Expense entries, tracking, and reporting made easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Entering in expenses and assigning the correct department, G/L, and Job codes is very easy once that is all set up by accounting. In the past, I used the AMEX Concur system and it was a little more cumbersome in the process. Procurify is easy to also go back and edit a created order when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app works well, but it is not as user-friendly as the web app. Reviewing approvals requires extra steps or pages to get to the attachments of invoices, receipts, etc. There are times when I am traveling and would like to use the mobile app to take care of the approvals needed, but it gets a little time-consuming in the process to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to centralize the entry and approval process for business expenses between accounting and the other departments. Employees can quickly create order requests, purchase entries, and approve expenses.

Compare it to what you are currently using and the easiness of the program will speak for itself.

This is the one of the best tool and newly app of procurify to help generate Pos and it helps us lot

i like the purchase items list and the revised Po options as it helps a lot to modify it as per our customer choice.

after creating Po if amounts need amendment it not allow us to change the amount,alos the payment terms are not enterable as per user choise either the last payment needs to select or need to write separately at bottom and great tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the problem of mismatch in the approved and amended amounts as once PO is generated their is no option for make changes .

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it easily connects to the supplier portal, allows you to submit receipts, and find and order your materials quickly and efficiently for your order.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more streamline to all the coding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of knowing exactly, which code goes to which type of items. The benefits the orders are easy for the approvers to deny and or add comments.

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite features about Procurify, is the ability to bulk submit orders. This is extremely helpful in cases where one of our departments has lots of grouped item requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one of the downsides is probably not being able to expressly edit an order once it has been submitted for approval. Of course, there is a way to do this, but it is hidden behind several buttons and menu options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe I am a more efficient clerk because of Procurify. It has most definitely been an easy learning curve and has improved my morale with respect to the vast quantity of orders needing to be filled. It is very efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the automation tools, get your head of supply chain motivated by the ease of use and efficiency of the product. We have seven very large departments at our company with many different substrains of mini projects and what not. Procurify makes tracking spending extremely easy with the use of account codes.

Its very user friendly and makes it easy to write and keep track of PO's.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when having to edit certain POs it can be difficult to know the exact way of doing so.

I can easily check if something has arrived or not and track vendor issues.

What do you like best about the product?
How much quicker the PO process is as Procurify cuts out the middle man. The approval process is efficient and notifies the approver immediately. The process only takes minutes, especially when using amazon
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to see budgets unless an approver, limited to set amount of approvers - It would be helpful if the person submitting the request could see whether there was available budget so as not to waste time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much less time spent on POs, less back and forth with finance department, purchases are being made much more quickly and any issues are flagged up immediately. Able to track deliveries and spends

Definitely an asset to an organisation, so time saving and user friendly
I would recommend it to other early start ups.
What do you like best about the product?
That users can create their own POs and integration to QuickBooks bill creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can only choose 1 project per PO, that API integration must be purchased separately, and that all budgets only show up when someone requests something. It is very difficult having to manually create your own bill as well when you have so many coming in at once. Also, would love to have a bill date payment tracking so you know when bills are due.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving where not only one person has to create purchase orders as well as the approval policies we have set up within our company. The benefits have been that it has enabled our directors to approve purchases without having to get permission. Also, the benefit of emailing straight from the platform has increased efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
We really like being able to track our purchases from a request to a received order in one place. It really helps us stay organized and allows everyone involved to always have access to the status of the order.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procurify's Catalog items are not "smart". There is no analytical data you can pull from them, such as "how many times have I ordered this item?" "which location orders this item the most?" or "How has the price of this item changed over time"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Procurify we didn't have a good process for approving requests. It has made it much easier to keep people accountable for their purchases and their budgets.
