Seamlessly Improving Customer Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Coveo has helped us improve customer experience within our search experience. The dynamic search results, integration with our current framework, and excellent support from the team has been a great help.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real downsides to Coveo. There is a large learning curve, but you have a supportive team to help you navigate some of those difficulties you may be experiencing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coveo is helping us improve customer experience in the search bar. Through their dynamic tuning, AI learning, and various other features we are helping create a more personalized experience for customers/prospective customers.

Good for searching and knowledge base
What do you like best about the product?
Coveo is a good business searching solution with strong integration capabilities. We integrated Coveo with Salesforce to help serve our internal and external users with searching large volumes of ticketing data. The search results are fast and the workflow is simple. I love the auto-population of results while users still typing the search keywords. Overall, it's smart searching across different sources is excellent. We also set up a knowledge base system using this platform, which is an excellent value add.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sorting and filtering options can be improved. Although it a powerful solution, sometimes you may feel that the search results are little less relevant. I will not hold it against them because we get the same feeling with Google occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coveo has an excellent intelligent search solution. It's strong feature base and customization possibilities help enhancing the business outcomes. User experience is positive and things become much more easier as you continue to use the platform.
Very intuitive platform that respects people's level of technical knowledge.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Coveo's search platform is intuitive and provides extensive training. I also like that the training has specialties. This platform does training and simplicity better than all the others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it's only a cloud-provided platform but I understand that this fact keeps the platform less complicated. I wish that the chrome extensions for Coveo were supported more. Even though they work, they exude an element of amateurism that might turn off some people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a consultant that uses Coveo in place of other company search solutions. Sometimes, the results are drastic while others are just more of the same experience they get.
Coveo Enterprise Search
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up an enterprise search at the site level becomes very easy with use of Coveo with an inbuilt framework for machine learning, templates and facets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that there is nothing which i could dislike about the features offered by Coveo - In fact, there is so much to explore and learn with what Coveo offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are numerous problems we are solving with Coveo
- Indexing multiple sites & Sources without many code changes
- Building faceted search/filters by using OOTB Coveo templates
- Schedule automated index refresh
- Using Coveo's machine learning to build auto-suggestions
Time to market is the ultimate benefit we have derived using Coveo besides the other features mentioned above.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Coveo to someone looking for an enterprise search solution with less amount of coding. Coveo provides connectors to almost any source you can think of - websites, applications, documents etc.
This cloud application is easy to integrate with Sitecore, and good custom support.

They have powerful component that can easily install to sitecore flatform.

Need more code examples in the documentation for custom development

Web content search, it returns better relevant resolve for the customer.

The best Site search tool you can ever find.
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Google Site search, Elastic search, Adobe Search & Promote before using Coveo. Coveo undoubtedly beats them all. Their UI is super easy to manage. They have connectors with almost every CMS & if no connector is available, you can use the CoveoJS or the Coveo APIs to integrate their search within your site. I like the index source management tools which they have; you can connect a sitemap or use their source connectors like Salesforce connector or Sitecore connector or AEM connector to get the webpages indexed, to the least you can connect using their web crawler.
The most crucial feature is their machine learning models; you don't have to manage so many rules to get the relevancy right. A lot less manual configuration is required compared to Adobe Search & Promote. They have an automatic relevancy tuning model, query suggestions, event recommendations ML`S that can be configured to your needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike in Coveo. I have a fair share of experience in Search & I can say this is the best tool out there. You cannot go wrong with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to integrate a text-based search engine for our site & this one solved it. The MLS models are the icing on the cake.

I have used Google Site search, Elastic search, Adobe Search & Promote before using Coveo. Coveo undoubtedly beats them all. I have a fair share of experience in Search & I can say this is the best tool out there. You cannot go wrong with it.
Tool is very useful and easy to start using. It can be a bit complex to fully use all the features
What do you like best about the product?
Qubit support is very responsive when we need help on an experience. We have been doing several pieces of training with Qubit developers, and every time, it has been very instructional, helpful, and we were able to put the advice into practice. We have improved a lot thanks to those.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to use and needs a lot of training - Some processes are missing from the documentation, for example, real examples on how to use the functionalities. The illustrations are often elementary and not adapted to the use we have of Qubit. The explanation of the packages as well is a bit light.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Qubit mainly for personalization experiences, but it has been handy for quick fixes to fix some issues until it is done through final development.

A great team offering excellent support. We have weekly calls with them and they are very responsive. They're like an extension of our team.
