Simplify Cloud Security with User-Friendly All-in-One Platform
What do you like best about the product?
CloudDefense.AI makes managing cloud security easy with its all-in-one platform. The platform is very user-friendly and shows important security details for different IT assets in a clear way. It includes a special feature called Hacker's View, which gives a unique look at potential outside threats. Plus, CloudDefense.AI does a great job combining app security and cloud security into one with its CNAPP feature, making it stand out from other services and built-in cloud security options.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't run into any major issues with CloudDefense.AI. Whenever we need help, their support team is ready to assist us, though having some extra documentation could be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudDefense.AI makes it easier to manage cloud security by giving us a clear picture of security problems in the cloud. It lets us keep a close eye on and handle our cloud space better. Thanks to features like cutting down on unnecessary alerts, connecting code directly to the cloud, and the unique Hacker's View, CloudDefense.AI streamlines cloud security, making it simpler and more effective for you.

CloudDefense offers a game changing CNAPP solution
What do you like best about the product?
1) Proactive Vulnerability Management - Offers 3 sided view of our cloud env - code scanning, resource monitoring, and "hacker view" for early vulnerability detection and automated fix generation
2) Comprehensive Coverage - Provides integrated protection for cloud infrastructure, workloads, data, APIs, containers, and access mgmt/identities. It also automaticcally generates the scripts needed to fix the vulnerabilities or misconfigurations discovered. the agentless and SaaS offering was easy to implement/adopt.
3) Built-in Compliance Support: Streamlines adherence to regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, SOC, IOS, and PCI DSS.
4) Enhanced Monitoring: Features end-to-end visibility ina single UI, real-time graphs, and noise reduction for efficient security monitoring.
5) Ease of use and integrations in our cloud environments and a great customer support for 1-2 thigns we had a question about. Saved us time and money.

The product can benefits from more enhanced reporting functionality in terms of customer dashboads, exports or data, or catering to Security reserachers - highe level security users that might require customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) It change our understanding of cloud management security posture, and cloud security in genral.
2) Really holistic view and understanding of our cloud envirinment from all 3 perpectives - code level (scanning code), Cloud resource posture, outside posture - how our env is seen by attackers (AKA "Hacker View")
3) The sprol of secuirty and cloud monioring tools - having too many tools is expensive but also needs a lot of resoruces, and it is hard to integrate the oututs and priortize properly all in once.
4) Easy autimated priortization to help us properly address the most critical issues first

There is room for improvement in the report exporting capacity in various formats.

All the tools are in one Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
CloudDefense.AI have all the important tools like CSPM, CIEM, Threat Detection, CWPP, SAST, DAST, SCA, Container Security, API Security and more in one platform. I can see everything in one dashboard and I can see my priorities easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of Security tools are in one platform and bring lots of alerts, that's actually a good thing for improving security. So solving priority based will be good idea
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudDefense.AI solve many security problems that need CSPM, CIEM, CWPP, SAST, DAST, SCA etc. I don't have to buy these tools separately and it benefits me by reducing buying costs.
Great for pipelines and vulnerability management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can see the results of all of my tools in one place. A single point of truth. Checking several different dashboards is annoying and error prone
What do you dislike about the product?
It only has integrations with a bunch of popular tools, but not *all* the tools yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is especially good for companies that have zero security tools in their pipeline, as it covers many bases.
Best in class App Security / Code-Scanning Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Rapid time-to-value, slick UI/UX, reporting for Sr. Management, integration with complete security toolset
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike as of yet.. currently only a few weeks into usage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to focus on 'shift-left' and identify vulnerabilities within our code before they became real issues in production at a much higher cost
CloudDefense is the future for securing sensitive applications.
What do you like best about the product?
Single pane of glass for all types of scans covert SAST, DAST, SCA, API. For security departments, it is good to have one robust tool so that there is an overlook of vulnerabilities and management. Good for Developers and Good for Security, ultimately good for Organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if they could include real-time security monitoring and DLP capabilities within the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Catching security before code release, is major. That saves tons of resources.
Intuitive and Easy to Work With
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive gui that was fairly easy to pick up and navigate. Integration of multiple tools is really what peaked my interest in Clouddefense from the start and so far it's saved me and my team a significant amount of time.
If you currently use multiple security tools consider using this one to simplify your processes. I did appreciate that I could try it out before fully committing.

What do you dislike about the product?
I’d ideally like to see a bit of improvement on the support side. Everyone has been helpful however the basic support tends to be a bit slower than I’d like but I still do hear back within about 24 hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing our reliance on multiple different products and reduced how much time we spend worrying and working on our security.
Reliable and Straightforward design
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve gotten comfortable with Cloud Defense and I’m impressed so far. I had everything setup and ready to go in no time at all. I appreciate that because it is so straightforward basically anyone on my team can dive in and get to work. This saves us man hours which in turn means less money needlessly spent.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good and no issues that couldn’t be resolved without talking with support.

It really helps to have one reliable way to streamline everything.
