Scalable, Feature-Rich, But Pricing Concerns
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate LiveKit's ease of integration and its scalability which is extremely helpful for our use case. We rely heavily on its inherent voice agents stack, along with the noise suppression and echo cancellation modules. It's great that LiveKit supports STT, TTS, LLM, custom LLMs, and SIP telephony integration for both inbound and outbound calling. The background noise suppression and noise cancellation features are a major boost, especially for handling customer queries via telephony integration. The ability to integrate STT, TTS, LLM using custom templates like OpenAI, Azure, Llama, Groq, and Gemini models is also a significant advantage for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Concurrency is limited to 5 users in the paid version which is not helpful to the business and their enterprise plan is not affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LiveKit's ease of integration and scalability let us deploy voice bots at scale for our fintech operations. Its background noise suppression, echo cancellation, and support for STT, TTS, LLMs, and SIP telephony integration are crucial for our customer support needs.
