What do you dislike about the product?
I understand that directly creating a website under another domain can be frustrating and limiting for my use case. I appreciate that Notion offers the ability to embed pages or databases into external websites using an embed code, but I hope they consider implementing a website feature directly in the future.

Using Notion for Marketing and Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
It lets you to write down everything you have after that you can easily re-edit and create documents of masterpiece. I'm using the task lists a lot and saving each week
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't export PDF even I've Notion AI. I think it should let me to do it cause I'm looking for other ways to make it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in one notebook and when I need some imagination AI is there for me so I'm using it in interactive way and pretty satisfied.
Thanks to AI, working with texts is very fast

I am actively using a new feature - AI. I am completely delighted because it is quick and convenient to work. And most importantly - high quality. AI corrected the texts very competently, and they looked perfect. I wouldn't have written it myself.

I can't say right now. Apparently, they just don't exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I check the grammar of my texts before sending emails to clients and partners. Also, the feature makes it possible to change the "mood" of the text to be more friendly or official, and much more.

Having a level of control on organisational aspects such as creating pages in pages or having contents etc

Not sure if it's possible now but being able to include images onto pages without using third party plugins

Webpage clipper is not as good as that of Evernote. Not all the content and formats can be stored correctly.

relatively slower than other note-taking apps, no option for word export format

I work in English and Japanese, which are not my mother tongue. Notion AI Writing Assistant is really helpful in modifying my writing in the two languages.
Also, my work involves lots of writing. "Make longer" function and "Continue writing" are saving my time a lot. I can get lots of hints from the writing by AI.

Very useful when I have to create a straightforward process for doing something on an app or translating content in multiple languages.

Switzerland has 3 official languages, and we often use English.
Writing documentation and/or a process takes quite a long time. It's now easy to translate and format it
Also, we've got some "boring" and tech-related legal documents we need to summarize for nontech people. It's easy to make it shorter and more understandable in our 4 languages for nontech users

Best Task and Knowledge Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Its been over 3 years since I have been using Notion but only this year that I was fi ally able to master it. I created my own second brain database and it has worked wonders for me. My tasks and notes are now so much more organized. I am always on time for my college work as well. Notion has changed my life completely so much that I am considering to teach it to my college mates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Android app sucks to be honest. It's very hard to load. The widget that they provide to add new note doesn't work until I open the app first. I believe more fonts could be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion dissolves the need of having too many note taking and task manging apps. Which worls wonders for me. I made the switch from Google Keep and Microsoft's tasks which has improved my overall productivity. Notion also allows me to create projects with sub tasks which I love it. Notion AI has helped me tremendously with my Newsletter gig. It helps me structure my content, check grammar and improve overall writing. It has cut down my time needed to fully write a newsletter piece.

What do you like best about the product?
It greatly helps me to organise the projects in my work. I enjoy how easily can I create new pages and write down notes. I switched completely to Notion from Google Docs or other writing tools.
And as a non-native English speaker, the AI Writing Assistant has been very helpful. I primarily use the Improve Writing function of it and I used it to correct my writing and it helps to present my report more confidently.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit tricky to create different views in the same Page, I got lost a few times in that process and then abandoned it. So It could be a little more helpful on that side.

The AI Writing Assistant helps me to deliver well-written professional reports to the clients I'm working for (I'm a non-native English speaker).
With the Notes I just organise my work, take meeting notes easily, draft ideas, and plan project flexibly.
