What do you like best about the product?

I like how CrewAI makes it easy to build and manage AI agent teams. Its role-based agents and task coordination help organize complex workflows and automate multi-step tasks. CrewAI provides good value for building and managing AI agent workflows. Its agent coordination and automation features help save time and make complex tasks easier to manage.

What do you dislike about the product?

The learning curve can be a little steep at first, especially when setting up agents, tasks, and workflows. More beginner-friendly documentation would make it easier to get started.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

CrewAI helps automate multi-step tasks by coordinating multiple AI agents. It saves me time by letting different agents collaborate on research, planning, and executing tasks, so the overall workflow feels more streamlined.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s a great research and writing agent. It helps me handle day-to-day tasks effortlessly.

What do you dislike about the product?

It’s very complex to use, and the cost involved is much higher.

It helps reduce the amount of work you have to do when reading multiple documents.

What I like most about it is that it can make multiple AI agents work together easily and doesn't make you struggle like most of the platforms do.

I feel that sometimes this multi-agent system gets very complicated as well as expensive once you are past the simple ones.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think when there are complicated multi-step tasks which require a lot of manual effort, it can be greatly simplified if I create different agents and have them come together to create a solution. So I don't have to do it manually and it saves a lot of my time. It's very beneficial in that sense.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how CrewAI makes it relatively straightforward to experiment with AI agents and automation without having to build everything from scratch. The idea of having different AI agents working together on different parts of a task is really useful, especially when looking at ways to automate repetitive business processes.

The visual editor is also helpful when you’re first getting started as it makes understanding the workflow a lot easier.

What do you dislike about the product?

There is definitely a learning curve when you first start using it. Some of the terminology around agents, crews, flows and tools can take a bit of time to understand, particularly if you don’t have a technical background.

I’d also like to see more ready-made templates for common business use cases, as this would make it easier to get value from the platform straight away.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’ve mainly been exploring CrewAI for automating repetitive tasks and seeing how multiple AI agents can work together on a process.

The biggest benefit is the potential time saving. Rather than using AI for individual prompts, CrewAI allows you to think about creating a complete workflow where different agents handle different stages of the task.

What do you like best about the product?

Modular Thinking: It breaks down complex, multi-step problems by assigning specific roles, goals, and backstories to individual agents, making the overall process easier to follow and manage. The value of CrewAI relative to its implementation cost is highly favorable, provided you use it for the right scope. Because the core CrewAI framework is an open-source Python library, the direct software cost is $0. However, the true cost lies in the LLM API tokens consumed during multi-agent interactions, and this is where the value dynamic shifts based on your workflow.For complex, non-linear workflows—such as automated market research, deep competitive analysis, or multi-stage content pipelines—the system delivers massive value. It handles complex task handoffs and agent-to-agent delegation automatically, saving dozens of developer hours that would otherwise be spent hard-coding state management or building custom orchestration logic. In these scenarios, the token expense is easily justified by the sheer volume of automated labor produced.

What do you dislike about the product?

Agent outputs can be inconsistent at times. They occasionally ignore instructions or fail to return the expected data, such as citations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

On their own, individual models can’t talk to each other, share data, or hand off tasks. CrewAI helps me bridge that gap and coordinate everything more smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?

It was easy to get started with. Took me less than an hour to build and put something to test.

It marketed as open source but was actually open core

We chose not to use it eventually because of the licensing.

What do you like best about the product?

I like and useful for me is the flexibility around agent roles, tools, memory, and task delegation in Crewai. In one use case, I had a research and writing agents work together instead of manually moving information between separate AI conversations automating the overall flow by integrating the crews. For me CrewAI offers good value because the open source framework is free, while the hosted platform provides useful workflow management and observability. For a small project the free option one is enough, but larger production use may require paid plans and the sales team may also provide a POC for a use case in case of subscription for an organization

What do you dislike about the product?

My main challenge was getting comfortable with the different concepts and configuration options. Setting up agents, tasks, tools, memory, and Flows takes some learning, especially initially. Once configured, though, the framework gives me good control over complex workflows in it

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

CrewAI helps me coordinate repetitive multi-step AI work without manually managing every stage. A practical case is using specialized agents to research a topic, validate the findings, and generate a structured report, reducing handoffs and improving workflow consistency for me. It also has all the features to connect to remote applications supporting OAuth 2.0 and other security features to connect to other applications securely enhancing the overall performance. It it a tool with all necessary features included in.

What I like most about CrewAI is how easy it is to break a bigger task into smaller jobs and let different AI agents handle them. I can set up agents with different roles and have them work together instead of trying to make one prompt do everything.

What do you dislike about the product?

The biggest thing I dislike is that it can take some time to get the agents working exactly the way I want. When the workflow gets more complicated, the agents can sometimes behave unpredictably or produce results that need checking.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, the biggest benefit is saving time and getting a workable first result faster, while still being able to review and adjust the output myself.

I use CrewAI to experiment with multi-agent workflows where different agents can handle different parts of a task. I like the way roles and responsibilities can be defined separately, which makes complex workflows easier to structure and understand.

What do you dislike about the product?

There is a learning curve when designing more complex agent workflows. Debugging can also take some time when multiple agents interact and the final output is not what I expected.

CrewAI helps me break larger AI tasks into smaller responsibilities handled by different agents. This makes experimentation easier and gives me a more structured approach to building agentic applications.

The best about crew ai is that how is it is to experiment with multi agent flows, there is orchestration as well. Their documentation is rich. They keep bringing new features and functionalities regular basis

What do you dislike about the product?

There is not much to dislike about, only thing is there community forum can be more interactive and have public events or sessions to make it more enriching

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has helped me with Agentic AI Usecase. The way it is helping me is that I dont need to assemble llm chains together. It is handled with Crew AI
