What do you like best about the product?

It is a unified and well-known platform that integrates with all hypervisors, including the less common ones. In the IT world, it is considered a standard for data protection. Easy to manage, with a clear and organized interface. Fast in managing and restoring systems (even cross-platform).

What do you dislike about the product?

The current product management system through distributors is unclear. Considering that you are industry leaders, it seems to me that there is not much attention towards resellers, even in terms of channel protection.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is the tool that allows us to sleep soundly, knowing that our users' data is protected.

I like the speed of reporting and performance
