What do you like best about the product?

It strikes a great balance between a database and a wiki, making it equally useful for personal use or for collaborating with a team.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would like more options to personalize the UI to better fit my needs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps structure data, which in turn makes consuming that information, when embedded in the wiki, much easier, and it also simplifies the capture of data.

What do you like best about the product?

Sharing how-to guides and sharing information within the company is much easier.

What do you dislike about the product?

The MacBook App occasionally becomes laggy, but it's infrequent.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

On my position - onboarding is way easier now
all the relevent information is in 1 place

I also love the fact it can connect with Slack and Zoom

Notion is very powerful for creating knowledge base, shareable web pages or even project planning within SCRUM or Kanban methodology

Some areas require a bit more learning to do. Sometimes when working with tables, it tends to create new subpages when not planned.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me organise various knowledge bases, drafts, planning. Especially helpful for levelled planning- going from strategy to tactics and then to operational level. Great tool for projects planning for my pet projects. Great for documentation of the project with different levels of access. AI tools are useful too

Navigation is a bit complex and doesn't operate as smoothly as other platforms,

What I like most about Notion is how flexible it is. I can keep my notes, tasks, project documentation, and meeting notes all in one place instead of using multiple apps. The interface is clean and easy to use, and it's simple to organize pages the way I want. I also like the real-time collaboration feature, which makes it easy to work with my team and keep everyone on the same page.

One thing I don't like about Notion is that it can feel a bit slow when working with large pages or databases. It also has so many features that it can take some time for new users to learn everything. While it's very flexible, setting up a well-organized workspace sometimes requires more effort than expected. Overall, though, these are small drawbacks compared to its usefulness.

I like Notion for its plot suggestions feature, which helps me see connections when I've lost my thread in writing my novel. I also appreciate the quick population of chapters and character details, which lets me get on with the task of writing efficiently. These capabilities save me time in my writing process.

The app sometimes fails to load so I resort to the website. Bit of a learning curve but it's ok.. don't think I have fully got to grips with it though.

The absolute best thing is how flexible the pages are for turning quick meeting notes into organized task boards.

I really like that the Notion chatbot can help me build any docs and databases the way I want. It drafts and edits all my documents for me, which is a huge help. The initial setup was very easy, and I found the learning curve to be pretty flat. Notion reminds me of Lark, and I use it for organizing my job hunting resources, creating documents and databases that link different layers of my job search, and planning to obtain certifications. I also use it to store all the useful resources I come across during my job search.
