What do you like best about the product?

I use DataCamp to upskill myself on AI governance and frameworks, and it teaches me new concepts that I can implement across my organization. I like the UI and ease of learning with the help of transcripts, as it allows me to assimilate information so easily. The initial setup was very straightforward and simple.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think navigation of courses sometimes becomes a pain. Like I was looking into this particular course about understanding the EU AI act and wanted to send its link to my manager, but was unable to do so.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some quizzes feel too easy or repetitive. With so many courses, it can be hard to find the best path for a specific goal. More personalized recommendations would help. The guided projects are helpful, but they're usually simplified. I'd love to see more messy, realistic datasets and multi-step workflows that mirror actual industry challenges.

I use DataCamp to stay current in fast-moving technical fields with structured practice in data, Python, SQL, and AI. It's a practical platform for hands-on learning, offering quick, targeted lessons that are convenient and align with my learning style.

I really liked the practical, hands-on learning approach that all DataCamp trainings follow.

I think Data comp could also include training from domains like psychology and leadership.

Data Camp is really helping senior leaders adapt to the GenAI and Agentic AI changes that are needed right now.

What do you dislike about the product?

The main area for improvement is the availability of more advanced real-world projects and industry-specific learning paths. As a Document Controller, I would like to see courses related to EDMS and Autodesk BIM 360, as these are widely used in my field. Some exercises can also feel repetitive after completing multiple courses. In addition, more integrations with industry-standard tools and platforms would make the learning experience even more practical. While DataCamp's AI content is valuable, keeping courses updated with the latest developments in AI would make the platform even stronger. Overall, these are relatively minor issues, and my experience with DataCamp has been very positive.

Before using DataCamp, I often had to search across multiple websites, videos, and articles to learn new topics, which made learning less structured and more time-consuming. It was difficult to find a clear path for developing skills in data, AI, and digital technologies while balancing my work responsibilities as a Document Controller.
We struggled with finding organized, hands-on learning resources, but now I can follow structured learning paths and complete interactive exercises in one platform. This has helped me learn more efficiently, stay motivated, and track my progress over time.
DataCamp has also helped me better understand emerging technologies such as AI and data analytics, which are becoming increasingly relevant across industries. The platform's bite-sized lessons fit easily into my schedule, allowing me to learn consistently without disrupting my daily work.
The biggest benefit has been saving time and having a clear roadmap for skill development. Instead of spending hours looking for quality learning resources, I can focus on learning and applying new concepts. The videos have a very suitable duration, there are exercises of all kinds (question selection, direct practice...), you can carry it on your mobile, you can download it...

It could have more IT process content.

When I need to learn about a technology or application in a general way without having deep knowledge, I can take the introductory courses and thus have the information I need.

How the course content is carried out, the content itself is very brief the way the concepts are explained the examples used are meaningful and understandable.

The instructors are clear, concise and audible.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing for the most part I was very satisfied only one lab where I could create a VM because a resource group was missing and I could not create it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solving the gap in terms of summarising content briefly instead of going through the whole content in my case MS Learn platform I did not prefer it so DataCamp was the ideal alternative

What do you like best about the product?

I really like that DataCamp is easy to use and intuitive. It guides me very well in what I need to do, which makes studying easy, comfortable, and often fun. This really helps me learn better and without distractions, to the point that if my company stopped paying for it, I would like to continue paying for it myself in the future. I also appreciate that having to build my own study paths and the guided knowledge allows me to put into practice what I've learned, which is very valuable for not forgetting what I've already studied.
