Love Notion, Notion AI just made it better
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can act as a second brain for everything going on in my life
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of glitches e.g. callout I cannot change colour to black/white

It is saving me countless time writing blog posts, taking notes and doing research

Notion has given me so much room to focus on other important tasks by helping me organize my clients and get through creative blocks!

Notion can have its glitches, but for the most part meets all my needs!

Notion solves: organization, content writing, time management, client interactions - keeps all my projects in one place and makes for easy collaboration.

A great tool to centralize information in an everchanging organization. Love the flexibility for my team

I would love to have notion clean up and standardize formatting. It would be great if you could have a 'team' standard for when to use a header and when to use bold, bullet points.

Centralizing all company information and resources.
Notion has completely revolutionized how I store knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to create whatever kind of system I want to store and filter views to show my information. It can be whatever you need. I now store information for pretty much every area of my life and the search function works so well if I don't want to surf through the links.
What do you dislike about the product?
Offline mode. I really wish I could better access things offline. If that was addressed more it would solve one of my chief concerns about not having connection when I really need a note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to brainstorm with notion AI by automating some initial ideas for a new event or product. Whenever I work on side projects I can also have it write social media posts. One of my favorite solutions it provides is summarizing notes I've made and creating main takeaways.
Notion is a great internal library for companies, can use some upgrades for project management

This is a great resource center for internal employees to find and self-guide. Good for learning & development, onboarding, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting deadlines + assignees are not great because they don't get alerts when assigned. Could improve search function.

Keeps employees organized with one source of truth. Notion also keeps people accountable with ongoing projects across multiple teams.

I don't like that not enough people know about it.

I am able to keep all of my notes, plans, and calendars in one spot while attaching and integrating all related digital assets.
I love Notion. Been a day 1 user since the early days. AI takes things to the next level

Being able to take notes, create tables, create embeds of all kinds. It really is my one stop shop for everything. I use it every single day as my todo list and productivity application. AI helps a ton with writing and summaries
What do you dislike about the product?
Their support team is extremely minimal. It takes forever to get responses. They are also not very helpful. If you search Reddit with Notion Support, you'll see lots of testimonials about these issues.

Note taking, todos, productivity, AI rewriting, writing, notes for meetings, product management, knowledge bases for resources.
An efficient AI tool
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how Notion allows me to fix my grammar and spelling, as well as make my ideas more clear to a broader audience. I find myself using Notion a lot to write emails and identify gaps in my writing
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system can crash, or I have to ask the same question a couple times to get the expected results I want, but I find that being very specific about what I want it to do helps a lot.

It's extremely helpful with time management. It allows me to get work done faster and lets me focus on writing that I'm more interested in, and I'm able to get my point across much faster with Notion

I dislike how hard it is for newbies to understand the best way to implement it fortheir means.

What do you like best about the product?
The features included in Notion are what I find most helpful. It has made my like better professionally and personally.
I've been able to study for my comprehensive exam, write an academic article, and organize my sources and ideas for writing my dissertation. It has been super helpful to remain organized.
For work, I was also able to use Notion as a project management tracking tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not many dislikes. The only thing I can think about is having to learn and/or keep up with new features and/or learn specific templates. For improvement, maybe more tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, Note-taking management for writing academic articles and most recently, AI Assistance.
