AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract combines base plans with add-ons you stack on top. You start with a plan — Team+, Business, or Business Plan — where Business options carry variable fees quoted through the vendor. From there, you scale capacity in two ways. Add hosted words in fixed monthly blocks ranging from 20,000 up to 50,000,000, choosing the block sizes that match your translation volume. Add extra managers per month, with a separate 33%-discounted manager option. You can also pay per paid app on a monthly basis. Each add-on is billed independently, so you customize the total to your team.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What exactly counts as a hosted word for the hosted-word add-on blocks?
A hosted word is one word to translate multiplied by your project's target languages. Uploading a 500-word file to a project with 10 target languages creates 5,000 hosted words. The limit applies across all projects in your organization. When you need more capacity, you add hosted-word blocks.
How do the base plan, hosted-word blocks, manager add-ons, and paid-app charge combine on one bill?
You start with a base plan, then stack add-ons that each bill independently. Hosted-word blocks, extra managers, and paid apps add to your monthly charge separately. Your total depends on which blocks and add-ons you select. Business plans carry variable fees quoted through the vendor.
Are translators and proofreaders counted as billable managers or seats?
No. The manager add-on covers management roles only. Any paid subscription plan lets you invite an unlimited number of translators and proofreaders to your projects at no per-seat charge. So translator headcount does not change your bill; manager count and hosted-word volume do.

What do you like best about the product?
The pricing compared to other tools for the outcome is pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having proper version history to change back and when a new file is uploaded it just simply overwrites everything without multi confirming and cautionary steps

The localization management got easier although it could still get more intuitive e.g. showing languages and source text in columns based on same strings or topics or wordings for easier cross check and consistency

Reviewed on Aug 24, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The distinct roles between the translator and the approver are cool. The way it tracks the tasks of the two different roles is fantastic. I would say what we have been paying to crowdin is worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you assign two approvers, the fact that one can override the approval of the other is something that needs to be managed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been localizing a software tool for the Ethiopian widely spoken languages and that helped our users a lot.

Essential for Collaborative Localization
Reviewed on Aug 20, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Crowdin for its ability to facilitate collaboration on localization projects, enabling a large amount of work to be completed without overburdening one person. I like seeing the percentage progress on translation strings or documents because it's an easy way to know which areas to focus on. The initial setup was also straightforward; I was simply invited and created an account, making it pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't put my finger on why, but the interface can get overwhelming sometimes. I wish, for example, that there was a way to sort the list of tasks by percentage progress as soon as I open the project and see all the progress bars. If it is a large project, I have to scroll and visually seek the one I can work on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin helps me collaborate effectively on localization projects and get a big amount of work done without burdening one person. The percentage progress feature helps me easily know the areas to focus on.
