What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are so many different courses to choose. The chapters are broken into small sections that are quick enough to keep you engaged but still full of great information. The little quizzes after each chapter help reinforce what you just learned. I also like the fact that it encourages daily learning by tracking a streak of days. That makes me want to come back and not lose my streak.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the video lessons with examples of the code at a basic level. It's easy for me to take notes and refer to them when I get stuck. They provide explanations and examples of functions and methods, which I find very helpful for understanding the code I'm using and how it's useful for the tasks being asked. Additionally, the initial setup of DataCamp was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think knowing where I am ranked among colleagues could be more clear. It could add additional information on how many users struggled on a particular module and how they were able to work past it.

DataCamp Makes Continuous Learning Easy with Interactive, Hands-On Lessons
Reviewed on Aug 04, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about DataCamp is how easy it makes continuous learning. The platform breaks complex topics into short, interactive lessons that fit into a busy schedule, so I can make meaningful progress even if I only have 10–15 minutes between meetings.
I also appreciate the gamified experience. Features like daily learning streaks and progress tracking keep me accountable and motivated to continue building my skills. Rather than feeling overwhelming, learning becomes something I look forward to doing each day.
The hands-on coding exercises are another standout feature because they reinforce concepts as you learn them instead of relying solely on videos or reading. Combined with the wide variety of courses covering Python, SQL, data visualization, machine learning, AI, and other analytics topics, DataCamp provides practical, real-world learning that I can immediately apply in my work as a data analyst.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the biggest downsides of DataCamp is the cost. While I believe the quality of the content justifies the price, the subscription can be expensive for individuals or professionals paying out of pocket, which may make it less accessible for some learners.
I've also noticed that the mobile experience doesn't offer the same functionality as the desktop platform. While the app is great for consuming lessons on the go, some interactive features and coding experiences are limited or unavailable on mobile, so I often find myself switching back to my computer to get the full learning experience.
That said, these drawbacks haven't outweighed the overall value I've received from the platform, and I still find it to be an excellent resource for building and maintaining data skills.

DataCamp helps solve one of the biggest challenges in the data field: keeping technical skills current in an industry that's constantly evolving. Instead of spending hours searching for quality resources or piecing together learning from multiple sources, I have access to structured learning paths that help me build new skills efficiently.
As a data analyst, the skills I've developed through DataCamp have been directly applicable to my day-to-day work. I've strengthened my knowledge of tools and technologies like Python, SQL, data visualization, and AI, which has increased my confidence when tackling new projects and analyzing data. The hands-on exercises and real-world projects make it easy to bridge the gap between learning a concept and applying it in a professional setting.
Overall, DataCamp has helped me continuously develop my technical skill set, adapt to new technologies, and become a more effective and confident data professional.

Practical and Convenient Learning for Data Skills
Reviewed on Jul 27, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate DataCamp for providing structured, hands-on practice, which helps me stay current in fast-moving technical fields. It's a very practical platform for hands-on learning, especially when I need quick, targeted lessons that I can directly apply to my work in IT and emerging AI projects. The convenience and practicality of jumping into short courses or exercises when working on AI-related projects or needing to refresh knowledge on platforms like Power BI or Snowflake fit well with my learning style. The initial setup of DataCamp was very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some quizzes feel too easy or repetitive. With so many courses, it can be hard to find the best path for a specific goal. More personalized recommendations would help. The guided projects are helpful, but they're usually simplified. I'd love to see more messy, realistic datasets and multi-step workflows that mirror actual industry challenges.
