What do you like best about the product?

Accern provides me with insights from news articles, and social media that I would not be able to come across by myself. The availability of a new level of detail has been very helpful in identifying patterns in our market competiton.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wanted to modify the sentiment analysis model to highlight a specific industry keyword, which was not very feasible to accomplish.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Accern solves the massive problem of finding valuable insights in text, which is a big brother of structuring data. This level of insight enables me to make better strategic decisions and be more proactive on an organization.
