Narada AI is an agentic automation platform developed out of the UC Berkeley AI Lab that enables enterprises to automate complex, multi-step workflows across their business applications. Our AI agents can plan, orchestrate, and execute tasks end-to-end, interacting with APIs, web applications, and user interfaces, including desktop applications, remote Citrix environments, mainframe computers, and legacy systems, just like a human operator. Unlike traditional automation tools that rely on brittle scripts, Narada requires no coding or configuration and adapts dynamically to changing workflows. The platform can be deployed in the cloud or on-premises, and is built for enterprise scale with SOC 2 Type II certification and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA.

    Overview

    Play video

Narada AI is an agentic automation platform that enables enterprises to automate complex, multi-step workflows across business applications, APIs, web interfaces, remote desktop environments, and legacy systems. Unlike traditional RPA tools that rely on brittle scripts and hard-coded workflows, Narada AI agents can plan, orchestrate, execute, validate, and adapt as workflows change.

Narada is designed for production-grade enterprise automation. The platform can interact with backend APIs where available, operate through browser-based user interfaces, and visually reason over web applications, Citrix/remote desktop environments, mainframe interfaces, and other systems where APIs may not exist. This enables organizations to automate high-value workflows that span multiple tools, documents, portals, and enterprise applications.

Common use cases include enterprise application testing, ERP workflow automation, document and form processing, data extraction from websites and portals, HR service automation, customer support operations, finance and back-office workflows, and business process outsourcing operations. Narada can work across systems such as SAP, Workday, Jira, Slack, internal portals, CRMs, document repositories, and customer-specific applications.

Narada decomposes user requests into executable steps, validates progress throughout execution, handles exceptions, and self-heals when interfaces or process conditions change. This allows enterprises to move beyond simple task automation and automate end-to-end business processes with greater reliability, speed, and scale.

Narada requires no traditional scripting or heavy configuration. Business and operations teams can describe the workflow they want automated, while Narada agents handle execution across the required systems. The platform supports human-in-the-loop review, auditability, usage tracking, and enterprise controls so teams can deploy automation safely in production environments. Narada is built for enterprise security and deployment flexibility. The platform can be deployed in the cloud, in a customer-controlled environment, or on-premises depending on customer requirements. Narada is SOC 2 Type II certified, HIPAA, CCPA, and GDPR compliant, and is designed to support enterprise security, privacy, and compliance requirements for regulated industries.

With Narada, enterprises can reduce manual effort, accelerate process execution, improve accuracy, and unlock automation opportunities that were previously too complex or brittle for traditional RPA.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

Credits fund your automation activity across the platform. Each automated workflow or action draws down from your 10,000-credit balance. The bundle covers a 1-month period. When you run more automations, you use more credits. The exact draw per action depends on the workflow you run.
The bundle includes a fixed 10,000-credit allotment for 1 month. Once you exhaust that balance, the bundle does not automatically add more. To continue automating, you would need additional credits. Contact the vendor to arrange more capacity for your usage.
This bundle is a single fixed purchase for 10,000 credits over 1 month. It has no separate add-on dimensions to configure. Any voice or API usage draws from the same platform activity. There are no additional priced dimensions in this listing.

Powerful Visual Automation Across Browsers, Desktop Apps, and Citrix

    Reviewed on Aug 06, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It can visually navigate web browsers, local desktop applications, and even complex remote desktop environments (like Citrix) to complete multi-step tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a heavy-duty B2B platform intended for large organizations automating complex compliance, data entry, and operational tasks. It is not accessible or priced for casual individual consumers or small-scale hobbyists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users can build complex workflow automations on the fly simply by giving the AI natural language prompts or voice commands, completely bypassing the need for coding.

Web Redemption Makes Legacy System Automation Seamless

    Reviewed on Jul 14, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most is Narada AI’s “Web Redemption” feature, powered by LLM Compilers. It lets AI agents navigate front-end interfaces the same way a person would—clicking, scrolling, and typing—so it can bypass the need for native backend APIs. As a result, it unlocks smoother automation for legacy enterprise systems that were previously completely siloed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback for me is the trust and security overhead required for front-end access. Since Narada AI navigates corporate systems much like a human operator, granting it visual control over sensitive enterprise applications requires rigorous governance, careful permissions management, and thorough security vetting. On top of that, non-standard UI layouts can sometimes trigger minor navigation loops or lead to occasional execution slowdowns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Narada AI addresses rigid RPA failures, legacy system silos, and the burden of manual cross-app data entry. Instead of relying on fragile script-based automation, it uses self-healing agents that can navigate front-end interfaces even when native APIs aren’t available. For users, this means disconnected software workflows can be integrated more smoothly, system downtime is reduced, and teams are freed up from repetitive, manual administrative work.
