Foundation Edition allows you to choose the country where you would like your Veeam Vault to reside, featuring 11-nines of durability and fair use read/restores. Advanced Edition allows you to choose the specific region where you would like your Veeam Vault to reside, featuring 12-nines of durability and unlimited read/restore.
Veeam Vault is purpose-built to receive backups created by Veeam Data Platform and your Kubernetes stateful data via Veeam Kasten backups, either directly or as part of a copy and/or tiering job.

Financing for AWS Marketplace purchases
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used a few backup solutions over the years, and Veeam has been one of the easiest to manage. It fits well into our virtual environment, recovery is fast, and I don't spend a lot of time babysitting backup jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates and new features are great, but they occasionally come with a learning curve. A little more in-product guidance for new functionality would make upgrades smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backups were always something you hoped would work when you needed them. Now I know our virtual machines and data are protected, restores are straightforward, and I don't spend much time babysitting backup jobs. That's been a huge improvement for both day-to-day operations and disaster recovery planning.

The possibility of having a single console from which to control the backup status of all VMs and other devices subjected to backup.

There is a lack of a complete web console, where everything can be managed, leaving the server only for essential operations.

What do you like best about the product?
The strongest thing about Veeam Data Platform is that it combines instant recovery, hardened security, and AI‑driven intelligence into one unified system — and it does so without locking you into any specific cloud or hardware. That combination is rare, and it’s why Veeam consistently stands out. The UI is easy to use and flows well. It also intergrates well with our ticketing system. The onboarding and support were very accesible and from a performance standpoint i am impressed.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Veeam Data Platform for its immutable backup capability, which protects data from ransomware and enables fast, reliable recovery with minimal downtime. It's valuable because it ensures data protection, reduces downtime, and speeds up recovery after cyberattacks.

It was a little complicated to use it the first time. If they improve it to be more understandable, then it will be perfect, I think.
