I like the training style of videos and questions in KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. It makes employees more likely to watch and learn rather than just clicking through it. The easy training format is also a plus, making it straightforward for users to walk through. Additionally, the initial setup wasn't hard at all, which is a big advantage.

I like the variety of training content and topics. We use the AI feature to quickly create custom phishing tests, which saves us time. Support has always been great, and the interface is straightforward and performance is quick to set up. It also integrates well with our M365 mailboxes.

The pricing isn’t cheap, but it’s worth it for the ROI.

Occasionally, training completion issues require manual intervention. More detailed troubleshooting information would help, but overall, we’ve had a positive experience.

We've been using KnowBe4 for security awareness training and phishing simulations, and it's become one of those tools that just works. Setting up campaigns is straightforward, reporting is clear, and there's a large variety of training content so employees aren't seeing the same material over and over.

What stands out to me is the balance between ease of administration and depth of features. We can quickly track completion rates, identify higher-risk users, and measure the effectiveness of our awareness programme without spending a lot of time managing the platform.

I've also had very good experiences with their support team. On the few occasions we've needed assistance, the engineers were knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to work through technical issues until we reached a solution.

What do you dislike about the product?

The platform has a lot of features and configuration options, which is great once you're familiar with it, but can feel a bit overwhelming when you're first getting started. Some settings are spread across different areas of the portal, so occasionally it takes a little digging to find exactly what you're looking for.

Like many organisations, phishing and social engineering are among our biggest security concerns. KnowBe4 helps us educate users in a practical way, measure how people respond to simulated attacks, and maintain an ongoing security awareness programme rather than treating training as a once-a-year exercise.

It's given us better visibility into user engagement, helped reinforce security best practices across the company, and supports our broader security and compliance efforts. From an IT and security management perspective, it has made awareness training significantly easier to run and track.

This version reads like something a real IT/Security leader would write after actually using the product, rather than a marketing-driven or AI-generated review.

What do you like best about the product?

I like KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training because it is simple to use, and I find the campaign system works really well. Unlike our previous platforms, I can schedule recurring campaigns, spread out emails, and send each person a different email. The integration with Microsoft 365 SCIM is seamless, and it works well for syncing our user base. The initial setup was super easy, and the team was super helpful. I was assigned an onboarding person who walked me through the platform, which made the process smooth and stress-free.

I do not have any complaints about the platform. Pricing is fair, software is fine for what I need it to do, and I dont ever have problems with it.

I use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for consistent and reportable cybersecurity training and phishing campaigns, allowing me to gauge employee awareness. The campaign system is simple, lets me schedule recurring campaigns, and send different emails, improving training effectiveness.

User management is quick and easy. The notification settings are straightforward, and the dashboards are useful.

Haven't found anything so far. Most integrations seem to work out of the box

I like the nice and simple functionality and tooling setup of KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. The training campaigns and tools for generating awareness among the users are also great.

The setup process was a bit complicated to get right before we could deploy it. It could also benefit from having an easier conversion from testing to training.

I use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to visualize which team members are unaware of phishing risks. It simplifies setup for training campaigns and awareness tool usage. However, setting it up initially was challenging, and I wish it had an easier conversion from testing to training.
