What do you like best about the product?

I like how Notion lets me keep my notes, tasks, and project-related information in one place. It's useful for organising my thoughts, documenting things I learn, and keeping track of work without having to switch between multiple apps. I also like that I can customise pages based on what I need, whether it's a simple checklist or more detailed documentation.

What do you dislike about the product?

Notion can feel a little slow when working with larger pages or databases, and sometimes setting up a workspace the way I want takes more effort than expected. There are so many customisation options that it can be overwhelming at first. I wish the experience felt a bit faster and simpler for everyday tasks.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notion helps me keep my notes, tasks, and work-related information organised instead of having everything scattered across different apps and documents. I use it to document things, keep track of ideas, and refer back to information whenever I need it. It’s especially helpful when working on projects or learning something new, because I can keep everything related in one place and pick up where I left off without having to search through multiple files or chats.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Notion to organize all my client tasks, portals, and to-dos, as well as to assign tasks to teammates and communicate with clients. My personal assistant is my guardian angel, keeping my calendar up to date and handling more, too.

I love everything about it, I have never had an issue

Ohhhhh sometimes Notion can be confusing to set up, and it takes time to get used to all the features. The downside.

Sometimes pages take a few seconds to load or feel laggy when I scroll or switch views, which can be annoying when I’m trying to find something quickly or update multiple tasks. It also takes me some time to understand all the features, especially databases, and customize pages the way I want. A simpler interface for beginners and better offline access would make it more convenient for everyday use.

I like how easy it is to get thoughts out of my head and put them somewhere I can actually work with. Sometimes I start writing about one thing and then realise there are three other things I need to consider as well. I also like that I can connect apps, which helps me keep everything organised.

When there are too many pages, finding something I wrote a few weeks ago can take longer than I’d like. The AI helps, but it still isn’t always as quick as I need.

The best thing is that I rarely lose track of important details now. It has also reduced that feeling of having too many unfinished thoughts floating around in my head. I can break complicated things into smaller parts and understand them more quickly...
