I like the integration of AI to help create and customize training content. It would also be beneficial to improve the reporting capabilities to make reports more effective, flexible, and easier to analyze, with more useful insights and actionable information.

What do you dislike about the product?

The reporting capabilities could be more flexible and user-friendly, especially when it comes to customizing reports and extracting actionable insights. The AI content creation features could also be expanded to provide more relevant and tailored content.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

KnowBe4 helps us improve employees’ security awareness and reduce the risk of human-related security incidents, particularly phishing and social engineering attacks. It also allows us to track employee awareness levels and training completion, helping us identify areas that need further improvement.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s fully managed for training quizzes, with a friendly UI/UX that’s easy to use. Setup is straightforward, and it integrates easily with other security solutions. Performance has been good, and the pricing feels acceptable for what you get. Support is generally helpful, but sometimes it takes a long time to respond and the answers can be inaccurate for my concern. Previously there was only a little help from AI, but now KnowBe4 provides a lot more AI capability.

What do you dislike about the product?

It takes a long time for support to resolve issues, and the training content isn’t fully customizable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

- The training content is up to date.
- It can provide learners with a certificate of completion.
- The phishing failed pages are realistic and closely match what an actual attack looks like.
- There are phishing templates available as well.

What do you like best about the product?

The Security Awareness Program Tasks feature The value for money is good overall and we feel that we are getting what we pay for. The platform is easy to use, effective, and has already helped improve security awareness among our employees.

What do you dislike about the product?

The biggest downside is that the basic package could be more comprehensive. The available training content is relatively limited, and after some time it becomes difficult to offer enough variation to users. A larger content library in the standard package would make the platform more effective for long-term security awareness programs.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training helps us increase security awareness among our employees and significantly reduces the risk of successful phishing and social engineering attacks. We noticed a clear improvement even after the first training sessions. Employees became more alert, more likely to recognize suspicious emails, and more willing to report potential threats. This not only strengthens our overall security posture but also helps create a stronger security culture throughout the organization. The platform makes it easy to deliver ongoing awareness training and measure progress over time.

It is providing up to date training that is easy to document.

I like that KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is easy to use and has many things related to security in one spot. The interface is also something I enjoy, as if the platform is intuitive, it is simple to implement programs and administer them. Additionally, although the initial setup was a bit involved, the KnowBe4 team walked us through step by step, which I appreciated.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some screens are not as intuitive as others, and sometimes it's difficult to know where to go to adjust some parameters. I would appreciate a dashboard refresh to better integrate newer functionality.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training helps us meet audit requirements, keeps our team informed about digital threats, and manages security's human factors. It's easy to use, consolidates security features, and the intuitive platform simplifies implementing and administering programs.

Relatively easy to setup campaigns and training for users.

Setting up repeat workflows can be a bit cumbersome with the security groups

Increasing awareness is the key goal, and we have improved scores since we have used the product.

I really like the design, integration to the tools available across platforms. With respect to pricing and onboarding we get a dedicated manager to assit all the queries. The use of AI and its capabilities have well incorporated in platform. The website is robust and interactive across the users in providing smooth experience.

Its solving our core problem for the need of hour training to employees related to SAT

What do you like best about the product?

The training is easy to set up and automate. Users have found it quick and informative. With some of the built-in tools, it’s simple to customize training for different types of users and to track how everyone is doing. The built-in AI is especially nice to use, as that simplifies set up even more and makes automating training super easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

I haven’t really run into any issues with it so far. It offers tons of options and feels pretty flexible overall. The only gap we’ve noticed is the lack of some of the more niche training that colleges and universities often need; less technical or cyber-focused content, and more required training tied to specific laws and policies, like FERPA and Title IX.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us demonstrate that we’ve implemented a security training plan and that our users are actually using it. This has helped us pass audits and feel safer and more secure overall. It also removed a lot of the manual work we used to do to run tests and trainings with other tools.

The knowledge and updates it provides you about cyberattacks, so that you are protected or know how to protect yourself against any attack.

What do you dislike about the product?

Your test trials are usually easy to identify when the attacks are more sophisticated, and people do not prepare for them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ensure that the staff is trained to respond to any attack and that, with an easy tutorial, they become aware and stay alert.
