What do you like best about the product?
I like, it's easy to create a workflow with different agents. The studio interface was so simple to follow and I can test the workflow without having to build everything from code.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I dislike. It can lag when running workflows, especially when they include multiple steps. The automation pricing also feels a bit high to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to me try out AI workflows without writing all the code from scratch. I used it to split a release review into different tasks like requirements, testing, bugs, and incidents.

What I like most about it is that it can make multiple AI agents work together easily and doesn't make you struggle like most of the platforms do.

I feel that sometimes this multi-agent system gets very complicated as well as expensive once you are past the simple ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think when there are complicated multi-step tasks which require a lot of manual effort, it can be greatly simplified if I create different agents and have them come together to create a solution. So I don't have to do it manually and it saves a lot of my time. It's very beneficial in that sense.

The idea of having different AI agents working together on different parts of a task is really useful, especially when looking at ways to automate repetitive business processes.

There is definitely a learning curve when you first start using it. Some of the terminology around agents, crews, flows and tools can take a bit of time to understand, particularly if you don’t have a technical background.
I’d also like to see more ready-made templates for common business use cases, as this would make it easier to get value from the platform straight away.
