Narada AI
Narada AI is an agentic automation platform developed out of the UC Berkeley AI Lab that enables enterprises to automate complex, multi-step workflows across their business applications. Our AI agents can plan, orchestrate, and execute tasks end-to-end, interacting with APIs, web applications, and user interfaces, including desktop applications, remote Citrix environments, mainframe computers, and legacy systems, just like a human operator. Unlike traditional automation tools that rely on brittle scripts, Narada requires no coding or configuration and adapts dynamically to changing workflows. The platform can be deployed in the cloud or on-premises, and is built for enterprise scale with SOC 2 Type II certification and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA.

Narada AI Streamlines Record Updates Across Tools with Natural-Language Automation
Reviewed on Aug 09, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Narada AI has made updating records across our internal tools significantly faster, letting the team delegate repetitive data entry and update tasks through natural language instead of manually navigating multiple systems. Being able to automate updates without needing custom scripts or API integrations for every tool has removed a lot of the engineering overhead that would normally come with building this kind of automation ourselves. Its ability to navigate interfaces the way a human would, even for tools without accessible APIs, has meant we could automate workflows that would otherwise require significant custom development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up more complex, multi-step record update workflows took real iteration to get reliable, especially for edge cases where our internal tools have unusual data entry requirements. Since it relies on navigating interfaces visually in some cases, changes to a tool's layout occasionally required us to adjust or re-verify the automation to make sure it still worked correctly. Pricing considerations become more relevant as the number of automated workflows grows across different internal systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Narada AI has automated a meaningful portion of manual record-updating work across our internal tools, reducing repetitive data entry that used to take up team members' time. This has freed up staff to focus on higher-value work instead of manually keeping records in sync across different systems.

Powerful Visual Automation Across Browsers, Desktop Apps, and Citrix
Reviewed on Aug 06, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It can visually navigate web browsers, local desktop applications, and even complex remote desktop environments (like Citrix) to complete multi-step tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a heavy-duty B2B platform intended for large organizations automating complex compliance, data entry, and operational tasks. It is not accessible or priced for casual individual consumers or small-scale hobbyists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users can build complex workflow automations on the fly simply by giving the AI natural language prompts or voice commands, completely bypassing the need for coding.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how brief and straightforward the text chatting with the AI is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how it is reluctant on using code as a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Narada AI allows the combination of an agentic studio, chat, cloud runs, and observability into one platform. This helps me with running different tools inside a single platform.

Web Redemption Makes Legacy System Automation Seamless
Reviewed on Jul 14, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most is Narada AI’s “Web Redemption” feature, powered by LLM Compilers. It lets AI agents navigate front-end interfaces the same way a person would—clicking, scrolling, and typing—so it can bypass the need for native backend APIs. As a result, it unlocks smoother automation for legacy enterprise systems that were previously completely siloed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback for me is the trust and security overhead required for front-end access. Since Narada AI navigates corporate systems much like a human operator, granting it visual control over sensitive enterprise applications requires rigorous governance, careful permissions management, and thorough security vetting. On top of that, non-standard UI layouts can sometimes trigger minor navigation loops or lead to occasional execution slowdowns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Narada AI addresses rigid RPA failures, legacy system silos, and the burden of manual cross-app data entry. Instead of relying on fragile script-based automation, it uses self-healing agents that can navigate front-end interfaces even when native APIs aren’t available. For users, this means disconnected software workflows can be integrated more smoothly, system downtime is reduced, and teams are freed up from repetitive, manual administrative work.
