The customization possibility of many things, the pro offer which is given to students for free and the recent added AI which has been a game changer for me for sure

Sometimes there are minor bugs but they tend to get fixed rather quickly and the desktop app needs to be improved its not fluid and I wish they would allow the same shortcuts on the browser version

AI Writing Assistant has been a game changer for me as a master biology student it helps me write the lab reports faster than ever and allows me to keep organized

What do you like best about the product?
The AI Writing Assistant is really helpful. I use it when I want to shorten text that I've already written, or when I'm editing some text and think "there's got to be a smoother way of saying this." The AI assistant is good at providing alternatives, which I pick & choose, and edit myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface isn't the most intuitive. Sometimes it's a bit laggy—for example, I'll click in some text to edit it, and have to wait several seconds before the text becomes editable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion gives me a space where I can share information with my colleagues and collaborate when writing content. The Ai writing assistant also saves me time when I'm editing content.

Notion is a game-changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Basically everything's helpful with Notion. I can manage all my tasks with easy, easily collaborate with other people for my school projects, and last but not least; Notion AI is a killer! Definitely the best AI-tool I've used so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually don't dislike anything! From the moment that I downloaded Notion, everything has worked smoothly and just as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion basically solves all of my essay-related problems. I've almost only used Notion for it's AI feature, and I can most definitely say that it had brought me some good grades (and saved me a lot of time in a lot of stressful moments).

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is hands down the best app I've used for note-taking and data organizing. There are very few things I cannot achieve using it. I currently use it for Projects, Ongoing tasks, and Personal knowledge base. With the addition of the AI I have also used it to simplify and clarify complex instruction sets before sending them off.
What do you dislike about the product?
Copy and paste from Notion into platforms like Microsoft Outlook leave much to be desired. When an export won't do I am left manually reformatting my tables and data to the like components in Microsoft applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me track ongoing issues by giving me the tools and components to organize my workflow.
It also helps me track my day-to-day operations and allows me to set reminders on things moving forward.
Beyond this, it allows me to share my work with authorized users, or publically without additional fees.
Their support has also been excellent and professional, even when the issue was clearly my own lack of knowledge or understanding.

The way it helps organize my entire life in only one place. Different places on my workplace according to my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be more fluid and have more color and be more "rounded". Notion for me is very square-like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can do tals way faster now + translate directly in the page + summarize notes + the writing capabilities is amazing.
Best workflow organization tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using notion recently has been the "AI Writing Assistant", I deal daily with medical content in text format, so it has helped me finish my tasks I would say at least 3x faster than before. Of course when used in conjunction with other Notion tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside of using notion is the app itself, I use it on Mac and I feel that the web version feels a little better optimized than the downloaded application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organizing all the medical content I deal every day. Since it's a lot of condensed text and very specific information, the AI writing assistant help me a lot.
