have humans refine and polish the result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to offer our product in more languages and to work with our solutions partners to localize the app for their markets.
