What do you like best about the product?

After completing a major CRM migration, we were invited to share our honest experience with WinPure
We tested several leading tools in the market, carefully evaluating each one for speed, accuracy, usability, and support. While some tools were good in one area, none offered the full package we needed — until we tried WinPure.

WinPure stands out as the most complete and reliable platform. The software is very fast, incredibly accurate at identifying duplicates and near-duplicates, and much easier to use than anything else we tested. What impressed us most was how intuitive the interface is; it doesn't require weeks of training just to get started. Within hours, we were able to run our first matching projects with confidence. Another key factor for us is security. As part of a large CRM migration, we were dealing with sensitive customer data, and WinPure provided the reassurance we needed with its secure, established platform. But perhaps the biggest difference-maker was the world-class support.

The WinPure team took the time to guide us through every stage of the process, offering hands-on training and answering all of our questions quickly and clearly. This gave our team the knowledge and confidence to handle even the most complex matching and cleaning tasks. Thanks to WinPure, our CRM migration was a success. We were able to clean and consolidate our data far more quickly and accurately than we expected, saving us time, money, and headaches.

If you’re looking for a data quality and matching solution that combines accuracy, speed, ease of use, security, and outstanding customer support, I can’t recommend WinPure enough. It’s by far the best platform we’ve used and it made all the difference for our project.

There really isn’t much to dislike about this tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using WinPure, our biggest challenge was dealing with duplicate and inconsistent data as part of a large CRM migration. We needed a solution that could quickly and accurately identify duplicates, clean messy records, and give us confidence that the data moving into our new CRM was complete, consistent, and reliable.

What do you like best about the product?

The interface is user-friendly and intuitive.
WinPure team was very supportive in implementing the tool.
I like the ability to connect to databases.

What do you dislike about the product?

When using the fuzzy search, the computing time increases a lot.

We have been using Winpure Clean & Match for many years now to keep our lists accurate and to compare data from different sources. It is so easy to use and yet so powerful that helps save hours and hours of manual efforts. I highly recommend this tool.

What do you dislike about the product?

There is nothing to criticise about this software.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it to clean the data, deduplicate, and cross-match data.

What do you like best about the product?

Easy to use tool but provides incredible results very quickly. We mainly use it for entity resolution (data matching) as it has the ability to find people who live at the same address but have been spelt incorrectly. Also a big shout to their support team which is seriously exceptional.

What do you dislike about the product?

Not really anything we disliked but we did find some of the online help not as helpful as it could be,but once we had our training everything came together very well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automating the import of customer records from sql server and and matching them against our master database so to create a single master customer record across our entire organization. Also using address verification to correct all mailing address details.

The product support and ease of use are great. The support team is knowledgeable and easy to connect with.

What do you dislike about the product?

Have not used the software long enough to find a dislike.

Shaves hours off of comparing data from different sources.

Putting aside the fact that the software is simply amazing, the support team is incredible. Ben Cutler and Guillermo Romero have gone above and beyond to help me.

What do you dislike about the product?

There was nothing that I needed to be done that WinPure couldn't do. There were a few things that I couldn't figure out on my own, but the WinPure team, particularly Ben Cutler, came up with some creative solutions to get the software to do what I needed it to.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're trying to migrate hundreds of thousands of records in bulk from Velocify to Salesforce, but before we do the migration we need to clean, standardize, and de-duplicate the data as well as manipulate it based on a set of logic. WinPure can make all that happen.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

They have a free trial so there's no risk in trying it. It's as good, if not better, than other software but much more reasonably priced.

What do you like best about the product?

This software contains all that I need to clean and merge my datasets. If you run into any issues you can contact their support team and they will happily and swiftly assist you on how to best use the software for your project. Also, I like the fact there is a free version available.

What do you dislike about the product?

The tool has a lot of features to assist you in your work and it takes a bit of effort to understand how it all works. Online you can find helpful guides though. The user interface to me looks a bit dated and could be improved on.

We work with data sets from multiple sources which contains duplicated data. We use the tool to clean the data and create one master file with unique data.

Ben is a very pleasant conversational partner with an incredible patience. With his experience and foresight he understands the customer’s needs.

Nothing. But as the application is quite complex some training is advisable.

Basically deduplication. The result can be displayed in different views.

What do you like best about the product?

This software contains everything you need to work with large amounts of both structured and unstructured data. They also have a knowledgeable support team to assist with project-specific questions on how to best use the software.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are many features packed into the software that there is a slight learning curve to master the platform. They do, however, have many online tutorials and webinars to help get you through the learning process.

I have clients that have redundant data sets from multiple sources, and it has been difficult to dedupe and merge-pure all of these data sets to create a complete master record. Using the software, we have been able to create master data sets that have dramatically improved call center performance and provide the basis for accurate analytics that drive critical business decisions.

If you're looking to save time for your organization cleaning up data. WinPure is the way to go.
