What do you like best about the product?
Centralised document and connection between different databases that you create. You can easily create a brain for you / company/ challenge etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have a bit more customised feature and a deeper automation rather than using 3rd party apps

What do you like best about the product?
I love the new AI features - its really helped to create meaningful documentation which we so heavily rely on as a remote first company
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind in particular but maybe tables could be easier to format
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely heavily on documentation in our remote 1st environment so notion is key for us to document processes and collaborate effectively.
Notion is a great tool and the AI capabilities are the cherry on top!

Would love to see a search option embedded into a page and be able to search within a page and all of its components (e.g., database).

I think it takes a while to fully get the hang of notion from a user experience user interface persepctive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing all company activities for a very decentralized organization.
Using Notion has improved our team's organization and productivity 10-fold
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has several useful features. The ones we use and like most are the project management tools with tasks, epics and the larger Gantt chart roadmaps. We also use Notion as a knowledge base.
What do you dislike about the product?
When compared to products like Atlassian Jira, there are some more technical functionalities that are better suited to dev teams, that Notion is currently lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Notion as a project management tool to keep track of all the cross-departmental tasks that are associated to a given project. We also use the knowledge base functionality to store all of our deployment release notes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to use Notion to organize my academic activities and not miss deadlines. I also use Notion to organize my personal life, like doctor appointments, things to buy, exercise routine, and other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't really like about Notion is that I can't customize things a lot, like changing the color of task cards, and there isn't a huge variety of typography that I can use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Notion I was able to better organize the university's projects and manage to separate the tasks of my study team members. This made me more productive and with more time for other tasks without being overwhelmed. It also helped me to have a better visualization of personal goals.

The ability to create databases, templates, and interconnected pages has boosted my productivity and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the recent inclusion of buttons, one downside of Notion is the lack of automation for many tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me avoid fragmentation by providing a single platform where I can manage various aspects of my life. I no longer need to use multiple applications as Notion allows me to have dedicated spaces for both my work and personal life. It allows me to handle tasks such as project management, personal habits, writing, and email correspondence all in one place.

The first tool where I started to map much of my life digitially.
I use it both for personal and some of the prefessional tasls and many things in between.

* Notion AI is additional fee over the main license and not so good
* No incremental export
* Export does not contain all of the data so in a way I am locked to Notion
* Still incivenient (not that fast and easy to use) for day-to-day tasks but good for relatively complex projects.

Managing my project, my data and many aspects of my life. I wish it had a quick task feature as I continue using dynalist.io for pure and fast tasks.
