Sometimes it cant support large files with to much data or takes longer to analyze

The user friendly function to find job descriptions and compensation that is competitive for our roles we hire for.

Sometimes some job descriptions or titles are limited to just general titles.

I love that Salary.com is intuitive and easy to use. I also appreciate the excellent service team, which is always there to guide me when I can't find what I need.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish there were more load features for being able to build job architectures or get full analysis across your populations, but that only comes with the more expensive packages. I'd like to be able to load an Excel spreadsheet of all of our employees and their pay data so that salary ranges could be built and the connection automatically aligned without having to have the more expensive package.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Salary.com for benchmarking compensation. It offers a vast array of positions to benchmark against, aligns job descriptions based on keywords, and is easy and intuitive to use.

I really appreciate how helpful the reps are, and how user-friendly the product is overall.

It takes a bit of time to get familiar with it.

I like its ease of use and the valuable information it provides. It helps me with analyzing salaries across the US and gives insights into employee compensation, ensuring I compensate my employees appropriately. Salary.com also helps in creating salary bands and offers a space to address current payroll issues. The job matching feature works really well too. The initial setup was easy, and any help I needed was graciously provided by their support.

I haven't really found anything to dislike as of yet.

We’re still new customers, and so far we haven’t found anything we don’t like.

They’re solving the problem of benchmarking and helping us use factual data to make sure we have solid benchmarks in place for pricing our jobs.

It is very easy to get the current market salary data. The search function is very nice.

We had scattered data for our jobs. With the help of salary.com, we are confident with our offers

I like that I am able to compare in-house salaries with private and public companies as well as regional as well. I use the CompAnalyst Market data to compare working titles that are similar to the one's at my company. This allows me to tailor positions so they are competitive.

What do you dislike about the product?

The CompAnalyst AI agent is not very helpful. I used it twice and I either received no answer or I received an answer that did not pertain to the question that I asked. I wasted tokens on the AI agent.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of creating brand new positions that did not exist before in my organization. There was a department that wanted to recruit for a position that had no history with their team and with Salary.com, I was able to type in working titles that were similar with the position and compare position descriptions, base salary, job level, and job titles to help in creating the new position.

What do you like best about the product?

It gives great over view of hiring across the US and broken into specific areas if needed. You can see the level of expertise the role has as well as the total comp. The updated AI can really help you streamline your ask.

What do you dislike about the product?

It is not helpful for a global level so those data points need to be gathered in a different platform.

It provides compensation data that helps us support pay equity, stay current with pay trends, and maintain consistency across commission and bonus structures (total compensation), as well as overall pay transparency.
